Love the location but this year was not the best. The unit had no pots and pans but vacasa brought a box of pots and pans. The ice maker never worked and could give me a resolution of when it would be fixed. Vacasa did reimburse for the ice we had to buy. The elevator is being redone so it took longer on elevators than usual. As we were leaving the washer and dryer was being replaced.

The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious! But the view from the master bedroom DID NOT disappoint! We will book again!!

Beautiful place, great view, very clean.
Our only complaint was that when we arrived one of the bedroom doors was locked, trying to get ahold of someone to get it unlocked was a nightmare, they said they would be there that day and I didn’t even get a call that someone was coming till the next day after 3.
Luckily we found something to use in the lock to open it because obviously we needed that third bedroom and nobody was contacting us to get it opened.
Overall wonderful place and definitely would recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

Hottest shower. Beautiful room. Bad elevators. If you don't mind the wait it would be 5stars for sure.

The appliances in the condo were broken and never fixed I lost over $500 in food

Everything was perfect

Nice sized unit, comfortable beds and seating for all.
Loved having washer/dryer, lots of hot water. Mostly quiet, A/C worked well. Very organized loading/unloading process
Had no washcloths or kitchen towels so had to buy those as well as more forks. Refrigerator/freezer never got cold enough, ice cream & popscicles melted
Overall great property with the exception of the awful elevator wait times which were very frustrating for all guests.

The elevator situation is horrific. This property needs many more elevators or multiple check in and check out times.

Overall very clean. Got towels in every restroom!

The condo was decorated very nicely. The AC does not work in the master bedroom. We brought a fan, and with the ceiling fan on, could not sleep with a sheet on. We had to keep the drapes closed all day to try and keep the unit a decent temp since they won’t let you turn the temp down below 69. The food in the restaurant was terrible and expensive. We ate breakfast there one morning and it took an hour to get our food and it was cold. The next door we ordered lunch and brought it to the condo. Terrible. Now, let me tell you about the elevators. One set is out is out of use on the 14th floor. So, you have two choices to wait 25-30 minutes for an elevator. Every time you go anywhere. I would never stay here again. Way too much money for the aggravation.

Loved the room and location but the place needed a few repairs. The sink in second bedroom wasn’t draining. The master bath tub didn’t hold water. Dryer took several rounds (4) to dry. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Pier park was 3 mins away. Staff was friendly. Elevator situation wasn’t ideal. There was long wait times and a few of them didn’t work causing more back up.

Such a warm and welcoming visit for our first time at the condo. Perfect temperatures and friendly atmosphere. We stayed for 4 nights at the condo, ate at Waves and Pier Park which was walking distances for us, and started new memories. Looking forward to coming back every year.

This spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo was immaculate upon arrival and spacious for our family of 8! The master suite was extremely comfortable and had a stunning view to wake up to every morning with a large window overlooking the beach. The balcony was the perfect place to have a quiet morning and sip a cup of coffee in the comfy outdoor adirondack chairs. 1402 is conveniently located close to the elevator and trash chute. We never waited more than 3 minutes for the elevator and most of the time we waited under a minute. Tidewater Resort was very well kept and had a very friendly and helpful staff! Check in and check out was so easy!! The walk to the parking garage and beach was not far at all. Honestly, this was the best beach vacation our family has ever taken and we will definitely be back! :)

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was spacious and fit our need beautifully. The only drawback is the elevator situation!! To say it was crazy is an understatement.

This condo is very spacious and even with 9 people in it we never felt crowded. The view from the balcony was breathtaking as were the sunsets!

The hot water was amazing! It wasn’t they cleanest but it definitely isn’t the worst I’ve seen! My mom cleans for a living so we have high expectations when it comes to cleaning! All the bed sheets were on inside out which was kinda strange to me! And the kitchen could use a few more pots and pans!! And it definitely could use a better broom and mop! BUT OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! The elevators wasn’t as bad as I was thinking they were going to be which was GREAT! And it had plenty of room for the 8 of us!! THE VIEW WAS PERFECT!!!

We loved this property with the exception of the elevators. Long lines and wait times. It didn’t take long for us to figure out it didn’t matter which direction you were going if the doors open just get on!!

October 2021
We had a great week, with perfect weather. The company was in touch often they day of check in. The condo was almost perfect. Some of the kitchen pans definitely need thrown away, as the teflon coating is gone and everything sticks. Luckily we brought a griddle with us.

We stayed here for nine nights. The condo is really nice and homey. The view, especially from the master bedroom bay windows, is breathtaking. The bed was super comfortable, and the place was big enough to fit eight people comfortably. It was also super clean….
The 4 stars (instead of 5) is mainly for two things: the kitchen supplies and elevators. For those of you that prefer to cook and eat most meals in your condo (like we do), the pots and pans are old, stained, and falling apart….handle falling off big pan, Teflon gone so things stick, etc…..
Also, make sure you aren’t in any rush to get places because the elevators are super slow….I believe I had to wait over ten minutes one time…but this is not the condo-owners fault, of course.
I would recommend this condo for a laid back, no rush vacation.

Nice location
Parking across the street is a drag, limited parking but at least no guards, just a code that was nice. Took us over an hour to check in if you use furniture dolly and wait for elevators, take parking pass back to car. They did call to let us in 3 hours early. Elevators are 2 minutes one time 30 minutes the next. Lots of friendly staff. Charged resort fee when I got there. Don’t like nasty reused chipped armbands that they charge 33 dollars if you loose one. Why not codes like room door to access resort? Check out at 10 check in at 4 weird, miss a half day. Location was nice, mostly families, of course it was after school started may have been that. Overall middle stars, stayed at worse and better.

Excellent
Everything was clean and was in really great condition. Would stay here again. The only thing I would change was having more elevators we had to wait on the elevators quite bit and when they came it took a long time for them to come to us.

Great room with a great location
The room was clean and spacious. Worked well for our extended family. The only downside is the elevator takes forever (they warn you at check in) but when traveling with two young kiddos and an elderly person, stairs just aren’t an option. Also, the pool is wild. Extremely hard to find a place to sit.

We loved the view, the layout is great.
The process and communication from Vacasa was the best we’ve ever experienced with a management company.

Overall good
The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen lacked needed utensils and pans. The elevators at peak times are terrible, parking garage always had spots available.

2.0 / 5.0
Unit overall was clean and well appointed, and comfortable for two families w 6 kids. Beds were comfortable. Fabric covered sofa and couch was average; a bit soiled. Mix n match dining room chairs. Pool closures were unsatisfactory. They are a big reason for renting. The one open pool as pretty crowded, and marred by pre teens running during keep away games that almost hit many patrons. I will try a less crowded place w faster elevators (avg 4-5min wait) next time.
