Good location, decent price. Best coffee shop in Jogja across the street.
Staff was friendly but spoke barely English. Hygiene in the room and bathroom could have been way better. (We were sleeping on the ground floor, we had ants in the room + weird smell in the bathroom)
There is a pool although our swimming clothes had a weird smell the days after.

Great location close to the train station and main shopping street, both walking distance. The cafe offers some local and western choices for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was simple but good. We could refill our water bottles for free and used the laundry service (smelled great!). Overall good value for money.
The place is a bit more outdated than it looks like in the pictures. The room wasn't super clean. It can also be a bit noisy, the walls are thin so you can clearly hear your neighbours.

Its close the train station.
Room so small that you can't move or pray. So noisy that sleep is impossible. Near the room there was a TV that very loudly opened. Next the hotel there was a speaker that keep giving repetitive child voice like 7/24 hours. (It made me crazy) There was no soap to clean your hand and no toilet paper. Its impossible to take a shower because shower so small area. In the bed there were ants. Door didn't close enough and outside can see inside. It opened with very easy password. I did not feel safe. Pool not for everyone. Wifi didnt connect at room so couldn't use. It's almost impossible to speak with staff because of language barrier and their attitude.

Nicely looking rooms, good pool and tasty breakfast. Free water points to fill up reusable water bottles.
The hotel has seen better days as it looks a bit worn down. Toilet paper is only on request (?). Bathroom needs a proper scrub as it’s pretty orange.

The room was really dirty, insects in the room, bins was not change from previous guest. Room really noisy, breakfast not choice, just Indonesian food. I won’t recommend this hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff, helped us renting motorbikes and gave us tips on things to
visit.

Location is walking distance to trainstation.
Food was standing long for doors and on the tables, staff could have easily cleaned it but didn't do that. That felt a little bitt weird. Furthermore I would advise the hotel to make a roof terrace. There is enough space for a table and chairs. And that way you could sit in the afternoon sun.
