Convenient location, lovely apartment, great for families.

The location is excellent, right by the Colombie station and a large shopping mall. It is only a short walk into the centre of Rennes, and only a short walk to both the central station, and a large central interchange (Republique). The apartment itself is spacious, and really beautiful interiors, very comfortable beds, and a lovely shower.

I think there could have been a few more lamps in the living room to make it a little cosier.

Nice place, nice and central location, but impossible to find without detailed instructions.

It is almost impossible to find the property and the parking. The idea that we could somehow meet the agent at the facility was absurd. There needs to be very detailed driving and walking instructions provided in advance to renters. The place was also sparsely furnished. There was less than one roll of toilet paper on the property, for example.

It was bright and airy and not too far from centre of Rennes.

Kitchen equipment was lacking. There were no coffee/tea cups, we had to buy our own. Also wine glasses would be a nice addition.

I was not made aware that it was In a tower block when booking . It concerned me that no explanation was given to us about an evacuation procedure on arrival .

A pleasant stay but there are several things needing attention and which would make a stay much more enjoyable.

The apartment was quirky, bright and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Excellent meet and great from Romane.

We hadn’t expected to be in a tower block surrounded by other tower blocks, although this wasn’t a major problem except that roof works on a nearby property began at 8am each morning which woke us up. The dishwasher needs a good clean as it made all the crockery smell stale and musty. The light in the toilet was completely inadequate and dark. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Several lamps didn’t work. The contents of the kitchen drawers and the cupboards need a clean. The temperature settings on the oven are difficult to read. We didn’t like the plastic mugs, pottery mugs would have been better, and some of the crockery cannot be used in the microwave. One of the bathroom sinks leaks into the bottom drawer. Our allocated parking space was taken on our arrival and we had to wait a couple of hours for it to become available to us.

Pretty good, could be better.

Location was great. It's walkable, and close to everything. The rooms were nice. The blackout shades helped a lot. Useful appliances - coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. WiFi worked without a hiccup.

The bathroom needs more hooks for towels and clothes. Necessary things were missing from the kitchen - we had to buy a water filter, a cutting board. The dishes in the apartment are not microwaveable, even though there's a microwave. The shower curtain rail is ready to fall down. There was dust under furniture when we arrived. There is a vacuum cleaner, but it's not a cordless one, so not very convenient to use. Living room needs some blinds, for hot summer days. There was construction going on nearby, and in some other apartments of the building, and sometimes it was noisy.

Pleasant

Good size apartment with one nice bathroom

Apartment was quiet difficult to find. Not clear on Google maps! Only one bathroom in an apartment for 6 people. Like a lot of apartments there was a lack of small items like mirrors and bins!
