The location was great. Parking was free and close to the cottege. The facilities were good. The beds were very confotable. The cottege had extra places: small garden, living room, dinig place.
It was great location to visit country.
The host sent 2 phone number: for problem and for chech in. We texted exact arriving time and nobody waiting for me. The reception was closed. Phones did not answered. We tried to call them for 1 hour!!!! We were very anxcious. Then 1 hour lated call me back and said the cottege number. It had been opened. Nobody presented the cottege and the surounding. We had no problem, but I am sure nobody helped us in this case.

We shouldn't have to undo the beds for the price we paid.

It was a lovely location and clean on arrival

Convenient location for the purpose of our stay. Easy access to Limerick city. Nice pubs and eateries near by. Lots of space in the house. Host was very helpful and resolved complaints that we had. Lots of hot water and central heating, when needed.
Cleanliness of property. Attention to detail required with the cleanliness of the property. The floors on arrival looked clean but were sticky to walk on. The communal areas (sitting room, dining area, bathrooms) were clean and dust free, however there was a lot of dust lying on and in furniture, wardrobes, drawers in bedrooms. The kitchen needs to be updated. One ring on hob did not work. The outside of the kitchen presses as well as handles on presses were greasy to the touch. The oven trays were not washed. Cleaning utensils under the sink were not fit for purpose. One teatowel for a five day stay. Dishwasher provided but no dishwasher tablets. No provision of cleaning products. On arrival the TV did not work, sash windows could not be opened. Heat of the day drew ants into the house via the patio back doors. Only one bin for all rubbish - consideration needs to be given to the provision of separate bins... general waste, recycling waste and compost waste. A couple of bedroom windows require attention relating to handles.

Great location, nice and quiet. Right beside castle.perfect for families although avoid JP clarkes across road very rude on arrival we didn't stay.
Host answered questions in very timely manner although I would have expected to meet them on arrival but we didn't. But Any problems we had she was very responsive and accommodating. A lovely place to stay
Showers bit grubby. TV better suited in corner. Too high up on wall. Being asked to strip beds before leaving, assist with cleaning although cleaning was included In price. Being told we could get charged more cleaning fee if not done. No brush to sweep floors but we left it very clean.

Comfortable, lots of space

Warm welcome from Kiren and prompt check in/out. Kitchen and utilities were suitable for our needs. We were allowed to bring our 2 pets and local area was suitable for exercise. Location was very close to local amenities.
Flies were an ongoing problem, but, to be fair this was due to the local envirnoment and fly spray was provided.

There was very little to like. I've traveled quite a bit and this was subpar
Cleanliness was seriously lacking, run down property, not safe for children. Cars driven everywhere, even in areas clearly marked not to. Questionable night time behaviors of other tenants.

The vicinity is quite good and pleasant people around.
The apartment, there were spider webs everywhere, mattress uncomfortable with springs very obvious, dirty and covered with protector. TV not working for the duration of our stay (4days).
It is not a good value for money. Never recommending it for anyone.

The location was the only thing to like about this property
Where to start… avoid, avoid, avoid. The host never meets you, the keys are left on the mantle inside the house, I had to text the host to find out how to collect (even though the host advised me they would contact me to let me know how to get the keys). When we arrived, we sat down to put on the tv as we had just had a 3 hour drive, surprise, the tv does not work. We contacted the host who advised that the tv was down for the whole of Bunratty and should be sorted on Monday (this was not the case as we asked around numerous other people, further it was an aerial tv so could not be down for the whole village!). Monday came and went and the TV was still not working. The beds in the house are shocking, you would be better off sleeping on the floor (that is if they changed the carpets, which were so stained in each room). The biggest issue we had was with the shower in the downstairs toilet, the shower starts off warm and all of a sudden is cold, then scalding hot (without you having changed the temperature). My back got burnt as I could not get out of the shower when the water went scalding (there are no handles on the inside of the shower door to open from the inside). I contacted the host who couldn’t have cared less that I got burnt and was advised that maintenance would be around tomorrow. I subsequently received a text the following day to advise that maintenance found no issue with the shower (all they did was turn down the power in the shower, which by the way was only a trickle at even the best of power). I tried the shower again at full power and low and behold, the same issue, cold then scalding then back to cold again ( this continued if you left the shower at max power no matter the temperature). The only decent shower in the house had a blocked drain! Also the fire blanket had not been serviced in over 3 years. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere but here.

Warm welcome and great location
All was good as expected

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great. The property is also walking distance from some nice pubs and cafes as well as Bunratty Castle. The member of staff who welcomed us was very friendly and had recently cleaned the property well.
The property is in an area near some derelict buildings which means it feels a little uncomfortable. Though it was quite clean, there the facilities are tired and need some maintenance (the boiler makes very loud noises whenever it is on, one of the showers is leaking through the ceiling, the fridge door sticks and it difficult to open etc). Overall, while the location is good, more than 500 euros for two nights isn’t good value for money given the condition of the property.

The location was lovely!
Everything was good. Beds were a bit hard, but that is personal preference.

The accommodation was not clean, the bathrooms were in bad condition.A good cleaning of the property is needed.

Location near shops, bars restaurants and bunratty castle
You can't park outside the house you have to walk from carpark, which is inconvenient with young children and prams, bags etc.
The cooker rings weren't working which was unacceptable since we were there for 8 nights.kichen / living area couldn't keep the heat it was a cold room to be in.

Lovely cotton sheets and towels. Great location for touring.
Bedroom downstairs smelled musty and bed felt damp. Couldn't open kitchen window when cooking. Houses looked a bit neglected may be due to not in use during covid. Didnt have portfolio of things to do or local services like taxi or gp or hospital.

House comfortable, near bunratty castle
The estate the house was situated in was very run down, weeds growing in carpark and along verges. Grass needed cutting. Some of the other houses needed painting.
