This was a comfortable condo for 4 of us (two couples). Well-equipped kitchen. The refrigerator was leaking water a little bit and the garbage disposal got jammed, but the service person called us back right away and was able to take care of things early the next morning, so we had fast service. Overall, a good stay.

Great Place!
This is our 2nd time renting this property and we've been happy each time! Exactly as shown and so cozy. Very easy to work with the property manager. Don't hesitate to rent this!

Wedding weekend
We had a very comfortable stay for a friend’s wedding weekend. She got married at the Hideout, a 20min drive from this condo at Kirkwood. Very spacious townhouse, nice bathrooms.

Excellent location for winter skiing
Although we stayed in summer, there was still some snow on the peaks which we could enjoy. Location is excellent for skiing enthusiasts in winters. Property is clean, well maintained, spacious. Kitchen with all listed amenities was a big plus for us. Reaching out to Property manager was easy n they were very responsive

Great ski week get away
Everything as advertised. Short walk to ski lift. We were just 3 but easily could have handled 7 with the bedding, the 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. Kitchen was well stocked, clean with everything in good condition. Use the touch activated panel on the front door knob for entry code (and not the panel at the garage which would have been nice to have on the same code but not necessary). Kirkwood is a great ski mountain although not a lot of night time offerings so great to have a kitchen. Stock up on groceries on the way in because the closest decent grocery store is a half hour drive.

Good location close to lifts
Loved the place and found everything just as advertised. About a 300 yard walk to Solitude lift. Comfy beds (although bunk bed was less comfy than the queens), good layout, and clean. Nice and responsive property manager too. Underground garage was very convenient too. Just know the hot and cold markers are opposite of what they should be in the shower. Otherwise a perfect experience!

Perfect Pandemic Getaway
This property is even nicer than we expected. The large windows and heated floors, the multiple levels, the well equipped kitchen, attached private garage, and comfortable beds all impressed. The location was perfect for a snow weekend which required no driving or parking concerns.

Excellent layout, very close to lifts 5/6!
The layout of this unit really maximizes the space, and makes coming and going with ski equipment super easy. We have 3 small kids and this unit was great for us!
Unit has 3 floors; the ground floor has your individual garage, with an entrance to a “mud room” (as well as a separate laundry room), convenient hooks and storage for ski/snowboard equipment down here. 2nd floor; you has the 2 bedrooms (on opposite sides for privacy) and 2 full baths.
The top floor has the living/dining/kitchen, as well as a half-bath.
Unit is bright and sunny and gets nice and warm easily. Building is positioned for a nice view of the mountains, and the parking lot to see if it’s getting busy!
Unit seems to have been updated fairly recently. New carpet, nice tile/slate in entries and bathrooms.
Unit has a fully stocked kitchen. We didn’t lack for anything while we were here.

Large, convenient, warm & cozy Tahoe townhome.
Very clean and cozy with a convenient location. Walking distance to Cornice Express...
We had a great time as a family with boys ages 4, 11, 13. Bathrooms and Kitchen well stocked. Nice bedrooms. Garage and laundry room/mudroom were very welcome bonuses. The only thing that was an issue was the kitchen oven, which smelled like gas before it lit every time you turned it on. Had to open the doors and windows numerous times. Might want to get that fixed.
Many thanks and we would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family time
Very comfortable and well appointed home for our family of four to spend quality time together. We loved the easy access to the Kirkwood Resort lift lines and equipment rental just a short walk away. The views of the new snowfall were beautiful out of the full wall of family room windows. Appreciated the use of the garage to keep our cars out of the snow. Will plan to return here every time we ski in Kirkwood!
