Modern family home with all the comforts of home plus some extras. Converted garage to a beautiful game room with pool table and ping pong table top. 6 tvs from 50 to 65 inches to insure everyone is happy lol. Private backyard with a view includes hot tub, putting green, and a barbecue. Central air will keep you comfortable at anytime of the year. Multi-generational families will have a great time interacting together instead of kids glued to their phone! You will enjoy San Diego and enjoy coming home after a day of tourist activities.

We had our adult children and spouses meet us in San Diego for our annual vacation. This location was very close to all the activities we wanted to see including the zoo, beaches and Midway Museum. The traffic wasn’t bad at all, considering it was the 4th of July. Our rental had plenty of towels, beach towels and lawn chairs for our beach adventures. I would recommend this rental for families visiting San Diego!

This property was the ideal place for me and my family to visit, with all the bedrooms down the hall. the flooring, kitchen and two bathrooms are all recently renovated and have a unifying vibe through out the home. the great room and pool room are next to each other with a pull out mattress in the pool room for extra sleeping areas. The location of the house was in a quite neighborhood and was in close proximity to all of the attractions that we wanted to visit while we were in the area. (Legoland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and Mission Beach.) it was also close to groceries stores to make breakfast, lunch or dinner without breaking the bank. (Costco, Ralphs, and Food 4 Less). coming in from out of town this house was a break from the fast paced lives of San Diego and a nice break from my life. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The pics online seem like they are from the first day of listing. It’s been used a lot. Could use a deep clean. Spiders in family room were pretty regular occurrence. We made it work.

This house was a nice place to use as a rendezvous for the bachelor party crew I was leading. House was clean, fun things to do inside, and overall we all liked it.

The VRBO was nice and spacious! Perfect for a quick turnaround trip! During our stay there were several cobwebs and the main areas were clean but there was alot of dirt in corners I’m assuming they think no one is looking at. That’d be my only criticism. Other than that they have a lot of entertainment options and a nice back yard! They were also dog friendly which was perfect! I would stay again.

We had a few hiccups along the stay, and Lael, the host was very responsive in minutes and was able to help us solve any issues. The only thing i would note is that the shower in the master bedroom is missing the glass panel that helps keep water in the shower.... there are only shower curtains. They do provide ample amount of towels so there's no issue with the floor being wet or slippery. Still overall a great stay.

Easy stay for multi generations of family. Tons of towels, fun for a variety of ages and helpful kitchen. We all enjoyed being outside in the backyard. Quick interstate access and close to all that we wanted.

Home was perfect for a home away from home. Sister had serious surgery, this home provided all we needed. Lael was extremely professional and empathetic. Thank you for making a hard situation easier on my family. This is a perfect place to stay and the management makes it better. Thank you

The house was nice, the advertised price VS the cost was quite different, that was the reason for the low rating on accuracy on line. The handle on the left side of the refrigerator was broken, the edge on the showers did not keep the water in the shower, allowing the rugs in both bathrooms to be soaking wet. The host were friendly, and the rest of the home was accurate as advertised on line, supplies were dropped off timely. We would stay again based on our visit.

Went on a weekend guys trip to golf in the San Diego area and this house was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of sleeping space and great amenities (loved the jacuzzi). Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and our dogs stayed here while visiting for his birthday. This house is close to everything we needed to get too & only 10 minutes to the beach! The hot tub was great at night and the neighborhood is very quiet with a nice park in walking distance. We loved our stay here, my husband was ready to move in!

Close enough to the airport, zoo, and beach! This was the perfect place for our family from Northern CA and TX to all meet! Plenty of seating areas, plenty of sleeping areas! We had the best time! Lael was super responsive and accommodating for family that arrived early. I would absolutely stay again!

Property was perfect! Great amenities and fabulous location. Lael was super responsive and the house had everything needed to feel like you’re at home. Beds are comfy, showers felt like a spa, kitchen is well equipped and game room was top notch! Will definitely be back.

Property definitely needs a deep cleaning ends it up moving sofas and everything with food and everything in it has to end up doing our own cleaning before we felt comfortable letting kids sleep in the bed relax on the sofa etc. someone left out for the night before and within an hour we were in the location so we knew the sheets and everything else has not been stripped off the beds etc. ended up washing for the first night to make sure we had clean sheets

Lael has a lovely home. We enjoyed having a tv in every room. They provided extra towels and blankets. The outside patio has a nice view with comfortable seating and the jacuzzi was nice to use at night. The garage/game room was cool, they have a nice pool table, a tv, and a comfortable couch to chill and play games. I definitely recommend this place!

This was a very children friendly place which is what we needed to enjoy our grandchildren and children. The large couches inside and out made it easy for everyone to relax and visit or watch TV if not outside playing.
