Surrounded by gorgeous mountains, wide water views plus your own private beach, the name Blue Ridge Beach perfectly suits this new rental! When entering the house, you are met with wall to wall French doors that offer wide water views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. You also have great water views from the sun-room, the master suite, lower level bedrooms, and family room.
The main level offers a large master suite with a new king bed, TV, wide water views that lead to the deck and a great master bath with both a shower and large tub. On this level is the second bedroom with a queen bed and TV. It is adjacent to a half bath. The fully stocked eat in kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage and counter space. The dining area opens to a sitting room with french doors opening out onto the large screened in porch. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is off of the kitchen as well. The main level living room is spacious with comfortable seating and a large TV. The deck offers seating and a gas grill.
The large, open lower level is a great space for hanging out. There is a family room with a large TV, comfortable seating, pool table all while taking in wide water views!! The lower level offers a split bedroom floor plan with one bedroom (queen bed) next to a full bathroom. On the other side, there is a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and twin with trundle. The bedroom is also next to a full bathroom. Both lower bedrooms have TVs as well. A mudroom with built in shelving leads to the lower patio with a swing and more seating. Several life jackets provided.
A fire-pit with seating overlooks your huge private beach area. Large dock area with plenty of seating and a dock swing to relax and feel the summer breeze! This home offers 2 kayaks, a paddle-board plus 1 canoe with several different sized life jackets. Blue Ridge Beach will easily become your family's go-to vacation home at Smith Mountain Lake with everyone wanting to return year after year!

Water depth is approximately 10 feet deep at the end of floater at full pond
Garage is for owner use only
Home has 2 exterior security cameras: 1 in driveway pointing at front entrance and 1 on dock pointing at kayak/canoe storage area.
We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

This is our second year staying at Blue Ridge Beach. It is in a great location and has everything we need. We especially enjoy the sandy beach for our granddaughter as well as us older folks who like to gradually ease into the water!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Everything was amazing. The home was clean. They had everything we needed to cook for a large family. The amenities from the dock, kayaks, canoe, paddle board, fire pit; all amazing. The location was perfect to get to and from all the things by boat and driving. Hoping to stay here again!

This was a great stay. House was nice, and kitchen accommodations were great. I love the mini private beach, it’s very nice to wade into the water without having to exit off the deck into the deep every time. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and the location perfect. The beach was wonderful for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, as well as the adults! We loved relaxing on the screened in porch and down on the dock. The only glitch was that the bedrooms listed as having queen beds are actually full size, or double beds.

We had a party of 9 that included a 2 year old and older folks all of which loved the house, the property and especially the beach!! This house was perfect for our family vacation. We spent time fishing, swimming, floating, kayaking and napping. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of spaces for reading, privacy and rest. We had a couple of small things that needed to be fixed and the property manager was very responsive and they were fixed promptly. We are looking to rent again!!

This could not a nicer place to relax- sunsets over the lake, tons of birds, and a quiet swinging chair down on the dock. We had 4 teens who didn’t get bored w a Pac Man arcade game and a pool table. It was a great place for our Thanksgiving!

From the time we booked to going to the vacation the property manager was very quick at responding to my questions. The listing was accurate, in fact the house was the best we have stayed at in the accuracy and cleanliness and overall amenities. We found not a single complaint. The kitchen was well stocked in dishware, cups, cooking and baking supplies. The beds were really comfy and bedrooms well laid out. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, which was such a nice bonus. The firepit was fun for smores at night. And our kids had a blast playing in the sand and being able to walk into the lake easily. Beautiful spot and looking across the lake was the backside of the state park so we woke up each morning with coffee in the screened in porch overlooking it all.

Family and friends, north and south of Virginia, converged onto Blue Ridge Beach for a week of rest and relaxation. We could not have had better accommodations. The house was fabulous, and we just loved moving between the enclosed porch, outside patio, dock seating, and sandy beach. We also rented a pontoon boat for the week, so there was never a moment where we wished for more. Having the beach area available is a special bonus, as other rentals require use of the dock for swimming. As an added treat, we really enjoyed the classic retro Pac Man game available in the lower level! Highly recommend Blue Ridge Beach!

This house was such a great fit for our family. It was so clean and comfortable. Having the little beach in our back yard made it so easy with little ones. This house was the cleanest and nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in any state. We manage vacation rentals ourselves and we were extremely impressed with the care and maintenance of this house. The cleaning staff are amazingly detailed. The screen porch was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked well with everything in perfect and pristine condition. The lakefront and beach are perfect for swimming. The neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommend!

Very nice location next to the state park. Kids really enjoyed the sand beach, pool table and Pac Man arcade machine. Finishes inside the house were well-above rental quality, you could tell the owners either stay there regularly or have high standards. We felt as if we were at someone's home and not some income generating property - kudos to the owners for wonderful lakefront experience and we will 100% consider renting again!

Dream home!

Dream home!

This house is to die for. It's absolutely beautiful, spacious and has incredible views. We took over the lower level with our 1 year old and furry baby while my parents had the master on the main floor. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I've ever encountered. We cooked every meal there and enjoyed the views from the dining room table. We booked because it had a beautiful beach and was pet-friendly, but they've since changed their policy. It's a shame not all dog owners are respectful because the outdoor space could not be more perfect for pups. Our dog was absolutely obsessed (@bruin_the_brown_bear) and it made our vacation just watching him romp around and jump off the dock. It's private, and quaint. We had rain 4/5 days but could still enjoy the screened in porch and the swing underneath the deck on the lower level. It would be a dream to come back to this property but we cant leave the furry child behind. DEFINITELY stay here, you won't regret it!
