Beautiful, riverside property. Friendly couple. We loved all the kid friendly details. The beds were very comfortable and air mattress was a plus. Hot tub was clean.
WiFi was very spotty. No stove or oven, but appliances available for use. Backyard was beautiful, but not toddler friendly. Very little flat space. Kitchen was very small.

The place was wonderfully located, the running river might have been my favorite thing about my vacation. I would sit with the windows open, reading my book, drinking coffee, listening to the sounds. The home is beautiful and has many amenities. Of course the hot tub after a long day of hiking was soothing.
The one thing that was 'odd' and a bit annoying/distracting was the constant noise from the garage door opening and closing all hours of the day and night. We weren't really sure what that was all about. The owners might want to sit in the apartment and have the other open and close the door frequently all day and hear the impact. Otherwise the place is majestic and the owners are very attentive.

Hosts were great. We stayed for Christmas and they even supplied a Christmas tree. I would reccomend this to everyone!

Beautiful, awesome location. Very nice well kept apartment and home. Very clean and accommodating. Had a great stay.
We are accustomed to better, softer mattresses and pillows but other than that it was great!

This place is a little bit of heaven here on earth. Total tranquility and mountainous surrounding while still very close to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Steve and Patty, hosts, were so accommodating and kind! I have never had such an awesome place to stay in my life! Plenty of space, views, just awesome. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and I am already turning my wheels on when my next get away here will be!!!!
Absolutely perfect in every way!!!!!
