Welcome to the town of Williams, Arizona! Kick back and relax at this cozy, quaint, quirky, and quiet old ranch house. Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, which is located approximately 60 miles away. The town is full of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! There is something very magical here during the Christmas Season!
The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. The views are spectacular! There is a porch with a view...you can see the beautiful Bill William Mountain. There is plenty of room in the backyard for children and/or pets to play. The house is warm and inviting. Enjoy visiting Bearizona, The Deerfarm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express and don't forget the shopping!!! It's a lot of fun to play in the snow here. There are plenty of places to go sledding and lots of snowball fights can take place right here in the backyard! The summers can be nice and cool. Come and explore the area and see all that Williams has to offer!

My daughter and I visited the Grand Canyon for the first time. BBZ Bunkhouse was perfect for us. Great property…very clean and great location, just outside of downtown Williams. We day tripped to the canyon, came back and chilled or went in to town. The host Candi was outstanding. Our expectations were exceeded!

Very cozy and clean house. I wanted more coolness in the hall and bedroom between the rooms. Not enough silence (the train was honking very loudly). But for a short break after a day in the open air, this is a great option. The beds are all comfortable and we slept great!

This was the perfect property for our month-long visit to Williams. My husband and I enjoyed the cozy accommodations for most of July, but our two sons brought their kid up for a few days and the house was still ideal for grilling, s’mores by the fire pit and games around the table. We were also able to bring our dog at no extra charge. There were many family friendly restaurants in town, and we also enjoyed Bearizona, the deer farm and Canyon Coaster. We even took in a rodeo, which was a new experience for the grandkids. We are hoping to rent the house for the month of July next year, as it was a delightful break from the Phoenix heat.

Enjoyed this adorable property with my sister and three kiddos. Loved having a slew of games to play and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Woke up enjoying coffee on the front porch.

This was our first stay at a Vrbo rental, 1st trip to Williams, AZ and first trip to Grand Canyon. The hosts were wonderful with their communication with all of our questions. Their bunkhouse is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. Williams is a fun little town with a lot to offer. It’s on Route 66 so fun quaint shops. The weather is cool in the evening so you can sleep with the windows open.
I would highly recommend staying at the BBs bunkhouse. Super comfortable & great hosts!

We live in the Phoenix area and the Bunkhouse has become our go-to place for a quick respite in the countryside. Immaculately clean, and perfectly situated on the outskirts of town, it provides all the amenities we need. We will return whenever we head for the hills of northern AZ.

My kids and I stayed here with my brother-in-law for 4 nights.
It was near a nice town. We could easily get to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. It was a safe house, very warm and dry. They had wood for us to make a fire and shovels for the snow. We all enjoyed the games, movies and books on the snowy days. The wifi was not very good, but we knew this might be so.
The windows were well covered and the beds were very comfortable.
We didn't expect to have the second room be open on two sides, more like a den area. And it had the only bathroom attached to it. So there was not much privacy for the people sleeping and changing in that room space. The door to the bathroom was on a track attached to the ceiling, it was difficult to open and close.
This home would be better suited to one family that is comfortable sharing a cozy space. Sharing it with my teens and their uncle made for a creative challenge.

Great little bunkhouse for our long weekend! The owners keep a tidy place with all the info you need on the area to enjoy your time. The backyard was doggie-approved and neighbor dogs came by for a visit as well. We look forward to staying again!!

My family and I came to Williams for the Snow Tubing at Canyon Coasters. I was so happy I had found this adorable bunkhouse. It was perfect for my family!! It even snowed before we got there so my kids got to play in the backyard, making snowmen and having snowball fights. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I hope to go back :)

The back yard is great, my dog enjoyed the space and I enjoyed the fire pit. The house is quiet, comfortable, and in a low traffic area. The hosts have thought of everything so all you need to bring is food, wood, and alcohol and you are set for a good time.

The property was the perfect home for my husband, adult son and myself to stay while we hunted. I made dinner each evening, with the kitchen being so convenient. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets to stay cozy throughout the night with the windows open. But my favorite part of the whole house was the front porch. My son and I sat in the rocking chairs visiting and reminiscing about everything while the sun came up and the sun went down, while the hubby enjoyed quiet time on the couch watching TV. It was the most enjoyable visit with my guys. Super location and close to downtown. Will definitely book here again. And Candi was amazing with communication!

The location was perfect proximity to all the main events in the charming city of williams AZ.
The host made us feel extremely welcome with birthday balloons for our 9 year old daughter and some special treats for our four-legged babies.
Our children, especially enjoyed the toy shelf that the host provide for children.
The cottage was clean and well, equipped for what we needed. (Very Cozy)
The back yard was completey fenced in and spacious
to accommodate our two large dogs.
Communication between Host and ourselves we’re fantastic. They recommended a few restaurants for us to patronize, which were on point.
We will definitely be back to visit.
If you’re looking for charming space to stay and don’t feel like staying in a commercial enviorment/hote.

We had a wonderful stay and our dog loved the big fenced in yard. There are several special touches at this VRBO that really capture a welcoming vibe while still being out in the woods. It was warm since we stayed in the middle/end of August but the house was very well prepared with evaporative coolers and fans. We were able to get by with the fans provided and just opening the windows when it cooled off. 😄 Overall beautiful property with cool and funky aspects, worked great for my fiancé and I and our Labrador. Hosts are kind and responsive. We look forward to another stay!

Such a clean, cozy, comfy and quiet home. Easy to get to and easy access to main roads to see the Williams/Grand Canyon attractions. All the games and movies kept my active kiddo entertained. The bed and bedding were amazing...honestly have not slept like this in years. I want to book a solo trip just to nap! Hosts were so communicative and we felt so at home. We will definitely boom again to see the area in the winter time. Highly recommend!

It did not meet my expectations. It looks better in the pictures than it really is. The house was old and no air conditioning. It was hot... One of the big windows was missing the screen and I could not leave it open because of bugs. Also, I didn't feel safe leaving all the windows open all night. The portable swamp cooler was way too loud and did not put out cool air. The only good thing was its location to downtown Williams and the freeway.

We had such a great time in Williams! The cottage is cute and cozy. It had several toiletries for us too use. Very close to downtown and the Grand Canyon train station. Would stay again.

This cabin is cute and cozy. Beds were comfortable; all necessary supplies available. It's only a few minutes from town, and hostess was amazing. She provided all the info we needed, including recommendations for restaurants, and was super communicative. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arises.

We stayed here to get to see the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the town of Williams. The atmosphere was wonderful and the people were very kind. We did a UTV ride that ended at the Verde River. The Bunkhouse was a great home base for our adventures.

First time guests in Williams AZ. This bunkhouse is beautifully positioned to enjoy what nature has to offer all while being minutes from downtown Williams AZ. I was surprised as to how close it was to the Grand Canyon Railroad Train AND Bearizona. We would definitely return.
P.S the owners personal touch (notes and candy) and communication throughout were a plus.

Nice house with lots of sweet perks. We enjoyed waking up to beautiful snow. There was also high winds, but we stayed cozy and warm inside. I really love how this house stayed warm during the storms. This is a great place to stay if visiting the Grand Canyon.
