Fully equipped modern apartment at the very center of the small village Plaka

Apartment is spacious and renovated, kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and all the equipment works perfectly. Lovely terrace at the lower floor is great to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine. A/Cs in the bedrooms upstairs (very needed in August) and worked great. Host was communicative and helpful.

For us there were no real problems, but I'll list some minor issues in case they matter to you: Accessibility can be problematic if you're not able bodied - parking is a couple minutes' walk, and there is a steep staircase to climb to get to the door, and another one inside, to get to the bedrooms. Small terrace at the master bedroom is a bit wasted, would be more useful if it was shaded and had a couple of chairs. No A/C downstairs, only fans. Except for a light curtain, there is no way to block the windows in the bedrooms, so we woke up early each morning :)

Delightful

A charming and well equipped property in a great location with the added bonus of the balcony accessed from the main bedroom. The view from there was fabulous.

As with so many properties, more towel hooks in the bathroom.

Very good

Lacated in the centre of the village, nice terrace and view, two bathrooms; when we arrived everything (but dishes) was spotless clean

the owner claimed that we didn't book an apartment, but a house (meaning that the cleaning was less frequent - we had to negotiate the matter to reach a compromise), despite the fact that it was clearly stated 'apartment with 2 bedrooms ' on the reservation. Furnished with a lot of taste, but nor very functional (lack of closets or they were already full - e.g. with cleaning supplies), steep stairs
