Patio Paradise offers luxurious accommodations 1.6 miles to FSU Stadium, 3.1 miles to the Capitol. Everything is outfitted for your comfort and entertainment. Three large patio doors bring the outside in, but with total privacy. Enjoy cooking on the gas grill or sitting around the gas fire pit after a game. Great location, close to everything happening downtown and on campus. You'll love staying at Patio Paradise! Pet friendly with Pre-approval of dog Only and $75 pet fee required.
The total renovation is complete and perfectly outfitted to accommodate a great weekend getaway or an extended work stay. High speed internet make working from here or streaming a breeze. All memory form mattresses, beautiful linens and towels make you comfy and right at home. New kitchen appliances, pans, utensils and some spices make cooking and grilling on the gas grill fun and delicious. Drip coffee pot, iron, full size stackable washer/dryer, and hair dryer are here on site as well. No smoking of any kind, parties or additional unreserved guests are allowed. There is a Blink Security Doorbell Camera outside for enhanced safety.

Great property and the owner is absolutley a joy to work with if you need anything - although you shouldn't as she has thought it all out to a tee. Everything is comfotable and the kitchen is well stocked. For fall evenings it will be great to sit out by the firetable and grill. Easy access to FSU . You won't be disaappointed.

This apartment was perfect for a short stay to visit FSU with our daughter. It is immaculate, furnished, and kitted out to the highest standard. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, the beds were the best we've experienced in our many VRBO stays. We originally planned to travel with our 2 well-behaved dogs and Marlinda was very flexible in accommodating them (as opposed to the one dog noted on the website) however one of our fur babies got sick and was unable to travel-so we ended up not bringing them-Marlinda was so sweet and sent best wishes and immediately refunded our pet fee-no questions asked. The location was perfect for our purposes (5-minute drive to FSU campus). Overall, a wonderful apartment with excellent service-would definitely recommend.

I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!

The apartment is beautifully renovated and located 5-8 minutes away from the athletic area of FSU. There are groceries and restaurants nearby, so extremely convenient. We had a little issue when we first checked in but the owner resolved it immediately. If we were visiting again, we would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Came from Sarasota and Atlanta , met our adult boys for an FSU game. Things that mattered most: ease to game- so easy to get in and out. It was not only very clean, but unexpectedly cute and up to date. Took pics of it to copy in my home. Felt very safe. Very quiet. No students were there partying. Lots of parking. Checking out couldn’t have been easier. Patio was a sweet extra. We all decided it exceeded our expectations and would stay there next time. Host very easy to work with and responded quickly to emails from beginning of booking. Highly recommend.

So the first night a couple of feral cats got into a fight outside the window around 2 in the morning. Holy cow it was loud. What a way to wake up. But it was only for a minute the first night.
Joking aside, it was the only negative with this stay and it was just the one night. This is a very comfy little place and my wife and I were very pleased. It's an older facility but they did a really great job of renovating this suite. Really nicely done. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice and new and had everything we needed. The big comfy couch in the living room easily sat 3 of us while watching TV. I thought the beds and pillows were comfortable as well. I would have no problem staying here again while visiting my FSU student.
The complex is within 10 minutes from the campus and was nice and quiet, well except for catfight club, haha. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Pineappétit for a pineapple bowl. Very tasty.

The inside of the condo was immaculate, well done and very clean. Very peaceful in the back of the complex. However, there were cats everywhere. Every time we went to the car a very nice tan cat greeted us. There were multiple cats climbing on the walls of the patio, a catfight on the roof above the patio. We also had one cat that just stared at us through the patio door while we were inside. Pulling out of the complex onto Pensacola Avenue was very challenging because of the steep little hill (stop at the bottom, look left and if clear go for it up the hill, right turn only). Access info wasn't released until an hour and a half till we got there, which was frustrating because we were traveling without any information..

My wife and I rented this location for our anniversary. The location was perfect - it was within 10-20 minutes of pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit in the area! It was a wonderful place, neatly decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the host made it super easy for us to be able to connect a laptop to the TV for easier media watching. If we come back to Tallahassee, we would definitely stay here again!

Marlinda make sure to you don’t miss home ! Everything you will need is there. My husband scratched his hand and we find a first aid kit that save us a trip to the pharmacy. Fully furnished and beautiful decorated we had an amazing time !

I stayed here for a week while working at Florida State. Super close to FSU. I loved the decor and comfiness of this home. It was nice to have a place to come back to that felt like home. All of the kitchen needs were there and a nice big fridge to store your food and goodies. The bedrooms had GREAT mattresses. I would definitely stay here again.

There are approximately 10 concrete steps up to door--hand rails provided on either side. Owner communicated very well & tended to a maintenance issue very quickly on 1st night. Close to everything.

Patio Paradise is Wonderful
This is an extremely clean property that offers everything you need to be comfortable. The remodel is beautiful, everything is very clean and well organized. There are a lot of amenities at your disposal. She offers 2 coffee pots, regular and Keurig. Has spices, sugar, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, etc....... all you need. Marlinda is a gracious hostess who communicates well with her guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here and will be back. Oh, and very centrally located to all FSU/Tallahassee fun!! Everything was nice and up to date. Host was communicative. The only complaints I have is the bathroom sink faucet had low pressure and the master bed needs some attention, for the bed seems to be sinking from the mid to foot of the bed. Other than that, great stay and would definitely book again!

Major Safety RIsk!!!!!
When we arrived at night, we knew something felt off. The next night we showed up to Police officers everywhere and eventually an Ambulance. We have pictures to prove this and the police reports should be on file. We were blocked from getting to this condo because of the amount of police presence. There was a man with a bloody head and a torn shirt, two women were being questioned, and there were other officers going through a car. My child was terrified and so were we. When I asked the police officer if we could get to our rental, he was astonished that there would be a rental in this complex. He told us to get a hotel immediately and to never stay in this neighborhood again. He said they frequent this complex on the weekend. We were in town for a huge soccer tournament and the hotels were all sold out. After the police officer moved his car for us to park, we ran inside and locked the doors. We didn’t sleep that night, because we were scared of what was happening right outside. We let Marlinda know immediately and she told us to go to Panera and get a dessert and she would pay for it. This response led me to believe this was not the first time she has dealt with this. I have contacted her several times about a refund and she is no longer responding. I am astonished that more reviews did not mention this safety concern, but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience we had. We paid well over what all of our friends did for nice hotels in the downtown area. We do not recommend this place to anyone because of the area.
