About this house rental
This Blue Coastal Bungalow has two bedrooms. There is a Queen bed in each room. Private Kitchenette is also available. There is Couch with pullout bed, Flat screen, TV with sports and movie channels. Palapa with picnic tables to relax at sunset. Walk to Coastal Que (the best barbecue in this part of Texas) next door. Matagorda Harbor is less than a minute away. There is also a large parking lot to park your boat. Walking distance from nightlife like Poco Playa, Silver Tuna, The Cove and Pluggers Pub. If you are looking for a fishing trip, give us a call. We run guided fishing trips daily. Discount at Matagorda Outfitters when staying with us.

Overall was pretty great nice short trip to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and bars. Will highly recommend this place to anyone recommend a quiet weekend getaway with family or friends!

We come to Matagorda yearly for family reunion at the beach. On our way down, we get word that the condo we had rented was no longer for rent. We were so grateful to find this property and the owner was incredibly accommodating of our circumstances. The place is right of the main highway , and we drove right by it the first time. The accommodations were great for what we needed. Clean and convenient.

Great Spot
Super convenient to town and harbor. Plenty of area for boat parking, hose hookups for wash downs and cozy little house for getting out of sun. Bonus great bbq spot right next door.

Adequate lodging for one night. However, there were no coffee cups (although there is a coffee maker) or plates (although there is a microwave) and no windows anywhere except at the narrow front side facing the highway. There’s a fair amount of traffic noise as it’s right on the highway.

Perfect stay!
Perfect place to stay when visiting Matagorda! This place is super cute and clean! Less than a mile from the marina which made our 6am departure for fishing easy! Great communication with the manager and easy check in/out! Highly recommend, will definitely be back!!

Great little place. Could have had a clock and nightstands in the bedrooms by the beds. No place to put your phone or a drink. No wifi was offered. Pretty much as advertised. Host was quick to respond to questions. Will use again when in the area.

This was so very nice and clean. Joel was fast to respond to my questions. Beds were excellent. Able to park truck and boat right next to house. Harbor just minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect trip
We loved everything about this place. The location is perfect, the AC works great, we had plenty room to park our boat. The place was spacious and clean. Joel was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!
