Perfect location for a family vacation, well maintained and very well stocked for Self-catering. Felt very luxurious and the beds were amazingly comfortable for a Beach house.

This property is one of those where you can’t quite capture the magnificent view in a photograph. it is simply breathtaking!

The house is beautiful, modern, with great sea views.
The hosts are very strict as they also live on the property top floor. I was not even allowed to get a day visit from my sister and her 2 kids, I was not aware of this "rule" that even if people are not gonna sleep over they're not allowed to come see you. The host even spoke directly to my sister that she was not welcome on the property, which I thought was very inappropriate because I'm the one who invited her, it was enough that they speak to me about this, not make her feel unwelcome as well. I also didn't like the fact that even though checkout time is 11:00 but at 9:50 already the domestic worker came knocking on the door saying the host is asking when are we leaving and when I said we have until 11:00 she complained that it means she will start cleaning late and there may be other people coming. The Wi-Fi reception is also very bad, even phone calls don't get through, I had to go up the road to make calls and could not hold my virtual meetings. There is a resident Wi-Fi router on the premises but it's mostly on and off and very poor even at time when there is no load shedding. Overall we did not have a pleasant stay at this property but could not cancel since their booking cannot be cancelled, I wanted to cancel from day 1 already but knew that I would lose the R7100 that I had already paid so we had to stay the full 3 days.

We loved everything. Lynn and her husband are very warm welcoming. The facilities are on another level, the cleanliness, the rooms are so spacious, user friendly for kids too. Everything we expected and more. And the view of the ocean is wonderful, that place gives the tranquility.
Nothing at all.

The view was indeed beautiful, very quiet and neat, all essentials were provided for in all rooms. It was a marvelous place to be.
The water was cold at times, I'm not sure if the geyser has a problem or what.

What a location! So relaxing to lightly hear the ocean at night.
The bed was super comfortable. My husband and I love the idea of having a firm and a soft pillow for choice.
Our host, Lynn, stays on the same premises on the 1st floor. She's invisible (not in your face) but easily reachable when you need her.
The board games are a plus; the kids don't have to watch TV all the time.
We appreciated being offered the small essentials and niceties - tea, coffee, sugar, morning rusks, washing powder, drinking water in the fridge & lots of ice. My kids even found chocolate bars and soft drinks in the fridge!
Maybe consider putting a shade (or light tint) on the dining area window. The early morning sun was quite hot and made the kids feel uncomfortable eating their breakfast at the table because of the heat.
