Freshly renovated unit, ready for you to escape from the hustle and bustle! Grab your flip flops and sunglasses and head down to the Crystal Coast. We are excited to share this little piece of heaven with our guests. This unit is perfect for a week of sun and fun for mom, dad, the kids and grandparents, a girls' week out, or a peaceful romantic getaway. Centrally located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, our deck chairs overlooking the Atlantic are waiting here for you!
Features: The Ocean Club community has buildings on the Atlantic Ocean side and the Bogue Sound side. Our Building B is on the Atlantic Ocean, but guests of the property are welcome to use amentities on all sides of the property. The community offers two outdoor pools and hot tubs (ocean and sound side), children's pool, outdoor grilling areas, outside showers, and elevators. Our beach is a beautiful, private setting. No more than two vehicles allowed per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets. No smoking.
Three bedrooms - one king, one queen, and one with bunk beds and a trundle (3 twins). Each bedroom has super comfy mattresses, blackout curtains, and flat screen TVs. Linen service - sheets and bath towels - is included. The third bedroom (3 twins) is a sleep den with no closet.
This unit is oceanfront, first floor (raised with underground parking) with beautiful, quiet views of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. Freshly painted with updated furnishings and kitchen equipment. Covered deck with new Polywood porch furniture overlooking the emerald green dunes and Atlantic Ocean. Close proximity to the elevator. Private MBR King suite with new pillowtop mattress, spacious ensuite bathroom including garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Updated, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 4 flat screen HDTVs, Spectrum cable TV, DVD player, Netflix, Youtube TV, wireless high speed internet access, and ceiling fans. Pack-N-Play and baby chair available. Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas also available for use in our parking garage storage area. Handicap friendly doorways (not ADA approved). No smoking; no pets.
Activities/Conveniences: Direct beach, ocean, and pool access. Sound access, ocean front pool and hot tub, grilling stations, NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, Morehead City & Beaufort waterfront cities, nearby water sports/equipment rental offerings, Senator Jean Preston Memorial Park, 2 Food Lions, Publix, several Dollar Generals, and numerous restaurant options including restaurants featured on HG TV's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives (Amos Mosquitoes, Sheperds BBQ, Floyd's, Sanitary Seafood, etc.). If you are a foodie, you won't be disappointed at the many fabulous restaurants nearby.

Property is well thought out and livable. Nice view of beach from porch. Easy access to beach and pool. Didn’t expect the sound side pier and chairs - nice surprise. Host were very responsive and friendly. I would rent again.

Our family had a FANTASTIC stay at this condo. Could not recommend more for young families. We were hesitant about staying at a condo vs. a house, but the proximity of this unit to the beach and pool could not be beat. The condo is also very well equipped with kitchen tools, toys, etc. Really just perfect for us. We hope to be back next year!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was incredibly clean, well appointed and we wanted for nothing. The owners are very responsive and responded to our inquiries within hours. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more! Our trip was amazing!!

We loved our time at the condo. Beautiful view and so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the waves. Kitchen was well appointed, lots of games and books. The beach and pool toys and chairs were perfect as well. We could not have asked for anything more!

Very nice property. Have stayed at many other rentals in the Emerald Isle to Atlantic Beach area over the years. This was the nicest condo we have stayed at. Better than the pictures on-line. Nicely renovated and extremely clean. Property was manicured .Pool and common areas were very nice. Beautiful ocean view from the porch across the oaks to the beach. Very convenient beach access. Nice parking underneath the unit, We will definitely rent this unit and location again if available.

Beautifully appointed condo at a great location on the North Carolina coast! The Indian Beach/Emerald Isle area has been a favorite vacation spot for our family for over 20 years, and this condo is no doubt one of our favorite destinations in this area! We will definitely be requesting this condo again for our next beach trip.

My daughter and I spent 6 days at this property and it was amazing. We visited during the off season so there were no crowds to deal with. The condo was spotless and well furnished. We loved the little touches like super soft blankets in the living room, beach chairs supplied for us to use and a well stocked kitchen. The owners provided games and puzzles for us to use - the porch was great for eating or reading while listening to the ocean and enjoying the breeze. The pool area and the entire property are well maintained. The beach offers great sea shell hunting. We used the queen and king bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. We will visit again!

This unit is perfect for families. We had a 10-month-old, 4 and 6-year-olds in the unit, which was amazing. We were steps from the beach and the pool, with views of both. The owners left a bag of nice, clean infant toys that my 10-month-old loved! We've stayed in many places on the island, but this was one of the best.

The owners were overly accommodating and friendly, The condo was gorgeous and spacious. It was well appointed, well located in Indian Beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and will come back again.

We checked in over the Labor Day holiday weekend. Check in was very easy everything was beyond our expectations. Plenty of beach and pool equipment to use. Short walk to beach and pool. Hope to be back soon.

This beautiful condo delivers in every way. It is steps to the beach, there is lots of furniture on the deck for morning coffee, the kitchen is well appointed, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had a minor internet issue and they were on it literally within minutes, they were so helpful and it was much appreciated when there was office work to be done. We had a great week!

Location was perfect. Condo was as advertised, clean and comfy. Kids loved the pool. I loved how easy the acces was to both pool and beach from condo. Had a few rainy hours one morning and went to the aquarium. Otherwise, prefectly sunny, warm and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Simply one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever experienced. This beachfront 3 bedroom condo was immaculate, well maintained and so very comfortable for our week stay. The complex has a lot of amenities and the Crystal Coast offered a lot of activities. Can't say enough good things about the hosts.
If your looking for excellence on a beach vacation, you should give this Indian Beach condo your consideration. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely, well- appointed condo. The weather didn't cooperate at first but the Aquarium was only minutes away for an indoor activity. Clean, spacious and located in a very nice complex. Thanks to the hosts for a great family beach trip!

We can’t wait to go back to this beautiful condo on the sea. Welcoming, beautifully decorated and with everything you need right there, including a dishwasher (not all vacation rentals have them!), tons of clean towels, a huge fridge and a view of the most awesome stretch of beach! Rob was extremely good st communicating, answering all of our questions within minutes. Love that this was only a few minutes’ walk to the beach OR the sound, and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely, clean place and its delightful, welcoming owners. Thank you!

A great place to spend a week with three generations! Clean, open, spacious and perfectly located. A two minute walk to the pool or to the beach made for a fun week. The deck provided views of the ocean and was large enough for all seven of the group to gather. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have plenty of towels for everyone to use. Washer and dryer were also very much appreciated.

Loved the property. The location was amazing especially for those with younger kids.. You are a minute walk to the pool and to the beach which is super easy access. I loved the extra bonus of outdoor showers to rinse off before the pool. The pool was awesome and very resort style with palms trees. The condo was a perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The property was very clean and mostly updated. The owner was really easy to communicate with and prompt over text message. You do have a kind of ocean view from the balcony - it is mostly blocked by the dunes. I do wish that were different but you can't out beat all the other perks of this specific unit. There are also A LOT of restaurant choices (need to drive) in the area which we really enjoyed. This was our first time to this general location and we plan to be back!

Owner was very helpful. Gave a list of his favorite restaurants and where the grocery stores were. Also quick response when we had trouble with a few things. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.
