Eveything was perfect 🥰

The room was nice and comfy and everything was very clean. We stayed here the night before a half marathon and we had a very lovely sleep and breakfast was waiting for us when we came back from our run.

Our host, Mike, was fabulous! Great hospitality!

Our host was great and took care of all of our needs. Room was extremely clean and the continental breakfast was perfect. We had access to clean towels daily which I love about staying at hotels. Shower and restroom area were spotless daily.

I did not "catch" in the description the "shared restroom" aspect. I was traveling with a total of 4 adults in my party. We were very fortunate that we only had to share a restroom with another room for one morning. This would have been challenging if we would have had to do this for a longer period of time. The setup was a room with shower/sink with a separate room for the toilet with hand sanitizer available. I would caution anyone with a larger group to be prepared for a shared restroom experience just so it is not a surprise!

Overpriced and plain

Clean toilet and shower. Good area (safe) but very far from the hustle and bustle of SF.

It's just a converted house, basically an AirBnb. Breakfast was very plain and you'll have to eat it in the room as there's no separate dining area. The price for what you get is absolutely extortionate.

This was my second time staying here this year. Both times, the rooms were simple, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. It's away from the madding crowds, but close enough that you can reach anything by Muni within half an hour. The nearest stop is under five minutes away. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. A simple breakfast was delivered to my room each morning. It was a really good value.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was exactly as promised. It's a comfortable, clean, no-frills bed and breakfast in a good, safe, and relatively quiet neighbourhood. You really can't beat it.

Very poor

The room description is very misleading. First it says bathtub or shower and toilet. Somehow we missed seeing further down the list where it said shared bathroom. The bathroom had long hairs in the sink and ants. The room smelled strongly of caustic cleaning products. It looked like a dorm room with too many beds filling the space. We couldn’t stay and booked somewhere else. At least they refunded our second night’s payment.

Bad

I arrived at night, there wasn’t any parking. I drove around multiple times, hoping to get a spot but it was impossible. It wasn’t what I expected in a BnB, the outside of the building is rough looking. I didn’t go in and had to find another place to stay.

Exceptional

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was able to leave my luggage before I checked in and for a few hours after checking out. I loved the promixity to the local cafes and restaurants. Golden Gate Park is also a short walk away. Everything about the stay was perfect. Thank you!

Good value; the room is just ok

The beds are firm and comfortable. Pillows are great. Breakfast is provided. The room has a microwave, a fridge, a toaster. Drinking water is provided. The neighborhood is safe, residential, close to Golden Gate Park. Just 10 min walk away there are lots of authentic, reasonably-priced Asian restaurants, as well as other kinds of groceries and shops.

The seat pillows are bulky, kind of unnecessary. Not enough tabletop surface to put things. Not enough plugs for electronics. For shower, water pressure is low (though water is hot enough). Space overall is small and cramped.

Great place to stay if you doing a short visit to San Francisco

Very convenient, great access to public transportation and very quiet neighborhood. Room meet expectations and service was great. I'll recommend this place if you will be visiting San Francisco for a short trip.

Parking is very difficult. The facilities does not offer one so you need to look for parking on the street. Even though the neighborhood looks very safe, parking during the week could be a great problem. The streets are not design for parking

If you just want to sleep somewhere in San Francisco then this is OK

Mike was very helpful and is a lovely person The location was good for the Muni.

The room had four beds in it which made it cramped. Parking was a nightmare with street cleaning times and while we were there, road repairs. Mike can’t do anything about that but it’s worth mentioning.
