The house was great. It’s very clean, quiet and in a good location. The service was excellent and the host was very attentive.

The property has been updated and is very historically charming. The location to King Street is great.
There were a few "issues" that I feel should be noted though...
1. The area rugs are in DESPERATE need of a cleaning. The rug in the upstairs room located at the front of the house is so badly stained and dirty. The primary room rug and living room rug are also in need of being deep cleaned/replaced.
2. There is little to no water pressure in 3 of the bathrooms. The middle bathroom upstairs was the only shower that had any water pressure. Most of us took turns using that shower.
3. There is a driveway with space for two cars, which is why we chose this house over a few others that we were between. However, we literally had to climb out the back hatch of the cars because they BARELY fit width wise. We couldn't open the doors once we were in the driveway.
4. The primary bedroom kept having to have the circuit breaker flipped. The only electronic things being used at these times were the TV, ceiling light, and the portable AC unit.
5. The towels need to be updated/replaced. The majority of them were very old and dingy.
6. The upstairs, front bedroom needs to have black out blinds/pull downs on the doors leading to the balcony. It is bright as can be in that room at night.
I know that the property management company asked me to reach out to them privately with feedback/needed improvements, but I'm assuming this is why we only read 1 review with similar issues.

The house was so pretty and perfect for my girls trip!

This was a wonderful house that was in a perfect location. It was clean and beautiful.

It has been renovated beautifully, especially the bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned (it was very hot and muggy outside). The mattresses were heavenly. Management was immediately responsive to a few questions that I had.
Only suggestions are very minor: plastic Ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap, more than one roll of paper towels and some multi-surface cleaner for countertops.

This house was described perfectly. We had a group of older family members stay and the amenities were exactly as we expected! We were able to leave the cars parked and walk to restaurants, shopping and even our walking tour! Thanks for helping us create such lovely memories!

First, let me say that I most certainly would stay in this property again! The property management team was super responsive and even helped me obtain an early check-in (for a fee). The property is cute and is conveniently located a couple of blocks from King Street. There are a couple of wonderful restaurants a hop, skip and a jump from the front door...the Pink Cactus and Bistronomy By Nico are "must try" spots if you stay at the Boho Rosa. The beds are comfortable and you have all the basic dishes that you need to eat-in. That said, the property needs a deep clean. The areas behind the TV are dusty, there were some miscellaneous dinosaurs behind the sofa, the hardwood floors need to be washed/polished (turned my daughter's socks black), the hair dryer bags need to be cleaned (or maybe new ones purchased) and the area rugs absolutely need to be cleaned or changed out. For the amount that I paid to rent this property per night, I expected everything to be pristine and that was not my experience. Maybe my early check-in was the issue...not sure, but I did pay extra for the early check-in and the management team confirmed that the cleaning team could accommodate the request. Again, the property was not "dirty" and I would stay again, but if a deep clean was performed the property would be phenomenal. All in all, a good stay.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property! We were a group of nine women ranging in age from 27-80, and we all gave it five stars. Awesome communication and great location. I highly recommend!

Really felt the Charleston charm staying at the house and the location was paramount to enjoying our experience.

We stayed for two days (not long enough) with 8 of us. Plenty of room- didn’t even use all the beds. We had two 16 year olds, two 18 year olds, and two 21 year olds with us (they all wanted to stay and live there!)
The house is awesome, high end amenities through out the house. All beds super comfortable.
Close to King St- fun shopping (stores only open during the day) and restaurants. Short drive (8 min) to the French Quarter.
Pictures do not do this place justice- nicest place we’ve stayed. Will be back!
Great communication, fast replies.

Celebrated my 60th birthday in this beautiful home! Perfect for a group of women with plenty of room to spread out as well as several en suite bathrooms which made for "no waiting" to get ready for the day! Great kitchen - my friends treated me to a chef catered dinner and we all enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the island while they prepared dinner. Plan on coming back with the same group in May!

This place was fantastic. The beds are super comfortable. They have Dohm sound machines, TVs, and fans in all the rooms. Hangers in the closets and plenty of linens. It’s within walking distance to everything in downtown Charleston. The driveway is long but very narrow. The outdoor and indoor space look just like the pictures. I was there with my parents, my brother, his wife and their 7 and 9 year old girls and we had plenty of space. We loved and would have stayed longer but a hurricane had different plans for us. We would definitely stay here again though.

Girls' Getaway
The charm of this property starts with the cheery color of the house and continues into every room and nook within and then out to the lovely, little garden area in the back of the house. The pictures accurately depict the many upgrades made to this home that did not sacrifice original architectural interest (i.e., the fireplaces). There is plenty of space for privacy; the great room area offered comfortable and roomy group space where we plotted and recapped each day.
From this home base, we walked to pretty much everything we had on our itinerary. We got our steps in and saw many neighborhoods within the city. When distance was a factor, we simply ordered a car, which was easy to get.
David is a great host who responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Charleston Getaway
House was better than described, clean, well stocked, thoughtful perks like fresh coffee and very comfortable beds. The area was fairly central with restaurants within walking distance. Owners were very responsive. There was an issue with the internet which was quickly fixed. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best long weekend staying at this property! The hosts were great to work with from the start and through every step of the process. They were extremely accommodating, and always responded to questions promptly. The house itself was beautiful and so much fun for our bachelorette group! This place was great for the couple of days we were there and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to all King Street to grab a bite to eat or drink. Have already been looking at booking another trip!

Perfect Location & Amazing Property
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property! The location is central and extremely walkable to restaurants, bars, King street, Rainbow Row, and pretty much anywhere else you'd want to go. The house itself was immaculate when we checked in and comfortably slept our group of 12. The backyard space is perfect for lounging and morning coffee. On top of everything, the communication was quick and the host was very friendly and amenable to our requests. Wouldn't look any further if you're booking a house for a family or friends trip to Charleston!

Fabulous friend trip to Charleston
The pink house was adorable along with the pink refrigerator. Everything was super clean and the decor was very Charleston. David, the host, checked on us throughout our stay and was prompt with any questions we had. We all said we would be back next year to stay in the Boho Rosa.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the house was very nicely done! The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a few more basics. A few hand towels were missing and there were only two bath towels given for each room and it would have been nice to have a few extra. There also wasn’t any salt and pepper in the kitchen so we had to go purchase it. Also the toilet paper and paper towels were very very thin and rough so I think having even slightly decent quality paper products would be much appreciated (if I stayed again I would bring my own).

PERFECT HOUSE!
Our group of 7 loved staying here. The house has so much character and many very thoughtful details. The kitchen has everything you could need and more! The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room made for nice mornings all together drinking coffee. The landlord was very helpful with every request and went out of his way to help us. Great location to walk just couple of blocks to King Street. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place, great location, great city!
The house is well set up with plenty of room and enough bathrooms to make everyone happy. The back patio is really nice, with plenty of chairs to enjoy snacks/meals outside. Great location to walk to many locations. I would add BBB to the breakfast list and direct folks to the rent-a-bikes. They are more expensive than many cities but easy to walk to, get a bike and then cruise the bridge, then down to waterfront all the way to battery. Highly recommend!
