This was truly the perfect spot! We were within walking distance to so many great spots but just outside of the hustle and bustle of 6th street! This spot is clean, modern and we felt safe the entire time! From booking, to check out, the process and communication was a breeze! Highly recommend!

My stay was great and suited my needs perfectly. While the area a little unique the condo was great and as described. Only negative was paying for people visiting for an hour or two which I thought a little strange but understand they why. If I have a similar situation for my next visit to a Austin will certainly rebook!

In town for work with two coworkers. We had plenty of space and loved the location. Our dinner walk was only 1/2 mile. There are homeless in the area but they did not approach us and I never felt unsafe.
The condo itself was great. We appreciated having coffee available for us. There’s a large dinning room table and the breakfast bar had a long outlet plug. So we could plug in and easily work together at the table.
The host was very responsive.
I would stay here again.

Our work group had a great stay at the property. It was a short walk to the conference center, restaurants, and other establishments in the area. Would definitely recommend. Much cheaper than area hotels! Property was just as advertised, urban/modern style, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Owner was super responsive to questions about parking, etc.

Property manager was very quick getting back with me anytime I reached out. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood did look a tad sketchy but we did not have a single problem. Everyone is Austin was very kind. If I’m ever back in Austin I will stay here again.

We knew the location before we booked--it is walkable to everything, but you should be familiar with Austin.
The property managers did respond via email quickly when we voiced concerns about a few issues with the property concerning plumbing, mold, and some cleaning concerns.
This is an affordable place to stay for a large group.

Booked a 4th of July stay to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Overall a great place to stay to walk to nightlife on 6th Street in Austin. We thought it was even better looking than the awesome VRBO photos. Great communication with Jason the host/management team. I would highly recommend this condo & gladly stay here again!

The stay was good. Not use to having people sleep on the side walks right by the place but I guess that is what Austin has become.
The shower I used could have been a little cleaner, hair, etc. That is something small compared to other things that could have been wrong, ac/heater, etc.

I'd suggest choosing another property
I was a little bit hesitant booking this property due to the lack of stellar reviews and I wish I had gone with my gut. The air conditioning broke on our second night and considering this is Austin in July, it was a really big deal. One of our group members got sick from heat exhaustion from being in the apartment and the property owner didn't do much to rectify the situation. Additionally, the oven did not work which was a huge issue considering we had hired a chef to cook breakfast for us to celebrate my cousin's bachelorette party and he wasn't able to do that and we couldn't get our money back from the activity. Ontop of that, there was mold in the showers and the overall cleanliness of the property wasn't on par. I would definitley recommend staying elsewhere. This impacted our stay in Austin,

Easy stay
This listing is convenient. The host does a good job of packing a lot of people in. If you have a big group to stay this listing would be a good option.
The apartment is also positioned around a lot of scooters. It was easy to scoot down 6th Street to find a place to eat.
We would have liked to have the filtered water from the fridge and a working ice machine. I did reach out to let the host know some of these things were not working and did not get a response. I did not bother following up to alert them that there was a large fruit fly problem in the kitchen and throughout the apartment.
I’m giving our experience four stars because the property was adequate but we would have liked to have a few of the luxuries we were expecting when we booked the apartment.

Nice place, Bad placement.
Although the property was nicely decorated, and the check in process and communication was easy, the surrounding area is difficult to enjoy due to the overwhelming homelessness issues in Austin.
Walking to the entertainment district from the unit (although close) is only possible by passing through a homeless encampment. You will, no doubt, have to deal with pan handling and the uneasiness that comes with having to interact with the inhabitants of said camp. Not to mention that the sidewalks, to pass under the highway, are blocked by the homeless camp making it necessary to walk on the busy street. An unsafe passage during high traffic times to say the least.
Since the homeless encampment is out in the open (under the highway over pass) the closest spot for them to use the bathroom is behind the fence that lines the property. This means that you will be enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony along with people peeing and pooping next to your unit.
Additionally the unit is within 200 feet of Interstate 35 with no obstruction to the noise.
We can only hope that with the passage of PROP B in Austin (MAY 2021) that soon these issues will be addressed and the business district and surrounding areas will see some relief in the future. In which case, this will be a lovely location and place to stay.

WOW. Fantastic Stay!
The place was perfect for me. I stay in VRBO spaces all the time and this is the best one yet. So clean and incredibly designed. Right on 6th street. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. All 5 stars!

Best location in Austin!
This space is incredible! I can't wait to be back. Super spacious and comfortable for our group. Extremely clean. Just a short walk to endless amounts of food and fun in Downtown Austin. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to Rainey Street. Highly recommended!
