The work of local artists, the soft-close cupboards and dimmer switches make it easy to create a cozy atmosphere for yourself here. The mud room with your private laundry and rear entrance leading to the parking area, can be closed off from the living area. The living space is well insulated for noise and the smart TV is equipped with Roku and Dish satellite service. The space stays cool during the summer without air conditioning due to being 3 feet below ground and the ceiling fans. When you choose this garden apartment you are ensuring yourself you will have a happy and comfortable stay.
