This is a fantastic tucked away spot for enjoying time with those closest to you. The house is beautiful with spectacular water views from just about every room. It contains plenty of room to relax and find quiet moments, even with a full house. The beach is quite private and steps aways from the back door. We can't wait to return next year!

Unbelievable property! So much more to do than just a beach. We will be back.

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful place.

We were in Southern MD for a long weekend. This home is spacious and well equipped for visitors including children. We loved the walls of sliding doors on the first level that provided awesome views of the water. In warmer weather the combo indoor/outdoor shower and bath would be a nice feature. The owners were also very responsive by text for any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this property again!

My wife stayed here with friends. She had a great time and said that the house was clean and beautiful. The hosts were easy and pleasant to communicate with.

Overall it was a great experience. The house is huge, there are 2 living rooms, plenty of bathrooms for the amount of beds that are there. The views were amazing. There were a few things we didn’t have access too only because we stayed during the off season and one thing that we were told we would have access too but after we checked in we’re told it was under renovation; the bocce ball area. Overall a great stay. Not a lot to do in the area during off season but I could see it being an amazing place during the warmer months.

The views and sunsets are amazing. We went in the winter so didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor activities but loved suiting inside with the views and playing games and reading. The kitchen is huge and has nearly everything you need. We cooked in every night. There’s not much in the surrounding area if you like to be near a small town (i.e. no cute little restaurants or shops), but it’s perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend with friends or family. The owners are very kind and “on-call” if you need them.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The property is very clean and the owner's have spent a great deal of attention to detail and design.
The location is quiet and the views of the bay are spectacular. Our final night included a beautiful starry sky filled with views of the milky way and shooting stars.

Wonderful family reunion at the perfect beach retreat! We enjoyed our stay at the waterfront home of our hosts Brenda and Jeff. Quite, clean and well appointed home, assured to enjoy the beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay, from sunrise to sunset with plenty of room for the whole family to experience the serenity of southern Maryland!

This is a beautiful home - the kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable but the best part is the water of course and the views from the house are incredible. We had a wonderful time. The owners respond quickly and are very friendly as well.

I booked this property for my immediate family and my in-laws to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday. Jeff and Brenda were the perfect hosts --extremely organized with check-in and check-out, always available when we had questions, and the house was just beautiful. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and this house was immaculate. Nothing feels better than arriving to a clean house when you're on vacation. The beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed all the wonderful amenities like the bocce ball court, the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, the private beach. Our kids loved digging in the sand, hunting for shells and sea creatures, and swinging in the hammocks. Overall, this house provided a much needed respite from our busy lives so we could enjoy being with family and making memories. We're already planning our next getaway to this house in 2023! Thanks for everything, Jeff and Brenda.

Amazing Home
Amazing home at the Chesapeake Shores. Our first visit and won’t be our last! This home has absolutely everything at your fingertips… Brenda and Jeff were wonderful responsive hosts. Views can’t be beat especially at sunrise… Spacious rooms and closet areas, comfortable bedding and linens. From the time we pulled in the drive this home had its arms open for a relaxing stay….

Wonderful house for a family weekend
We stayed at this house to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren (10 people in all). We loved every aspect of this property from the beautiful view, the great private beach, the fire pit at night and the ample bedrooms and bathrooms for a large crew. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed and some of us actually got up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony! We would love to make this an annual event.

5-Star new, amazing house and yard!
Brenda and Jeff are world-class hosts who make their house a welcome, fun, and memorable place to make great memories. The rooms are large, the floor plan provides open and connecting spaces, and the large yard has water and land activities.
We had plenty of room inside and out for our family to gather or have personal space.
We will be back — very highly recommended!!

Wonderful Place
This place is truly amazing. Wall to wall and floor to ceiling water views. We woke up early one morning to watch the sunrise and went outside. It was a little chilly, but then we realized we could sit inside and have the same amazing view. The house was well stocked and the layout was open and spacious. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views!
We loved every minute of our stay at Chesapeake Shores. The house is just beautiful and the owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The views cannot be beat! Even though the temperatures were cool we sat in the adirondack chairs facing the water relaxing and when we got too cold we moved inside where the views are just as good. We will definitely be back with our family. I can see the grandkids loving the bunkroom. Thank you for making your lovely home available!

Quiet, entertaining retreat
We have a peaceful, relaxing and entertaining stay at Chesapeake Shores. From roasting marshmallows and combing the beach for shells, to tracking bald eagles and watching the sunrise over the bay, to playing ping pong and bocce ball - we copulante have asked for a better place to recharge.

Stunning Property
This place is an absolute gem. Some friends and I stayed here for a retreat and it did not disappoint. Right on the water and everything you need is right on the property. The house is also completely updated with plenty of space for everyone. If you are looking for a getaway, this place should be on your list!

Great house in a secluded lot with small private beach
We wanted a quick getaway so we booked this property from 8/16-8/19. The communication from the Evolve team and the owners are punctual and leave nothing to question. The house sits on a big lot and is surrounded by trees. It is very well appointed, spacious and clean. Had very successful fishing experience as well. Caught bunch of spots, croakers, striped bass and drums. Perfect house, if you just want to be lazy and enjoy the water views.

Great place to relax
The house and setting are beautiful. If you are looking for a place away from everything, this is the place. The large yard gave the kids a great place to play and run around. The beach is very small, but the kids enjoyed dipping in and try to catch the crabs. Good spot for fishing and kayaking. Most shopping and dinning is about 30 minutes away, so plan accordingly. We cooked in the large well stocked kitchen a few times and had plenty of room for our group of 12. All in all it was a great family vacation that will provide years of memories!

Million dollar views
I’ve stayed at a lot of beach houses, some from VRBO, and this is the cleanest, nicest house I’ve ever had. Everything about the house was amazing. We liked exploring the area and even cooked fresh seafood in the kitchen. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Amazing house
The photos don't even do it justice. Beautiful property, beautiful house. It was very clean and comfortable, well stocked, and very spacious (there were ten of us and we never felt cramped). The fire pit and sitting area beside the water were perfect for lazy days and nights. The owners were very communicative and welcoming.

Wonderful Family Vacation Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Brenda's Chesapeake Shores beach house. The house was very clean, well kept and had all the amenities we needed to have a relaxing beach vacation. Probably my favorite thing to do was to get up early in the morning and enjoy the sunrise, there is an ocean view from every room in the house or you can go outside and sit in the chairs facing the ocean. My kids enjoyed running around in their huge backyard and playing bocche ball in our very own court. My husband enjoyed fishing off the private beach. My sister and I enjoyed swinging the littles in their tree swings. The entire stay Jeff and Brenda were very helpful and also offered many suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I can't wait to return to make more family memories!

Wonderful stay!
Our family had the best time in this gorgeous home! Beautifully appointed, very clean, most rooms looking out on the water, lots of bathrooms, Adirondack chairs galore- for sitting and watching waves or a game of bocce. The kids loved the beach and we were sad the water was too choppy on the day we wanted to take the kayaks out. The kitchen had everything- even a huge pot for a seafood boil. The extra sitting area upstairs was nice, the bunk beds a huge hit, as was the outdoor shower with entrance into a bathroom, and a game room, too! We would definitely want to return...if we did, we would go back to Pier 450 for an excellent meal, and take another fishing charter because we enjoyed eating the enormous striped bass that was caught! We would also bring extra towels and our outdoor griddle- a small inconvenience for what was a wonderful stay!
Jeff and Brenda were attentive and accommodating hosts- thank you for everything!

A beautiful tranquil getaway
From the moment I stepped in the house I was captivated with it. The open air feel the water view from every room in the house. The sliders on the first and second level that allowed me to hear the waves crashing every morning. The house was immaculate and had all the high end comforts. The beds were amazing and comfortable. The decor was elegant and understated. The laundry room was even top notch with a gaming room in the same space to occupy your time while you did laundry. I loved the kitchen and dining room since I love to cook. The gas in lay fireplace was so nice for those cold nights. I built a fire in the fireplace area outside which was so nice to enjoy. I can not say enough nice things about this house. Its a must stay. Anytime I am in this area, its the only place I want to stay. Thank you to the owners for building this amazing space for me to enjoy.

Beautiful and Inspiring
We had high hopes for this property and it did not disappoint! The house itself is spacious and beautiful, with thoughtful touches and amenities everywhere you look (and who doesn't appreciate labeled light switches and a detailed property history, cause we sure did!). The view of the bay was simply magical (our hard-to-please teenager even called it inspiring, especially at moonrise), and access to the private beach was great. Our girls begged to stay longer, and we didn't disagree. Our stay was far too short and we will definitely be back!

We were so delighted with everything! We certainly want to come back!! Thank you for all you do to make the stay so welcoming. You and Brenda have certainly set the bar high for places to stay. We have been renting vacation homes for a long time and your place is certainly one of the most beautiful with loads of amenities and awesome decorations. Love the Bocce ball court too!!! Thanks again!

Beyond Amazing!
Everything about our week at Chesapeake Shores was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Communication from the owners was outstanding, helpful, and informative. Check-in and check-out were easy-peasy! This home was perfect for sharing with our daughter and her family because of the two master bedrooms - grandparents on the ground level and the family of six on the second level. This provided some separate family time amid all of the togetherness we had! Kudos to the owners for the wonderful mattresses on every bed in the house. They are by far the most comfortable we have encountered in the many vacation homes we have rented over the years. The provided bed linens and bath towels were very nice as well and it was great that we didn't have to pack them or pay an additional fee for them. The kids loved the bunk room as much as the adults loved waking up to spectacular water views every morning. The kitchen was a dream to cook in -- LOVE the island and the high-quality appliances. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the way of cookware and utensils. The countertop ice machine was a great addition. We kayaked, fished, played bocce, had a fire and roasted s'mores, hunted for shells and sea glass on the beach, read, relaxed, soaked in the wonderful jetted tub, did crafts and gazed at a full moon and a million stars. We watched a storm roll in and the dramatic sea and sky and spent lazy time sitting on the porch. Oh, can't forget to mention how much ping-pong was played! We ventured out a couple of times to see the sights - Annmarie Sculpture Garden, Calvert Cliffs, the Naval Air Museum, and Point Lookout. The only thing we didn't do was stay long enough! Our time flew by and we could have stayed another week!

Stunning house and private beach
The house is as gorgeous as the photos, if not moreso. It’s all brand new and beautiful. Plenty of space with an open kitchen, large island, and two living rooms with lots of comfortable seating. We all loved the private beach, the kayaks, bocce, and the other yard games available. There is something for every age group. The owners were extremely responsive and fun to interact with, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

Great house and lovely property
This was a lovely place to spend 4 days. The house was great for kids, the beach is private and kayaks were wonderful to explore the area. Communication with the owners was good. One note- there is no recycling that we could see so we ended up just taking it home with us.
