Lovely room, very clean, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Beautiful pool and very peaceful.
Restaurant was not open in evening, which was disappointing as we had no car! We had to get Ottavio, lovely transfer guy, to take us into Ostuni three times, at some cost. This wasn’t clear on the Booking.com site.
Breakfast was indoors, beautiful views, but it would have been nice to be able to use the outside terrace.

Atypical and charming room in a Trulli. Lot of space. Very clean. jacuzzi inside the room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing really just don’t hesitate to ask the staff for setting the air conditioning on when you arrive in the trulli.

Big room. It was very clean. Great location. Lovely views.

The room was beautiful and romantic as in pictures; we booked the one with the hot tub in it. Very clean.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and luckily our stay was very short.
1. We got there on a weekend and once arrived we found out that on weekends outside people are able to come in with a day pass..therefore the pool was absolutely crowded with adults but mostly with kids splashing water everywhere (nothing against kids but there are two pools, one of which is dedicated for them) - not very romantic, if we knew about the day pass we could have just saved up the money spent for the room and enjoy the pool as everyone else.
2. The A/C was not working. We tried everything and spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it, air just wouldn’t come out.
3. On Monday there wasn’t a chef at the restaurant so they only had salads and sandwiches to offer.
4. The WI-FI!! My husband is American so at the time he didn’t have an Italian SIM card, he also works from his phone/laptop. Since the Wi-Fi was not working, he was not able to keep up with his job whatsoever. There is also no service in the trulli so even with my hotspot internet wouldn’t work. Wi-Fi was extremely important for us as I believe it is for everyone else and when we confronted the owner about it he just apologized and said it’s been off for a few days. We would have appreciated much more if he mentioned that to us prior to our stay.
5. One of the biggest reasons why we decided to book this place is for their gym as advertised on bookings. It’s not a real gym, no real weights and no A/C either. It seemed more like a storage room with a treadmill and a bench. We still appreciate the effort :’)
6. PLEASE READ THIS‼️ The room we booked had a weird sensor facing the bed. It wasn’t hidden but had zero purpose at all, it was covered by some tape which raised concern as well. but why not remove it then? It probably was nothing but could it have been a camera? Who knows.

The service here was of a 5 star hotel. Ottavio & Antonio were SO helpful and also helped us arranging getting around Puglia. Honestly they went above and beyond, all with a smile. We arrived late and they were just so accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a view overlooking all the olive trees and I'd highly recommenced staying here.
Everything was amazing.

Some construction noise but that should be fine soon

Nice, heated swimming pool. Theough it had been raining very much the whole time, we could swim in the covered pool.
the smell of humidity and mold i guess, which had been tryed to hide with liquid parfums. The view from the room jist into the parking :(

All the staff were super friendly, the outdoor pool areas and common areas were well cared for and very relaxing. Our son enjoyed the play area and pool a lot. The dining room had a beautiful view. it’s a great place to relax and get away.
The property was a bit far from Ostuni so having a car or any mode of transportation is helpful. The property only offered breakfast and lunch so you had to go off the property for the evening meal.

Unique location, interesting jacuzzi concept
Ultimately while unique the place wasn’t very well divided
Excess of kid toys and fun activities made it feel like it was a place for family and kids, not very Romantic
Bedroom was same size of bathroom, a bit weird
Price was way too high though, 50% off would have made more sense
