About this house rental
Oh Em Gee! This home is ah-mazing! We gutted this home in 2019 and everything is new. We then set out to furnish it in the coziest way possible and to be honest, it makes me feel like moving back to Arizona and moving in. It has great energy and is oh-so comfortable. I like to call the style mountain bohemian or boho chic. You could easily call it comfortable and cozy, spacious and serene, or family friendly.
There are two homes on this property...book both homes for up to nine guests. Both homes share the backyard amenities, including the fire pit, corn hole court and bbq. Each home has it's own outdoor private dining areas and space. The second home on the property is a tiny home which only sleeps two people. Both homes can be as private or as social as you want.

Relax in this cozy mountain retreat as you discover historic Route 66, the Grand Canyon, the red rocks of Sedona and so much more. Located two short blocks from Route 66, you can walk to historic downtown Williams where you can dine and shop in the charming downtown. It's even walking distance to the Grand Canyon Railway.
Mountain Digs was completely remodeled in 2019 with lots of room to spread out and enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Arizona. In addition to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it features large family and dining rooms. The large day bed in the living room includes a twin sized mattress and is super comfy for sleeping.
The open floor plan was designed for the ultimate in entertaining. The large living area is open to a beautiful dining area and fireside sitting area, a great place to enjoy cocktails before dinner or morning coffee as you awaken to the cool pines of Northern Arizona.
Don't worry about your laundry, as you can toss it in the brand new washer and dryer before heading out sight seeing for the day.
Enjoy cocktails and sunset on the veranda (extra large covered porch). It’s beautifully inviting with a cushy outdoor sofa and occasional chairs. As the sun goes down, turn the twinkle lights on so you can extend your evening enjoying the spectacular star-filled nights of Northern Arizona.
Bring your best bbq recipes to roast on the new outdoor gas grill. It’s located on the back porch, just off the laundry room/kitchen area.
There's plenty of on-site parking.
Security is important to us and we have two outdoor cameras one over each entrance door.

This place was as advertised! It felt like home the minute we walked through the front door. It was perfectly appointed and comfortable. The host answered all of our questions and was very hospitable. The only issue was, we didn’t want to leave. From the comfortable rooms to the large back yard this home has it all. You can’t go wrong here.

We spent 5 weeks this year and have rebooked for 6 weeks next year. We loved the location walking to main street. Fonda was a great host and was always available if needed. Loved being able to cool on both the front and back patios and wonderful back yard.

We rented this property for a family/friend golf weekend. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. My husband and his friends enjoyed playing with the cornhole boards that were made available! The little house in the back that can be also rented is a definite plus!
The location is perfect and within walking distance to downtown. The owner is very easy to work with and quick to respond and also makes the check in process quite easy.

After a 10 hour drive, it was so nice to walk into a clean, beautiful home! We walked down to town and got the best pizza ever then came back and sat by the fire in a gorgeous backyard and played cornhole. The host was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Beautiful Yard perfect for children, dog, outdoor dinners, and S’mores by the firepit. Front porch great spot. The only thing I wish I had brought were fans for two bedrooms. There was a fan in one bedroom.

Lovely home that checked all the boxes for our GC adventure. Host was responsive and helpful. Home was clean. Linens were top notch. Backyard space was beautiful. S’mores kit was a nice touch. They even had extra blankets for sitting around the fire pit. Will definitely stay here again!

Oh.. my! From your first interaction with the check in process to your last moment remembering the dinners outside by the fire, you'll never stop loving this place! First off, the QUALITY of the touches throughout are incredible. You'll be Googling away trying to see where they got this or that. The decor is adorable. The amenities are above and beyond and so, so thoughtful. The layout is perfect. The place is truly set up for quality time with loved ones. This was one of my favorite rental places, ever. You're going to have a blast here!!!

We were mightily impressed with this home in Williams. The house was well furnished with quality at every turn. Beds were great. The porch and backyard were perfect (though some bad weather limited our use). There were even luxurious bath robes!
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We have stayed at many rental properties, beach houses, etc.. You don't expect everything to be perfect like a five-star hotel. This one spoiled us. Well done.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The home is so lovely modern and quaint. The house was spotless and the kitchen was as very accommodating with pots and pans and more for home cooked meals for my family of 6. The backyard was a huge plus, we used the bbq. The most important points to know...1. Extremely clean; 2. Well outfitted kitchen; 3. Comfortable beds and pillows. 4. Location This 3 bedroom home maintains a warm and cozy theme by presenting beds with luxury bedding, thick blankets and floors covered with wool rugs. The galley kitchen has every utensil needed to bake cookies, make toast and coffee, prepare meals for a family or simply microwave a meal from the local Safeway. Bathrooms are outfitted with West Elm and Pottery Barn bath linens and robes in the closets invite you to relax after a day of hiking. I've stayed in a lot of rentals, but this is the prettiest so far. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved this property. We spent most of our time relaxing on the front porch. We loved the decor- very nicely done. The backyard was amazing with a beautiful fire pit for s’mores. The home was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Very easy walk to the downtown area. We look forward to coming back and staying at this home.

Truly enjoyed this property. Was very clean and comfortable for my family. We had a total of 7 all together staying. And it never once felt over crowded. We stayed for 4 days. Even though it began to snow on us, I enjoyed the front and backyard. The house is beautifully remodeled. And it had all the amenities you could think of including snow sleds for the kids. Backyard fire 🔥 pit was awesome as well. But it snowed on us and we were unable to us it. Highly recommend this place for family vacation.

We were late arriving due to traffic, but we had amazing communication experience via text. We arrived to a lit and clean home. Gorgeous property...all the comforts of home...3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms...fully stocked kitchen...huge laundry room....and an awesome backyard with easy to use firepit...tables and chairs...cornhole...we so appreciated the smores kit...it was perfect! Comfy beds, sparkling clean bathrooms...and a super quiet A/C was great during the heat wave. They have the cutest tiny house in the back of the property for rent as well. Quiet neigborhood... Easy walk to the heart of route 66...grocery store just a few minutes away. We spent lots of time sitting in the front porch just relaxing. We were planning out next trip to this rental before we left...if I could give it more stars I would! Love this property!

So many Surprises!
We truly loved the house. All the included amenities were a genuine hug from the property management. I loved being able to cook for my kids every night. Walks to town were so much fun and a few blocks. This rental property is great for any size family and makes traveling feel like your home.

Wonderful “Home” away from Home
This property was beyond our expectations. The attention to detail in furnishings and the small welcoming touches (Robes, S’mores kit, etc) were wonderful. We explored Northern AZ for a week and loved coming back to such a cozy home at the end of each day. The fire pit was used nightly and the back yard is to die for!

Charming, cozy house
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was so cozy and both the front porch and backyard were the perfect spot to unwind after all the activities Williams had to offer. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and making smores. We loved that it was in walling distance to the stores/restaurants. Communication with the hosts was easy and would absolutely recommend this wonderful little house to anyone wanting to enjoy Williams/Grand Canyon!

We had a wonderful trip to Williams and to MTN Digs. The house checked every box and then some. The attention to detail by Renee and Fonda are top notch. I would recommend this home to any traveler to the area. Fonda checked in on us to make sure all was going well. We loved the fire pit in the back yard, and ate nurmeeous meals at the backyard dining area. The s’mores fixings were a wonderful added bonus. We were 4 adults - this house would have easily accommodated another couple with the added 3rd bedroom.
If we make it back to the area - this is the house we would rent again !!

We had a great time. My wife and I stayed with two other couples and did the Grand Canyon one day and Sedona the next. Great location for site seeing, cute downtown. House was very cute and everyone was very happy. Backyard and firepit was very inviting and worked great to hand out. I would recommend this home!!

Perfect Getaway
We were a family of four plus two grandparents traveling for a short getaway from PHX. We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon and it worked perfectly for us. The house had everything we needed and then some. We all commented on how much we enjoyed the decor, the plush towels, the dishes, the nice toilet paper and the list goes on. They even had all the goodies and roasting sticks for S'mores which was a hit with the kids. I can't recommend this home enough for your getaway.

A Diamond in the Rough
This is the most amazing property we have ever rented. We rented both the main house and “Tiny House” for 5 adults and 2 young children. Tiny House is perfect for one adult couple. The bed is accessed by a hanging ladder to a loft-so must be able to climb safely. Both houses had everything we could have ever needed. It was first class all the way. Impeccably clean and newly renovated, very comfortable, spectacular back yard, and an easy walk to town for coffee, a meal, or shopping. Owners are accessible and attentive to needs and communication. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely perfect experience. The host was very communicative, prompt, and helpful; the best host I’ve ever had. The property is beautifully situated cozy and comfortable with everything you could ever imagine or think of having for your comfort and convenience. Seven adults fit with no problem and there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is terrific: two or so blocks from downtown and plenty of restaurants. The fire pit, backyard, front porch are all perfect for relaxing. And absolutely wonderful host and wonderful property.

The house is just the cutest. The attention to detail was the best I’ve experienced. From the details around s’mores to enjoy, to the back yard, water station, etc Rene has thought of everything. We would absolutely stay here again and if the weather was nice would have easily been walking distance to everything.
