Good location and pool

Unsafe stay

The lobby, room and pool area were clean

We were verbally assaulted by a group of feral teenagers in the pool and the staff did nothing. We checked out immediately and they are fighting me on refunding my money for a room we used for less than 2 hours.

Clean and comfortable stay with amazing breakfast.

Great location close to the freeway. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very kind.

The bedrooms need a refresh.

Not worth the $200, should have gone elsewhere.

The bed was comfy

There were people living in the hotel and we saw someone bringing a camp stove into their room. There were small kids, under 9, running up and down the hall all night yelling and playing. We found a used chapstick in the drawer in our room as well.

My visit would have been good other than the fact that the hotel charged me for my room and security deposit all together and now I haven't received my deposit for the room back and I have had to jump through hoops just to figure out what to do and then I can to get everything taken care of and the person at the front desk snit knowing what's up with my deposit and then I get transferred to the assistant manager and I never got to talk to them I left a message still no response and this is really upsetting because I shouldn't have to have this issue when I go to your hotel so yeah im really upset about all this stuff and Idk how to fix it

I will come back because of the bistro being included in my room deal. a good overall experience.

gym and pools were very nice. also enjoyed the bar and bistro, cozy!

the set up of my room was a little strange. (angle of bed and tv). the bed linens are too light weight, didn’t get the cozy feeling there.

good value, great location and amenities. staffs are excellent. room mattress and pillows could use some upgrades

great location and facility has a indoor pool and hot tub.

the rooms decor seem old and bed was not comfortable as other Marriott properties we’ve stayed in.

more staff needed for bistro. Also we had four in our room so not enough mirror and light. the tv was right in front of the tv

Motel was ok except for breakfast, will never use Booking.com again

Breakfast? Only if you paid for it. And it was sandwiches. Boo

Booking.com registered me for the wrong days, fortunately the Motel changed the dates for me

Heat Wave

The motel was filled with local people (including me and my dog) trying to escape a horrible heat wave. As with other hospitality businesses, there was a pronounced staffing shortage. Checkins were late because rooms were not ready. The staff was clearly under pressure in trying to meet customer needs. I hope Marriott recognizes with raises and bonuses the extraordinary people who work here. They kept their cool and made every effort to accommodate a large number of testy customers.
