About this house rental
This is a 3 story townhouse. Easy access to East Bay, West Bay, Gulf and Colorado River.
Bottom floor has covered parking for 3 vehicles, gas grill and outdoor shower.
The main floor has a covered deck with chairs overlooking the harbor and views of the Intracoastal, inside is very open with a living room which includes flatscreen Tv with Direct TV, VCR, comfy seating and a pull out bed in the couch, there is a dining room table that seats 6, the kitchen is fully furnished with granite counters, built in appliances, stackable washer and dryer and has additional seating for 3 at the bar.
Past the kitchen is the Master On Suite, with a queen bed, flat screen tv with Direct Tv, tub/shower combo and a covered deck with chairs overlooking the Intracoastal and the Matagorda Locks.
Walk up the stairs to the next level which has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a standup shower. one bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen Tv with Direct TV, opens to a covered deck with table and chairs overlooking the harbor and Intracoastal.
Up the stairs and you find yourself in a huge game room which has 2 twin beds, built-in cushioned seating on 2 sides, flat screen tv for playing games, game table(bumper pool and cards).
Launch your boat at the community boat ramp, park it in the boat slip right in front of unit which has a pier and a fish cleaning table.

This condo was fine for our group of 4 adults. The boat ramp is not accessible. The canal/boat slip needs to be dredged if you draft over 12". Plenty of room, plenty of beds. Would require a deep clean before I brought my small children.

2nd time stay here. My family and I really enjoy staying here. Clean, fishing right out front, lots of space for everyone to have their privacy, close to town and not far from the beach. We will be staying there again.

WENT TO BOOK PROPERTY IWAS CHARGED ALMOST 2500.
ERROR CODE CAME BACK STATING PROPERTY WASNT AVAILABLE FOR THOSE DATES,SO BOOKED ANOTHER HOUSE FROM SOMEONE ELSE. NEXT DAY SAW MY CARD WAS CHARGED. CALLED AMELIA A MINUM OF 9 TIMES,TEXTED AND NO ANSWER. TRIED TO TALK TO VRBO SPOKE TO A FILIPINO LADY,HARD TO UNDERSTAND. SO I NEVER STAYED THERE AND AMELIA KEPT MY MONEY. OBVIOUSLY SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT FAMILIES OR PERSONAL REPUTATION AND ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CALL. THERE ARE ALOT BETTER PROPERTIES OUT THERE FOR SAME MONEY AND ACTUALLY ON THE RIVER NOT A LITTLE COVE. AGAIN IMAGINE PAYINGFOR A HOUSE FOR A VACA BEING TOLD WASNT AVAILABLE AND STILL CHARGED. WILL DEFINITELY BE REPOSTING THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. VRBO STILL HASNT RETURNED MY CALL 3 WEEKS LATER.

The location was great, but nothing was cleaned. All the bedding and pillows were stained and there were dust balls everywhere. It didn’t seem like the place was cleaned at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this house, it was big enough for two families (4 adults and 3 small children) it never felt overcrowded. The littles enjoyed being able to fish off the boat slip. The views were really nice as well. It’s a short trip to the beach. It would be helpful to know if the tenants are responsible for bringing their own paper towels and trash bags.

Nice property. Needed a little maintenance, but owner was headed out to take care of the minor issues. A little drive to the beach, but nice to fish and crab right out the front door. I would recommend this property.

We have rented this unit many times in the past and normally have no problems but this time it was not up to standard. The shower curtain was moldy, there were active roaches in the kitchen and debris in the cabinets, the refrigerator needed to be cleaned, and the pots and pans felt greasy filmy.

I was very pleased with the house. Amelia was in constant contact whenever I had a question about something. I would rent from her again.

Better than the pictures.
Amelia was great and answered all our questions quickly. Listing shows 2 bedrooms, but there are actually 3 and more beds in the top floor. Everything worked well and we even figured out the shower (you have to pull gently on the bottom of the faucet).
The only issue is that some of the guys snored.
We will be back again.
