Very comfortable bed!

The Hotel was in a safe and clean area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious Easy to get to shops & restaurants with a car. Parking was plenty and free. Definitely recommend!

Security deposit was taken and it takes a while to get back.

this was our 5th time in your hotel, I didn't like anything this time

They gave me a room on the second floor with a view of the roof! A room like this should cost twice as much They changed the number but the door didn’t open!(((I go to the reception again! They changed number 629 again! There was a problem with the toilet; the water was running at night and didn’t let me sleep

Nice room and good location close to everything, not great facilities.

Room was nice and clean, hotel was in a good location. Staff was friendly, and convenient shop for snacks and any toiletries you forgot in the lobby.

The hot tub was very dirty. Could not use it. Disappointing because the whole reason I picked this property was because it had a pool. The foam looked brown with dirt and hot tub stunk like feet.

It was so nice to stay here! I’ll definitely be staying again.

I loved the room, it had a comfortable bed, the shower was amazing, and it was nice all throughout the property.

Overpriced and under performed

Location close to where we needed to be

The price and the fact that every other hilton honors or express has free breakfast and this one doesn't. $15 A DAY. no thanks.

Superb

Newer facility. Clean rooms. Free parking and wifi. Pool and fitness center decent.

There was no complimentary continental breakfast. But the fruit and coffee was free which was better than nothing.

Just what we needed

We liked the bartender who helped us check in when we were standing in line and the one front desk staff member was busy. He suggested Green Lake for us to go SUP the next day, which was great, less crowded than Lake Union would’ve been. Wifi was good. Shower stall was large, loved the high quality toiletries. Night light in the bathroom was brilliant, so as not to wake you up with bright white light. Overall, clean, modern. Hot tub and pool were good. Gym looked fully stocked with equipment although we never used it.

Being so close to I5 meant it was noisy, even though the window doesn’t open.

Beautiful, comfortable and wonderful stay

Very modern, clean and very friendly staff, hotel was very beautiful and great location. Hotel also has the option to have breakfast or dinner (extra cost) in the hotel.

Decent place but pay attention to the extra charges

Location was good and outside of the busiest weekend in seattle. Easy access to i-5. The room was nice and comfortable. Given that I was on the highway side, the noise was a little noticeable but if you turn the AC fan on, it mostly drowns it out.

Didn't appreciate paying $50 for a 40 min early check in. I really thought the guy said $25 so I was a little surprised to see a full charge of $50. It was also frustrating that it was 40ish mins early and had I not had to get ready for a concert, I would have just had to sit there and awkwardly stare at them for 40 mins to save $50. I appreciate that my booking came with a $25 food credit but the folks at the breakfast bar cleared my space (tables were maybe 30% full) when I went to get a piece of toast and wouldn't replace the orange juice I wasn't done with. Ended that stay on a really frustrating note.

Rusted, unsanitary and hazardous

Pool an sauna is unsanitary and hazardous. Rusted everything and rust leaking into the pool and hot tub. Visible filth, dirt and alge. I had an allergic reaction and had to use my eppi pen. I'm still in the process of trying to get a refund. The only reason I picked this location was to swing and sit in the hot tub. So disappointed. I need to a refund.. then the fridge was broken in my first room so packing everything up again to move bc we got out own food. T then the fridge in the second room didn't get cold enough and my food rotted. Just horrible!

staff was friendly. sleep was comfortable. sad times about the hot tub

the beds were very comfortable

the hot tub was broken. that was one of the main reasons we booked there. the floors are very sensitive and can hear every footstep above you like an old house.

Solid, but could have been better.

Pillows were incredibly squishy and not solid. Options between pillows were not good, all were too soft. Otherwise, all good.
