I came here for a work trip. The room was very small, the bed was horrible! The worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I guess all TRU hotels only have platform beds therefore it was like I was sleeping on a board. I got minimal sleep while there due to that and was not prepared for my work trip because of lack of sleep. Running to my chiropractor as soon as they open once I’m home. Breakfast was great, lobby was a blast. The customer service was great. Rated it so low because the entire point of this hotel was to sleep while on a work trip and that didn’t happen.

At the time I booked this hotel, it was rated 5 stars/Exceptional. Staff were super nice, breakfast was good/average hotel breakfast. My biggest complaint is about the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable! I stay in a lot of hotels and have never had a problem but these beds were horrible. Will not be back.

This is a bare bones place. No closet, just a short piece of pipe and hooks on the wall. No microwave — had to heat my burrito with the iron. Pump shampoo and body wash, which is okay, but no lotion and a lot of us need lotion after driving all day.

We've stayed at a number of Tru by Hilton hotels and this one was solid. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and they worked with us this morning as we had arrived late (slept in a bit). If we return to Tallahassee, we'll stay here again.

The only way I would stay there again is if I was on the 4 th floor end of hallway. I was on the 3rd floor and it was so noisy at night. The people on top were banging furniture around. Poor insulation!! Too bad because the hotel is nice and clean

I have been at this hotel three times and every single time the staff has been very nice and made check in very fast and simple. There is plenty of parking and bedrooms are clean and spacious.
