Everything. The cottage is comfy with the perfect mixture btw old and modern. The turntable was great. We didn t turn on the tv in those 4 days. The oven is fantastic. Amazing shower and heating system. The quality of the towels and bed linen is 5 stars. Def best value.
Have to leave.

Delightful Cumbrian property removed from the high density areas of the Lake District however close enough to the fells & lakes, and indeed the coast too, to access all areas with ease. Everything needed thought of, and more, to self cater for a couple and feel that you have lucked in in your choice of accommodation.
Superb all round. No issues at all.

I loved the upstairs room, it was lovely to sit and chill with a board game listening to some music after a day exploring
The hoover, I like to keep things tidy while away and the hoover is a nightmare so meant that I couldn’t hoover to a standard I was happy with, it seemed like the pipe and attachments were not a match

It is a lovely and cosy place to stay. Good location, easy access to shops and attractions. Close to everything, but on a side which is advantage. It was lovely to stay there

very peaceful location, comfortable accommodation, very clean, with everything needed for self catering.not too far to drive to lakes+fell walks.close to town for supermarkets etc.
perhaps more space to exercise the dog.

The home from home feel. The books and the games.
The milk, tea and coffee supplies.
The upstairs lounge was superb.
Stephanie was very thoughtful and polite throughout the arrangements.
Bathroom mirror above sink far too low for tall man shaving.
Lack of side tables next to arm chairs to put drinks on.

Loved the location, the views were amazing and the area was very quiet. The cottage is lovely and was super clean. The log burner made the stay exceptional and was very enjoyable during the cold evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom facilities were brilliant. I think this was one of our favourite accommodations yet!
The only things we could say are the road leading up to the cottage is quite bumpy, however is drivable and didn’t affect our stay. There could be more pillows on the bed as well.

I’ve never stayed in a more comfortable or well-thought-through place. Not only does the house have everything you could possibly need for your stay (and a very appreciated welcome pack with cookies and milk for a cuppa!) but everything from the board games, great selection of music and even a head torch for taking your dog out when it’s dark - Stephanie has put so much thought into making her guests as comfortable as possible. The views from the property are stunning, the beds are very comfortable and it’s perfectly placed for exploring the lakes. We brought along a teenager (who said the sofabed was very comfy) and our two sausage dogs and the house also got two paws up from them. It’s a really beautiful home and we’ll definitely be back.
Nothing - every aspect was perfect.

the property was clean beautifully presented Homely and very cosy. The exact location was initially a little difficult to find but the owners gave me directions and I was then easily able to find it. The property was close to local shops and filling stations. A great record selection was provided! which was a nice surprise.
nothing.
