About this villa rental

The modern Casa Prestige, which can accommodate 8 people, is located on the edge of the small town of Santa Margalida. A living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over two floors. Facilities also include air-conditioning throughout the vacation home as well as Wi-Fi, a cot and a high chair (on request). After a refreshing dip in the 24 m² pool, unwind on the terrace where you will find sun loungers, an eating area and a barbecue. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets as well as a fine sandy beach are just 10 to 15 minutes away on foot.

Pros: The house was as shown the host Malena was always responsive from booking right up to when we left and it just made the whole experience perfect. It was close to supermarkets and was just the right amount away from the busyness if you wanted to just relax Cons: Although it was just the right distance from the hustle and bustle you wouldn’t want to forget anything in the villa but there were different routes to take so it didn’t get boring

Pros: Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mit 8 Personen haben wir genug Platz gehabt . Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Kühlschrank sehr groß. Wichtig: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt ( Lidl) sehr groß und super schön zum einkaufen. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Also Daumen hoch 👍

Lovely villa, ok location

Lovely villa, ok location

We had a good stay at the villa. It was clean and tidy with lots of space and a lovely pool. The air-con throughout is handy but you have to pay the electric bill at the end of your stay so be aware of that. The garage has table tennis which the kids enjoyed and the property has everything you need. The owner (Malena) is a very nice lady and even drove us to the supermarket and back when we arrived, as well as a welcome pastry which was a lovely gesture. She also allowed us to leave our cases in the garage after we checked out, as we had an evening flight. My only criticism would be the pool area is very very slippy, so the kids were slipping over a lot and one slipped badly onto his forehead, requiring stitches at hospital (he wasn’t running, he slipped while turning around). The location is around a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and bars (son balou) and 20 minutes to the main shops and restaurants along Can Picafort (very busy). You can walk to the big supermarket (mercadona) which takes 10 minutes but it’s along a busy carriageway so isn’t the most picturesque journey, better than the smaller supermarkets though. Note the property is on a noisy, busy road. The double glazing does it’s job fairly well though. Also there is a large hotel at the back which is over-looking the pool area, but this didn’t cause us any issues. On the whole it was a nice family holiday only slightly spoiled by an accident.
