nezadovoljna nad recepcijo!

prostori so hitro najdljivi, urejeno, čisto

Izgubili smo se v centru mesta, ob klicu v ta hotel mi receptor ni želel pomagati. Številka je bila po klicu nedosegljiva. Prepuščeni smo bli sami sebi, pozno zvečer v centru mesta, brez avtobusov, pomoči iz ulic… poklicali smo taxi zadnji trenutek. Receptor ni nikoli vrnil klica, da bi se vsaj pozanimal kje smo in kako smo rešili oz. če sploh smo. ZELO GRDO OD NASTANITVE OZ. HOTELA!

God verdi for pengene

Moderne og rene leiligheter. Kort til busstoppet om du skal til Antibes sentrum.

Dårlig utvalg av redskaper på kjøkkenet (manglet for eksempel stekespade). Hard seng og for myke puter. Trangt ved bassengområde og lite basseng.

Sotto le aspettative

Veramente poche cose rispetto al rapporto qualità/prezzo. A nostro avviso è una struttura di tre stelle , a voler essere buoni, non certamente di quattro.

Parecchie cose: dalla posizione defilata dal centro di Antibes (ma questo si sapeva), ubicato in una zona commerciale/industriale, alla reception dell'hotel non localizzata da Google Maps, dalla cronica assenza di parcheggio (esiste praticamente solo quello a pagamento sotterraneo del centro commerciale al prezzo di 11€ al giorno) alla presenza di un solo ascensore nonostante le numerose camere disposte su tre piani. Se ci concentriamo sugli interni: una stanza con diversi difetti a partire dai cuscini assolutamente inadeguati (qualità pessima, eccessivamente soffici, uno solo per parte) per continuare con le due poltrone sporche e macchiate, armadi piccoli e posti in posizione pericolosa poiché sporgenti vicino alla testa del letto, il locale bagno con la porta proprio di fronte alla cucina, il box doccia con un' anta sola, dunque dall'altra metà fuoriusciva l'acqua, il terrazzo con la visuale su un' officina di autodemolizioni, l'aria condizionata che non riusciva a restare oltre i 24 gradi, ovvero nonostante fosse aumentata, ad esempio a 26° , ritornava immediatamente a 24°. Last but non least , il prezzo: anche se per la verità l'albergo è stato prenotato solo una quindicina di giorni prima per le date a cavallo di ferragosto.

Un grand merci à Matt de la réception pour m’avoir aidé à trouver une place pour mon van. Le stationnement dans le coin n’est pas simple.

Le fait qu’il ne soit pas fait mention d’une hauteur max pour le parking surtout quand vous arrivez avec un van.

Escapade à Antibes

La chambre belle , la literie correcte, l'équipement cuisine complet et propre , sdb bien équipée et propre. Bon point pour la belle piscine.

Manque de rangement pour les vêtements Pas de ménage de changement de serviettes inclu. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant : manque de choix (pains, charcuterie et fromages) et mauvaise gestion lors de l'affluence du vendredi matin. Parking sous terrain trop cher. Hôtel trop loin du centre.

De airco werkte niet vlg zeggen pas de week na vertrek??? De toilet badkamer combinatie had riool lucht. Geen tijdelijke parkeer gelegenheid

Prettige ontvangst en parkeren helemaal goed, ligging uitstekend voor op doorreis.

Misschien een doekje om de keuken even schoon te maken.

Qualità prezzo Ottimo :)

24 gennaio 2024: Relazione prezzo-qualità ottimo, scrivo la data perché in questa zona in estate i prezzi sono molto diversi. Siamo arrivati in macchina ad Antibes e l'hotel ha il parcheggio a pagamento a 11€ a notte ma noi fortunatamente abbiamo trovato parcheggio nelle strade vicine a 2 minuti a piedi. Apparthotel nuovo, i corridoi hanno ancora un po di odore a legno nuovo infatti ma è ben tenuto e abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo. Lo staff alla reception era molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza era completa di tutto il necessario. Il kitchenette molto comodo, pulito e ben fornito. Ci tornerei.

Bon rapport qualité prix malgré tout pour Antibes.

La chambre séparée. L appartement avec un joli salon.

Le vis à vis. La propreté (cheveux dans les toilettes). Il y a une cuisine mais pas de casseroles pour cuire quelque chose.

Estuvo muy bien, volveria al mismo sitio

No tomamos desanyuno en el hotel. Teniamos una cocina en la habitacion, muy bien equipada. La ubicacion esta a las afueras, por lo que se llega rapido en coche. Supermercado cerca. Restaurante -2 de ellos- en el mismo edificio, Mc Donalds enfrente. Muy limpio y muy amables Parking en el mismo edificio por 11 euros al dia, se puede cargar el coche electrico en el parking

El entorno es de zona industrial, pero eso le da accesibilidad con coche.

Nous ne reviendrons pas.

La grandeur de l'appartement et la terrasse.

Appartement très mal isolé. Je suppose qu'il n'y a pas de double vitrage... On a eu vraiment l'impression de dormir sur la route... Les voisins de la terrasse du dessous on fait du bruit jusqu'à au moins 3h du matin... Impossible de dormir. Nous avions fait 5h de route et nous aurions espérer récupérer ce qui n'a pas été le cas.

Chambre moderne et propre

Établissement propre et moderne. Le personnel était très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Les chambres sont récentes et bien décorées. L hôtel propose un service de taxi très pratique car impossible de prendre un taxi par nos Propres moyens! Très compliqué à Antibes de trouver un chauffer pour des petits trajets. La piscine située sur le toit est parfaite pour se rafraîchir.

J’aurais aimé une machine à café / bouilloire dans la chambre ainsi qu’un mini frigo.

Size of the bedroom, comfy bed and small terrace in the room. Reception staff was also very nice and helpful.

Not a fault of the hotel, but some other clients were very noisy next door and woke us up during the night. Pool is quite small for the size of the hotel so we could not enjoy it as it was pretty busy.

The hotel is nice. The position is about 15 minutes driving far from Antibes' old town, downtown or the principal beaches. Anyway, it is near the highway, if someone wants to move around to other places. Continental breakfast on a reservation and not included; it was good but might be improved. Solarium and a small pool on the rooftop. Very kind and helpful the night man.

Unfortunately, a lot of stuff. As soon as we arrived, we met a kind lady at the reception, who unfortunately did not speak English... Then her colleague checked us in, and when we arrived in the room, the room was the wrong one (?), i.e., it had not been cleaned... We went back to the reception and promptly had a new room. On the second day, the receptionist gave our room to a family that had just arrived and deactivated our key, so we were stuck outside our room, and we had to complain again to the reception. On the third day, while I was sitting at a table in the front of the hotel, one operator started spraying water to clean the floor... spraying water on my feet - and on another man sitting at another table - without saying a word ... Plus: everything has to be paid - breakfast, towels, sheets and room cleaning if you want anything during your stay

Best choice if you have a car

Room overall was really nice, as was the entire hotel. Very comfortable bed, nice staff, easy and cheap parking, good breakfast, great AC. We loved this hotel

It is farther from center, but knew this when we booked.

Good location for a road trip stop

Clean room, okay breakfast, good location if you wish to travel around Côte d’Azur by car. There is an affordable underground parking shared with the shopping center, and the best part: there is free electric car charger in the parking garage. We stayed there for 5 nights and every day traveled to different spots around Côte d’Azur, went back only to sleep and charge our car.

At the time of check in, the hotel charged us €250 “security deposit”, although we were staying in a standard room without kitchen (so no appliances, no safe — nothing that could justify that). The deposit was supposed to be unblocked “within two hours after check out”, but it did not happen. I had to contact the hotel a week after we left to unblock the deposit. And finally, I got the money unblocked 2 days later after contacting my bank.

Convenient location between Cannes and Antibes. Swimming pool is big enough for active and non active users. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
