Very clean, all brand new, very big room, very tasty food, Kind staff, want to mention Front office manager Panagiotis that checked us in. He provided very good service throughout our stay and as I was there for my honeymoon trip they organized a beautiful setup in the room! Gogo is worth to be mentioned here, the spa staff, Maria the waitress, Christina and others!
A lot of mosquitoes although it’s the same throughout Kassandra. At some point we had ants in our wardrobe after we reported it was cleaned. The sea was bringing a lot of sea plants to the beach in the first days but then the hotel cleaned it for the rest of the days it was clean. The pool extracted some yellowish stuff that made our white swimwear yellow.

Great place!
The staff is very friendly and very hospitable, making our stay feel like home!
Rooms are cleaned every day and the mini bar is refilled. The food is delicious and has great variety of different dishes! Wine and cocktails were very nice!

We loved the cocktails. The food was good, but some things were tasteless. Breakfast is very rich. Place is very quiet, wasn't crowded, although at full capacity. There were enough sunbeds, we never had to search or wait for one. Evening entertainment was classy and very pleasant.
We had a shared pool room and it was strangely designed - the bed and tv were squeezed next to the bathroom (an open one) and next to them was the couch with nothing on the opposite wall and this way half of the room looks almost empty and the other half looks cluttered. Some services were inconsistent - different bartenders prepared some drinks differently and you were not sure what to expect - sometimes it's sweeter, sometimes it's more alcoholic. Housekeeping was also inconsistent - sometimes the bed was barely touched, sometimes it was perfect, one time you get full set of shampoo and etc., the other day only half of the things...I didn't see any pattern...The sand on the beach could be cleaner. And the biggest problem is when everybody showers before dinner - water was not warm enough and that was almost everyday...I think just one day when we were a bit late it was fine...This is not acceptable for a 5* resort, you need to act on that matter, this is a beach resort after all.

Exceptional quality regarding the food, so many options to choose :)
Honestly, I didn't like the fact the I must leave the property. But for sure I am gonna visit this resort again and again :)

Only thing what doesn't meet expectations is related yo food quality, in the rest I would recommend only with breakfast.

Our stay at Portes Lithos was great! Excellent value for money. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Stathis, the chef, who looked out for us and our dairy-free dietary restrictions. At every meal he let us know what was dairy-free and what wasn't. The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended if you're traveling with an infant as well- the hotel promptly provided a baby cot for us to use.

Loved the food being vegetarian (without fish and egg). Chefs looked after me, accommodating throughout my time there. Pool is fantastic. Aquarides are amazing, loved the Jet ski! Spa was relaxing. Beautiful beach and scenarios of sunset. Nice resort to walk around. Wonderful live music in the evenings. Very clean. Staff are friendly.
Not much to do around the area in terms of walking distance outside the resort. However do have coaches to take you to the city, which you need to pay for.

The resort is new, modern, minimalist industrial design, very well organized, very clean and well-kept. The rooms are large, the bathrooms well done. The food is very good, the staff is kind and well educated.
The green spaces are under development, the sea has stones, the beach could be more neat. The problem of the internet, which works very poorly, must be solved, and the problem of wasps must also be solved. They are everywhere on the terraces and are very aggressive

This is a good standard apartment hotel, but neither luxury nor a resort. After three weeks travelling through mainland Greece this was our final stop. On paper it ticks all the boxes, but sadly it didn’t have the heart or soul of any of the other (7) hotels we visited on our trip.
We noticed that they don’t ask people how their stay is or was at any time during the stay, not even at checkout. Probably because they know the answer.
On the positive side: The entire facilities are quite new, although they are already crumbling here and there (the pool floor is practically dissolving as you swim in there).
The trained staff do their best to make it work, the kids animation — with the little material that was provided to her — was really great.
in the room, it’s hard to get a good sleep. There is a very bright light above both doors to the outside that lights up the room. it cannot be switched off and even shines through towels. Once you fixed that, you notice the very noisy air conditioning (even on the lowest setting) and the constant street noise from the nearby highway, which you hear everywhere in this hotel, even on the beach. If that wasn’t enough, the sun shade on your private terrace sounds like someone is constantly knocking on your door whenever there’s a little wind.
In case you have kids. with you, forget about some privacy in the two floor apartment. it is basically one room and you’ll hear and see everything. In case you want to sneak out to the terrace, the door won’t close without force, so you’ll wake the kids going out and coming back in. Plus the terrace is basically bare, there are no plants, not a bit of decoration. only two sun beds and two chairs.
Talking about kids: The whole complex was built for couples. All rooms are made for two people, no more. Kids get to sleep on the sofas, which — unless you want to rearrange it every evening —
takes up most of the apartment. And the couples this hotel was built for … you’ll hear them while they are trying to make their own kids. The walls are quite thin…
Now imagine you go outside in the morning.
By 8am, towels occupy all the sunbeds. The staff doesn’t care about the people who come, mark their spot and leave for the rest of the day. While you walk around, don’t do so without shoes. The whole pool area is extremely slippery. Plus the grass and beach are so unmaintained, you’ll cut your foot if you walk barefoot.
Apart from the constant street noise (which you might forget on live music night, when the pool bar tries to drown out the live music with Techno and Trance music that they also play all day), you’ll notice the smell.

lovely layout and interesting building style
would have like a couple of à la carte restaurants to make it exceptional

The facility was new and very comfortable. The view from my room was beautiful. The food was very good and so were all the amenities offered by the resort. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to all your needs.
The sea floor at the beginning of the beach was not very comfortable, however for the price and the structure was worth it.

Resort is new, rooms are nice and cozy and well organized. Air-condition is great, nothing to complain there. We had a nice view to the beach. Parking in front is nicely paved and you usually have space to find.
All of the staff is wearing masks, even the beach boy.
In the entrance of the restaurant there is a checkpoint for fever measurment and masks and gloves are available.
Food is good, special mention I have to say are deserts! Top quality!
Beach is OK for this area of Greece, bit rough first meter when going into the sea, but no need for special footwear.
I would rather qualify this as great hotel not a resort. Not so much activities in the evenings (if you are grown-up). This is more family friendly place. Hotel is a bit secluded, not much going on within the walking distance.
Table tennis is actually on the beach and I would recommend cleaning that area near the table more, because you cannot play barefooted.
