This beautifully furnished and fully equipped two bedroomed ground floor apartment, has a prime private location, within Boavista Golf Resort. The apartment has fantastic and peaceful views overlooking the 14th green, with Lagos and the sea in the distance. Guests have assess to the large shared outdoor heated swimming pool and children's paddling pool, which is within 50 metres. A south facing sitting room, leads on to a private patio/terrace lawned area, where it attracts the sunshine for a large part of the day. This stunning location is perfect for holidays and short breaks all year round.

I loved every single day at our flat with Lakeview. Boavista Golf Resort exceeded our expectations! The pool, the quiet, the view, the amenities, and the great location (only 3 min away from Intermarché and 5 min away from Lagos) made our holidays a dream! Cannot wait to come back for a longer time.

A very well equipped property

We loved almost everything able the apartment, but as an elderly but active couple we were very disappointed with the sofa, which was well past it's 'sell by date'. Which I'm sure the owner was aware of. It is fine to say ' we are replacing it', but didn't help us, and definitely spoilt our holiday

Villa was roomy, well-equipped and clean with a good location overlooking the golf course. Pool was excellent, really comfortable temperature and so big that it was never crowded. Always loungers available as even in August the resort felt relatively quiet (none of our neighbouring apartments were occupied). You do need a car but you can park right outside the apartment and we always found free parking just outside Lagos walls and near beaches. Nearby Intermarche was the best-stocked supermarket we’ve had on holiday so we ate at home quite a bit and gas barbecue made this easier. The apartment, along with the nearby beaches, marina, boat trips and restaurants, made this a very relaxed and happy family holiday. Thank you.

Perfect location both on the course and in general to explore the area.
Property was clean and communication with the owner was excellent, usually answered questions within an hour or two.
Golf on your doorstep, tough course, played twice and enjoyed both times. Great clubhouse with excellent service.
Couple of negatives, the beds.... hard as rock, beyond firm, i could not sleep on them, i think the floor may have been more forgiving:)
Ants, the kitchen was all but unusable as there was an infestation of ants, we kept food in the fridge only and kept it spotless but they were everywhere, on the counters, in the cupboards.
We ate only from dishes from the dishwasher and never cooked anything in the property because of them.
Made the trip very expensive as we had to buy meals everyday.
We did report it the first day, and i believe they came and sprayed the floor, but that did nothing really.
Pool area was great, plenty of room and we often had the pool to ourselves.
Overall, loved the location and had a great time, thank you Helen, but do something about the ants!

This is our 6th visit to Boavista. We have stayed in various apartments in Lakeview and Helen’s apartment didn’t disappoint. It had everything you needed for a great stay and a lovely location overlooking the 14th green. Both bedrooms had patio doors to a grass area and the living room had 2 sets of patios opening up to a good size patio and garden with a lovely large umbrella. The couple of minor issues we had were dealt with efficiently by the wonderful Careways team on site. The pool is just a 30 second walk from apartment. The Clubhouse restaurant staff are very friendly and put on a great Friday BBQ and Sunday roast. The new part of Boavista up the hill has an Italian restaurant which serves a good variety of food. Definitely recommend Boavista, apartment and location. Communication with Helen prior to our visit was also excellent. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed 1 month at this Condo & as such our needs/requirements may differ for people staying only for 1 week of golf.
The 2 sofas especially the large one are at the end of their life.
We had to use the 2 armchairs fron the 2 bedrooms, to have a good sitting position.
Another issue is the poor package selection of the TV, only 50% of the channels were OK, the rest black or cloudy.
Also the s TV's are not synchronized, the sources different from Antenna to Satellite. No explanation available.
In spite of these desagrements, we were happy with our stay.
The Gym/Pool at the Golf Club is also as plus.

Great location and property had everything we would ever need. Very comfortable. We couldn’t get the heaters to work, but maintenance chap was able to sort very quickly. Great views over the golf course.

Great apartment & location!
We normally stay in Lagos but this time decided to move to Boavista golf resort: we’re so glad we did.
It was last minute but the check in process was very smooth.
The apartment has a lovely vista of the golf course from the rear terrace which gets the sun most of the day, which you can then follow to the side grassed area and the front patio, in late afternoon/evening.
Access to a good sized communal pool is just across the road.
Inside the apartment is very well appointed and laid out with a good sized TV which you can connect your laptop to via HDMI.
We’ve stayed in many apartments but this is probably the best.

Everything was great the apartment location on Boa Vista was fantastic, close to the pool and golf course. The apartment was everything as advertised. The beds were s little hard but we find this is the case everywhere we’ve stayed in Portugal. No complaints and lots of satisfaction.

51 Lakeview was perfect for our post covid spring escape. The resort itself is always friendly and welcoming and easy to check in with an amazing clubhouse just up for road that has a gym, spa and place to enjoy a good meal. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed including those you wouldn't expect such as a chromecast so as to access Netflix, Amazon etc.. Additionally the apartment is cleaned regularly and came equipped with all the necessaties needed for your stay. One of the best features of the apartment was the garden that gives you access to all day sun from dawn to dusk with a bbq available for those days you want to stay in. If you are thinking of staying in Lagos just look at the photos to see why you would be glad you booked here. Thanks again to the owners for being so accomadating when we wanted to extend our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Helen's apartment which is spacious, clean and very comfortable.
It is situated on Lakeview Village, and having stayed many times at Boavista, consider this to be the best location on the resort.
Communication with Helen was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment in a great location
We had a wonderful stay in Helen's apartment which is spacious, clean and very comfortable.
It is situated on Lakeview Village, and having stayed many times at Boavista, consider this to be the best location on the resort.
Communication with Helen was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

Everything about this flat is perfect - the view is beautiful, it's lovely and bright and the flat is very comfy! :)
We were working here remotely and the setting was perfect for that - very peaceful!
We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the views and going across the road for a swim every so often.
The sofas are really comfy too so you can enjoy a lovely night in too!
I would definitely recommend this flat.

Excellent view, comfortable apartment
The apartment is the last one of the block so there is a garden onn3 sides of the house. Sun all day. From the terrace we had excellent views of the golfers on hole 14 and a bit more to the left you see the skyline of Lagos.
The house has a modern vibe and the beds (180cm wide) are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven) and it has a nice gas-bbq in the terrace. Fast Wifi.
Large 25 meter pool is just across the street and is shared with the other apartments and houses (estimated 80). Because of Covid it was very quiet and we never saw more then 3 people at the pool.
Close to Lagos (3km) and the highway is also nearby.

10/10 stay in a beautiful flat!
We really enjoyed our stay at this flat! It’s very spacious and bright, is really comfy and the views are stunning!
It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
We were working remotely and it had good areas to work from and a strong WiFi connection so it was perfect!
We enjoyed chilling and looking over the golf course, having a swim in the pool across the road, or popping out to Lagos town centre.
We would like to come back one day and I would definitely recommend it!

Great place, very friendly owner, we will definitely come back.
A very spacious 2 bed apartment overlooking the golf course, it was lovely sitting outside watching the golfers go by, the sun is there until late afternoon. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything that you need. There is a swimming pool just across the road to use. There are also spa facilities but we didn’t get to use them, however it’s my local friends proffered gym. I kept getting lost driving to the apartment as it’s a little like Legoland, but this meant I explored more of the resort. My children loved it! I will defiantly visit again. The owner is very nice and very quick to communicate, she accommodated all of our needs. Thank you for a wonderful break. I just wish I was there for longer!!
