Look out at the ocean from the kitchen bar, living room, and hallway. 150 steps to the Beach, Capitola Pier, boutique shopping and over 20 restaurants. Remodeled kitchen, WiFi Big Screen TV and a private back patio with a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for families, couples or girls/guys getaways! Sleeps 6 comfortably- can sleep 8. Covered parking for 1 car, dirt parking for additional car. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6-8 people, our Capitola Breeze Condo (Listing# 1469178) is right next door and also sleeps up to 8 people so if you have a large party (more then 8 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios can connect through a gate in the back fence (which can be opened if renting both units). Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was such a treat! The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was nicely stocked with essentials that made our stay worry-free! This was our first time in Capitola and we’re already planning our yearly return.

We rented both units of this duplex for a family vacation. Would definitely do it again. Units had everything we needed, and they are located across the street from a wonderful beach and a block away from Capitola Village. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. The host Jennifer played an important role in our great satisfaction.

Had a great 3 Generation Girls trip. My little granddaughter who is 2 and a half loved sitting by the window people watching and looking at the beach, and was so excited when we said we were going to go walk there. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants. The condo was very clean and Jennifer was very quick to reply to a questin we had. Parking is a huge plus. My daughter and I talked about making this 3 generation girls trip a annual trip and staying in this condo...or letting the men and boy come, and stay in Jennifers condo next door too.

This condo checked all of what we were looking for. Cleanliness, location and space! The owner was very responsive and friendly. The view was great and an easy walking distance to Esplanade and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo in the heart of Capitola, walked to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to all our favorite surf spots. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and it has parking!!! Only downside no laundry.

This property was charming and located right by the beach and right by plenty of dining options and a ton of shopping. We were there during the Capitola Beach Festival… and we were perfectly located to join in or to even watch it all from the living room window. It was perfect for our group of four… Though it sleeps more. The owner/host was so helpful and very nice to deal with. We will definitely go back if we want to say right in that area and we would recommend it to anyone.

This property has a beautiful view and easy access to Capitola beach and village. It is just steps away from both! The condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. Perfect for a family! The outdoor backyard table and bbq was an added bonus!

What a perfect condo for our weekend trip to Capitola! The views of the ocean and town from the living room window was fantastic. Walked to town, Shadowbrook, beach and wharf… perfect location! Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, easy check in, beautiful back patio, all the kitchen needs and more!! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This condo is so awesome. It has all the amenities you need and an ocean view! Oh, and parking!!! Parking can be hard to come by in Capitola so it’s nice to have the garage. Can’t wait for next year! - Cari, Sacramento

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Walking in, there is such a calm and beach feel. We all loved it so much. And you truly cannot beat the location. Highly recommend and looking forward to a repeat stay!

It was a great place to stay with easy access to everything. This place was convenient for having a little one who loves getting all dirty in the sand. A little walk and we were home to wash down the sand with the water hose. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Jennifer was awesome at responding and allowed us to check in earlier. We enjoyed a nice BBQ dinner using the BBQ in the backyard and enjoyed putting the puzzles provided after dinner. We definitely will be coming back. Best little getaway with family!

We really enjoyed our time at the seaview condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed; full kitchen, comfortable beds and huge beautiful windows with a view of the beach! Communication with the owner was very easy and convenient, she is great! Super easy access to the beach, wharf and village. With an easy parking spot and wonderful outdoor space, we highly recommend the seaview condo!

The place was great. Location was great close to everything. The only problem was the road noise. Very loud if you are sleeping in the living room. The neighbors were very load and could here through wall. Really no fault of the owner, the price you pay to be so close to town. Overall great place.

We had a lovely stay! Our first time in Capitola, even though we're from the Bay Area. Definitely will be back! Loved being walking-distance to everything--beach, restaurants, shops, the pier! You are right in the heart of town at this location. Space was very clean with a sweet beachy theme. It was just the two of us but definitely could comfortably do a family. We cooked every day and the kitchen was fairly stocked but not fully stocked (maybe it was just us but couldn't find measuring cups, measuring spoons). Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Easy check in and check out. Host was prompt in responses and I couldn’t have asked for things to be smoother. Location was perfect and condo was spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with the group stating in the condo next door had 4 cars and their attempt to get them all parked at the property cause a slight logistics problem. Love this place and highly recommend!

Great property, everything was as advertised. Awesome location!! The only negative, for us, was we planned to eat most of our meals there but had several issues with the range. The heat was not consistent, it took 1.5 hours to cook a pound of bacon. The oven is not standard size, which was also challenging. Other than that, no complaints!! Highly recommend as long as you are not planning to make meals!!

This spot was perfect for our family of 5! The Condo is updated, clean, and in the best location. We had such a wonderful time. Parking spot is easy to access and big enough for a larger SUV/truck. It was easy to walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. The host is also very responsive.
