The grounds of the masseria were beautiful and well maintained. There were picture opportunities everywhere. The pool was lovely and quiet and set back in a natural setting. The hotel staff were super Very peaceful and perfect for couples or families. The staff were very helpful including suggestions on day trips and what towns or restaurants to explore nearby. The location made it easy to take trips 30 min and up to 1.5 hours away to explore other towns that were all magical in their own way. The breakfast had many choices and the dinner menu changed nightly. It was nice to do day trips and come back to the masseria to eat dinner and finish the day. Overall a lovely stay.

Everything was really amazing. The location, the masseria itself and its garden, pool, the breakfast concept. The staff was very friendly and we felt there like at home. We are extremely glad this place was our first masseria experience 🫶🏼
Nothing. Only one small suggestion: it would be great if closets had more shelves to leave the clothes. Nothing more.

A place to feel good immersed in the Apulian countryside among centuries-old olive trees.
We really appreciated the rich breakfast (super jam), the attention to detail of the structure, the cleanliness and above all the absolute silence that reigns everywhere.
Excellent location for visiting the beautiful villages of the Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello areas.

Well-finished Masseria with attention to every detail.
Room was very nice, air-conditioned and clean.
Breakfast was rich with natural and homemade food: tasting cakes, fresh bread, focaccia and jam.
Dinner was delicious, a relaxing atmosphere with typical Apulian dishes.
The swimming pool area was so dreaming, a natural heaven surrounded by greenery.
Staff is as special as the beauty of the Masseria. They were all caring, friendly and I think that this is the real value of Ayroldi.
Hope to come back one day!

Beautiful masseria just 10 mins from Ostuni - tastefully decorated, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast and helpful staff, what more could you want. Perfectly positioned to explore all the lovely towns in Puglia & everything the area has to offer. Especially loved my room no 103 being upstairs and having the lovely views from the outdoor terrace

Great location for visiting the Valle d'Itria; the Masseria is very accurate in the details. Rooms and common areas are clean. The atmosphere in the pool is unique; the staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive to every need. We felt at home. Restaurant serves typical dishes of the Apulian tradition. The strong point is certainly the breakfast, being served at the table compared to the usual buffet was really nice. It made the stay even more relaxing, tasting homemade products. Jam and biscuits are unique.

A really beautiful property, very well kept and in a great location only 12 minutes drive from Ostuni old town.
We found the property to be quite uncomfortable. The bed was very firm and we’d wake up sore most mornings, the sun beds aren’t comfy for more than an hour or so, and the patio furniture had no cushions so we couldn’t comfortably sit there for long. The pool was freezing cold even in 30 degree heat. Also neither the fridge nor the aircon in our room got very cool.
We were disappointed with the breakfast. You have to pre order it the day before (apparently to help them organise in advance) and it’s not an Al a carte menu. Just lots of random bits. The croissants are from frozen not fresh, the scrambled egg was very dry and just comes on a plate on its own, the coffee wasn’t very nice, and if you ask for water it comes in a small plastic bottle with a plastic cup.
It’s a really beautiful property but we felt these things really let it down.

The atmosphere and ambience was amazing. Very calming and welcoming. When you arrive, you feel like you have come to a special place.
The family running the place and staff made it extra special

it’s gorgeous.
Our air con in our room didn’t work and it smelt damp.
The catering was weird and disappointing. It was very Covidesque which just felt odd as had been travelling through Italy for a week and no one else seems bothered by it.

The property has a lot of character - the stone is really beautiful and the pool area is very nice and peaceful. The staff communicate via WhatsApp and that is super convenient - you can get menus, recommendations, taxi service, ask any questions. It is also very well located just 10 mins or so outside Ostuni so getting into town is easy (€25 each way in a cab if you don’t have a car) but you have the peace and tranquillity of an out of town location. The dinner I had there was very tasty!
The breakfast is not self service style. You are given a form at check in on which you tick what you want and if you want to change that day to day, you have to submit a new form. You can send a photo of the form via WhatsApp but this concept is generally annoying and quite restrictive - when on holiday it’s quite difficult to plan that far ahead what you want for breakfast. The bathrooms could also be cleaner.

Very charming masseria with typical architecture, surrounded by olive trees. Beautiful swimming pool and ancient-style buildings, the domain in itself is pretty vast with a very convenient parking lot. Only 6 min away from Ostuni by car, perfect location.
First, the reception was not friendly at all. We asked why we had a much smaller room than our friends (with only very tiny square windows, 40cm wide maximum, and a minuscule bathroom with a ridiculously small shower in which we could not extend our arms), while having paid slightly more money than them. The manager in charge on that day became very aggressive in a second, and blame it on us to have booked through a platform versus from their own website. He was not accommodating at all, whereas we were traveling with a one year old baby. He had us pay upfront for the 3 days stay, we should definitely have checked the room first because then it was impossible to complain, he did not want to hear anything. The next day he proposed us another room which was even smaller, we refused because it would have been a struggle with the baby cot (which we paid 20 euros for per night, by the way). Second, whether it was dinner or breakfast, the meals were absolutely not up to the standards of what you can rightfully expect from a 4 star-hotel. Nothing we tasted was home-made (tasteless pasta with canned tomato sauce, cheap wine, basic cereals...). The restaurant looks lovely but the atmosphere was cold, like it was the end of the season for the staff. We preferred going out to Ostuni where the food scene is great.

My family and I truly enjoyed our week long stay. we felt at home in such a peaceful place. We could tell that a lot of hard work and love go into this Masseria. The pool area is wonderful and their light lunches are great. The location of the Masseria is great because it is close to the town of Ostuni and great starting point to explore Puglia. We would love to come back!

Beautiful place! The owners are very kind and try to arrange special needs for drinks and food for us. So lovely! The place is very beautiful and very quiet. Ostuni is around 20 minutes away and is very beautiful but also busy during our stay. At the Masseria it's so quiet so for us the perfect combination. We really enjoyed our stay and i really recommend this place if your going to ostuni.

We stayed one week and loved it. The owners of the masseria and the staff are incredibly nice and attentive. The rooms are cozy, very clean and ours had air condition/heating. The breakfast is very abundant and tasty which also applies to the dinner in the restaurant. Masseria Ayroldi focuses on self-produced and regional products. The masseria is also a good base for trips to other cities. As it is a rather rural area, a (rental) car is highly recommended. We'd love to visit again in the future.

Atmospheric, charming property in the countryside. Comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool area.
We had dinner at their restaurant and it was underwhelming. Still, very convenient to be able to dine at the property, given its remote location.

Staff were excellent, enjoyed breakfast it was all cooked on the premises with fresh organic ingredients and the eggs were delicious. Federica and Giuseppe were very helpful with eating out options as we tried them all. Federica suggested a areas of interest to visit and a number of beach locations which were great - she should be a tour guide.
Great team superb service. Highly recommended

The service was very friendly and easy going. We felt very comfortable from the very start. The breakfast was perfect and they even gave a candle to blow out for my birthday, this was very kind and sweet of them.
Bathrooms are super cleans and every day a cleaning lady makes up the bed.
To be honest, there was nothing that I didn’t like..
