About this apartment rental
A great beach side apartment, southerly facing, looking out over Woolacombe bay across to Baggy Point to the south and Lundy Island to the west. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the steps down to Combesgate beach or up to the coastal path leading to Morte Point. There is one car parking space to the rear of the property. Entrance to the apartment is via the private patio at the front and seaside of the apartment. This is reached via a flight of steps from the car park.
Seascape has two bedrooms (one twin and one with king size bed) and sleeps 4. There is a lobby for coats and shoes leading straight into the dining area of the open plan living room and kitchen. This room is wonderfully sunny and bright with marvelous views across the bay. This room and the patio are great places to watch the amazing sunsets. Tasteful and stylish decor with washed wood flooring, sumptuous grey fabric sofas and contrasting turquoise soft furnishings bring this contemporary room to life. TV, DVD, HiFi, DVDs some games and books are all thoughtfully provided. The property also has Wi-Fi.
The oak kitchen is equipped with full size dishwasher, washer dryer, 50/50 fridge freezer and micro wave, oven and hob.
The two bedrooms are to the rear and are neat, clean, fresh and white both have wall mounted flat screen TVs. The family bathroom is modern and quite spacious with white suite with bath and separate shower, wash basin and WC.
There is a back door from the twin bedroom to an enclosed private enclosed courtyard outdoor area where surf boards, wet suits and towels etc can be dried.
Wetsuits can also be hung on the purpose-built rail at the front of the property although not over the railings as this is a conservation area. Travel cot and high chair provided.
In easy reach of beaches, coastal walks, local bars and restaurants, this fresh, light and modern apartment makes a superb holiday property providing comfort, luxury and practicality whilst enjoying one of the best locations in the surrounding area.
A £100 security deposit will be pre-authorised and then released again after the holiday.

The location is fantastic here and it has views that take your breath away. The apartment is so comfortable and has everything you need. There is a fabulous welcome pack on arrival and it is these extra touches that always make our holiday special.

Wonderful stay, in a wonderful location. There is everything you ned in the apartment to be comfortable. It was clean and there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival. It would be nice to be able to get into the apartment at 2pm as 4pm is a bit late when you have been travelling from early in the morning.

This is our second time staying here and it feels like a home from home.
The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are cosy and bathroom is spotless.
The wifi is excellent so a perfect base to do a spot of work too - and my children appreciated the Xbox and games. It's a dog-friendly apartment too so our four legged friend was made to feel very welcome with a bag of dog treats left in the welcome basket!
But without a doubt the best part of Seascape is the location. What an amazing view of Woolacombe beaches and Lundy Island! The south facing patio is perfect for relaxing all day and drinking in that view! The location means you are just a few minutes walk from the smaller beaches of Coombesgate and Barricane - and another 15 mins walk to the larger beach at Woolacombe.
The service from Holiday Home Hunter was excellent; very attentive and informative, with an email suggesting things to do the week before we came down. Five start service. We will be back!

With the cost of this 2 bed, one bathroom property in mind it fell a little short of value for money compared with others we have stayed in nearby. In particular the outdoor furniture cushions needed cleaning, one was badly stained. The indoor sofa seat cushions (removable covers) needed cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to eat in but the cupboard doors needed a clean. The bedding was excellent and beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area at the back of the property was a mess, we used it as a short cut to the parking area, and it really needed to be swept, a broken manhole cover could allow vermin access to drains. The apartment is a good size but a bit overpriced.

Well equipped apartment, and a small patio area to sit and eat outside. We made use of the sun beds too as the weather was kind to us, lovely sun trap.
Situated within walking distance of Woolacombe, and very quiet at night.
Cliff and beach walks within easy reach, so no need to use the car.

A perfect location with outstanding views , Seascape provided us with an idilic holiday by the sea. The apartment is beautiful with everything and more we needed to make our stay comfortable . Clean, stylish and all the practical utensils needed after a day of sand and sea . Just perfect in every way . Would highly recommend ( we didn’t want to leave)and definitely want to come back . A perfectly located hideaway
We loved our week at Seascape! The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting on the veranda watching the bay. The apartment was well appointed and spotless and the agents at Holiday Home Hunter were excellent at communicating with us when there was an unexpected issue with the gas supply to Woolacombe. Will definitely be returning!

The location and the view over Combesgate beach are unrivalled. Sitting on the patio at the front of the apartment or just in the bay window when the weather is not so kind soaking in the views make this a special place to stay. Our car never left the parking space all week, with walks along the coast in both directions and inland to keep you occupied and the bonus we could take our dog. Great place to stay.

Third stay in this apartment
Dog friendly apartment in quiet area overlooking the sea. Small patio with outdoor furniture- could do with a gate to stop dogs straying to next door's patio, we used a sun lounger as a barrier to keep dogs on patio.
Lovely new comfy sofa. Soft towels, good quality bed linen and pillows, but we found beds a little firm and would have liked memory foam toppers (I usually take one but had forgotten it on this occasion, we both ended up with a backache).
Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower for dogs and beach gear. Tip: open the rear door in bedroom to bring things in or take things out to car which avoids half the steps leading to front door. Would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Car park tight especially when busy, we advise reverse into allocated space.

Returning visitors
Returning after an enforced break due to COVID restrictions we found the apartment had been refurbished and white goods replaced, keeping it modern and fresh. The sea front views from the apartment are fabulous. The location is ideal, easily accessible to the town centre, beach and countryside. We have found the letting agents to be excellent and they have kept us fully informed over the last year and recently keeping us posted on the measures the owner and cleaner were undertaking to make our visit safe. Everyone deserves praise.

The wildest,windiest and wettest week of October!
Despite the weather, the bay window gave us splendid views during the endless pouring rain! If we could see Baggy Point, the weather was improving and if Hartland Point came into view, things were really looking up. But we didn’t mind, as we were warm and comfortable and could venture out on the occasions that the weather permitted. Seascape provided an ideal Covid relaxation haven in a mad year.

I couldn't fault anything from stay at Pebbles Court or our dealings with Holiday Home Hunter. All communications were done professionally and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay, especially under the current covid conditions, I would fully recommend them. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could possible need. A perfect location with a amazing view. Comfortable apartment with fab views
Lovely modern apartment. Fantastic views over Barricane beach. Approximate 15 -20 minute walk into woolacombe centre where there are several lovely restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even with one day of bad weather the apartment was well equipped with conventional board games, a games console and several dvd’s.
We would stay here again. My only reservation about the apartment is the stairs that you have to walk up and down to your parking space. Getting the luggage in and out was tiring work! I would not recommend to anyone who has poor mobility.
A drying rail above the bath would be helpful to dry beach towels on wet days.

Second stay at Seascape
Visited in May with our 2 dogs.
Glorious weather in a beautiful place we know and love so well. Great location near good walks. Half a mile along sea front to Woolacombe centre, so nice and quiet- we didn't wake up until after 9am every day! Fairly steep steps to and from apartment, so may not be suitable for some (our elderly dog struggled a little).
Well equipped and well maintained apartment. It's a shame the chairs in the bay window are not comfortable, a comfy recliner would be perfect. We found the beds too firm and had to buy a memory foam mattress topper as I have back problems. Good quality linen and towels. Shower really good water pressure. Outside tap at rear of property, some hosepipe attached to it would have been useful for cleaning dogs.
Would definitely consider booking again.
