Excelente ubicación y trato

Ubicación excelente, no dentro del bullicio pero cerca del centro andando, por lo que es un lugar muy tranquilo. Tuvieron un detalle y es que abrieron el buffet del desayuno 45 minutos antes de la hora normal para que nos diese tiempo a desayunar, puesto que teníamos que marcharnos para coger un barco a las islas Cham. Muchas gracias! :) Además muy limpio y habitaciones cómodas. Desayuno rico también!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, clean and very friendly staff. Totally recommend this place.

Lovely room which was well decorated and clean. Loved having a balcony and hanging out after a long day out in Hoi An. The location was amazing. It’s a short walking distance to the market and the main spots. The staff were super friendly and they provided us with advice and tips. We rented two bicycles to explore the villages and rice fields. This was one of our highlights. The breakfast was very good and had all we needed. I particularly enjoyed the Cao Lau - actually liked it more than many of the dishes at the restaurants!

Building works going on next door. We had the top room with a balcony. Please note that this room has beautiful tall ceilings but the balcony has a low ceiling hanging over it. If you want a better balcony I’d recommend the one on the floor beneath it. It’s not obvious from the photos.

Excellent value with great location in Hoi An

I liked the staff at the hotel. The women were friendly and helpful. They helped us with trips to Hoi An Memories show. I liked the location as it was quiet for sleeping yet a short walk to the river walk and restaurants. I liked the breakfast as they provided a choice of eggs along with fresh fruit and other items. I like the bed as it was very comfortable for sleeping. I liked the use of the elevator. I recommend this hotel.

I did not like not being able to access the HDMI outlet in the back of the tv so I could watch my shows. All else was great though.

A classy villa, close to everything but quiet. Everything about the Volar De Faifo Villa is well done and welcoming.

A beautiful villa with a comfortable room with good beds. A small pool to cool down in, really good breakfasts, great snd friendly staff in a good B location. A small scale treasure.

Thinking……a grip bar or similar at the pool for people like me with movement and strength difficulties.

真的超好的體驗，舒適且服務超棒，非常推薦！

地點很好，可以在附近逛逛直接走回住宿的地方，不需再額外叫車。早餐是buffet，種類不多但很足夠，且美味！服務人員超級超級棒！人員很親切之外，這趟旅程有非常多都是他們幫忙預定處理的，接送服務、竹籃船體驗、巴拿山門票預訂等等，都幫我們處理的很好且完善，讓我們整個旅程非常順利！

Das Hotel entspricht in allen Aspekten seiner Präsentation. Alles ist sehr wertig und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist top, das Personal kompetent und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft.

Good location, small clean room, helpful staff

Estancia express muy mejorable

La ubicación es muy buena si vas a pasar solamente una noche en Hoi An, buscas algo muy, muy económico y quieres tener todo lo más turístico cerca. ¡Nada más!

Llegamos antes de que tuvieran la habitación preparada y el personal de recepción estaba más pendiente de vendernos una excursión o un traslado al aeropuerto (del día siguiente) más barato, que en decirnos sobre qué hora la tendríamos lista. Una vez en la habitación... las toallas podrían estar en bastante mejor estado y la limpieza deja un poco que desear, cuando te encuentras unas chanclas de (suponemos) los anteriores huéspedes. Las verdad que no lo recomendaríamos.

Je regrette ce choix d’hôtel le seul qui pour l’instant est une déception au Vietnam

La chambre, les équipements et l’emplacement c’était très bien. L’accueil est à revoir, pas même une petite boisson, on vous dit revenez à 14h la chambre est pas prête et on vous explique en 5 min avec un plan. Tous les services de l’hôtel sont payant même le prêt de vélo. Rien n’est gratuit dans l’hôtel et aucunes attention gratuite dans la chambre. Notre chambre le top accès direct à la piscine encore faut-il que le personnel respecte et soit moins bruyant. Bravo à la personne du petit déjeuner qui sourit naturellement et qui prépare les omelettes et spécialités de la région 👏

Les personnes à l’accueil pas accueillante, qui se force à sourire. Petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h30, à 8h une des personnes de l’accueil vous dit plus yaourt plus de jus d’orange alors qu’il reste 1h30 de service c’est incompréhensible

Very nice hotel in a great location walking distance from the old city.

The room has a very nice design. I have been renting scooters from hotels in Vietnam for years and the one they provided was the first decent hotel rental bike I've ever used.

Great quiet location with excellent breakfast.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent location, not far from the night market and river, but quiet. Decor was tasteful yet modern. Appreciate the upgrade given to my in-laws who requested separate beds.

Cleanliness could be improved. Sheets were dusty and my wife has trouble sleeping due to the dust.

Lovely hotel in Hoi An!

Lovely, small boutique style hotel. Spotlessly clean room with a nice balcony and comfy beds. Good choice of breakfast and the pool was an added bonus. Excellent location, close to all the local attractions but away from the crowds! Would recommend this hotel

Very nice and clean hotel

Everything was very good. The staff on the reception was very kind and helpful. They organized a airport pick-up for me. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options to choose from. The location is very good and has some good restaurants close by, which was helpful, since it rained veery strong on the evening when I arrived and therefor I didn't need to walk that far through the rain.

Wonderful stay:)

Everything was perfect. The staff helped in organizing local transfers and tickets to the memories of Hoi An show. The location was great, away from all the noise coming from the main road and restaurants. The room had everything needed, comfortable beds and good wifi.

Everything was perfect: the room is big and bright, fully equipped, with a lovely terrace on the pool. The location is central, in walking distance to the old town, but at the same time very quiet, since it is not traffic area. The breakfast includes many options, both local and international, cold and hot, juices, coffe, etc. Everything we tried was delicious.

Superb

Breakfast is great based on the villa size. Location is perfect, not too close to the crowded area, but close enough to walk (5-10 minutes).

The bathroom maintenance could have been better. The shower door is a little off. The floor caulk inside the shower needs to be replaced.
