Very very good.

We liked the bedrooms and the silence overnight, over our expectations, the common space at the ground floor is very comfortable. More than anything else we liked that we haven't been charged for our little pet, i use to leave a very unhappy feedback to places which take advantage of pet owners offering nothing in exchange of the additional charge, but the staff didn't ask for anything and they've been super helpful and kind.

There was nothing to dislike.

Superb

We want to very sincerely thank to the kind man at reception who saved us from troubles and made our short trip extraordinary. As we decided absolute spontaneously during our travelling to stay over night in a beautiful region of Ulm and close Schwaben Alben, after small technical issues when booking and paying accomodation on our direct way to the hotel, we didn't have idea, that our reservation was wrong. Comming to the address of low cost accomodation already in quite late evening hour was surprising. There was no free room for us. But we got info where to go and recieve more info. It was Hotel Garni Am Zehntstadl bei Ulm. After a while, when we clearified the situation with receptionist and started to be really affraid where we go sleep (we were almost 3 hours of driving far from home), he came eith good news and found room in the hotel Garni. The room was on the top floor, cosy, clean and comfortable. We could enjoy all things that are of good standard and next day tasty breakfast with satisfactional delicious bufet. So, here we go with pluses of the hotel: - helpful, guest oriented and friendly personal - nice location, not rush city, surrowded with pitoresque houses and beautiful countryside which dominates big river Donau - the building itself furnitured well, so it gives all things necesary - relax, comfort, internet, feeling clean and save plus extra taste of german tradition - good feeling that here is thought also about environment responsibility and so motivating also guests (bag which can bring surprise if you do not require waste too much of chemicals, electricity and water for not necessary cleaning) - good position for trips either to interesting cities or countryside of Schwaben Alben - several Restaurants close to the hotel with different cuisines - parking belonging to the hotel For us personally there were not minuses.

Check in super easy with Baby and dog. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice Area as well!

Arrived and were welcomed in a friendly manner. Check in was super easy. Parking close to the door. Travelled alone with Baby and dog and had no issues whatsoever. Area was great, lovely walk by the river!

Nothing to dislike. Everything was great and host was helpful and friendly. Area felt safe and walk by the river was lovely!

Disappointing - Be aware if travelling with family

Quite area and free parking on site. Bed linen we're okay. Friendly staff at the reception of the nearby hotel during check-in.

Check-in process in the nearby hotel (1.5 km away), this information comes only via email/chat once you've booked the room and not beforehand. This bed and breakfast (breakfast to be paid separately) features an old building and it's not looked after. The WC and shower are surrounded by humidity all over the walls (look pics below), no soap and only a half toilet paper. The room, full of dust wasn't clean at all. Humidity on one side of the wall makes it very risky for people with allergies or alike. Curtains couldn't be closed. All-in-all a very disappointing experience and the cherry on the cake was, the room was freezing cold! The establishment needs urgent maintenance throughout and staff on site. To be booked only if you don't find any room in town.

Good

The price and the room!

The fact that I had to pick up the key at the real hotel 1 km away. I was informed about it in a mail, I didnt discover but it was not informed about the two locations when I did the booking. Like everyone else I went for breakfast at 8o clock so it was difficult to find a table.

Nice room for a good price.

Nice and clean room with own shower and toilet.

I hope that there will be more grass around the hotel for our dog. But we just go to a walk to a river and there is fine. We have only one blanket for two of us. But we have one in the car, than we are OK with it :). Its a pity that there is no restaurant when there is a nice dining room at first ground.
