incredible experience…. a real treat

amazing … all built out of rocks that fit into the general desert ambiance …. beautifully done

some of the furniture needs a bit of a revamp it was very far to get to and roads had no lights … very dangerous at night

People are nice but needed to be better trainned, also when you arrive you want to go to your room, not to do a tour to the hotel, that should and could be done later on.

Very nice but 2 days is enough

It was beautifully appointed. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.

I felt that every meal and drink were too expensive although very good quality. There was not enough for a person of my age.

Best desert getaway in Israel

This is by far the best getaway experience in Israel. The hotel flows elegantly into its natural desert surroundings. A very peaceful and quiet location. Staff are all exceptional, service is professional, facilities and activities wonderful, and incredible dining too.

Stunning, but the four hour drive to get there is a big ask.

The breakfast is superb. The decor details exquisite and artistic. The pool and jacuzzi excellent. The view awe inspiring.

The quality of the other meals is below par. The presence of many flies is a real problem. You should meet your guests as they step out of the vehicle with a delicious cold drink in summer and a hot one in winter.

the location is very special. the hotel very tasteful and peaceful. the hotel staff very kind and does all possible to accommodate your wishes

Everything was absolutely amazing from staff, location, serenity and privacy of each suite.

The breakfast had so many options and each item was very tasty.

It was too far to get to but the location actually gave it that unique appeal. I am mixed about the location due to the distance, but the view was of biblical proportion and absolutely scenic and serene.

What was there not to like. Beautiful situation; magnificently constructed; great views for those who are passionate about desert landscape; sunsets; outstanding food; well equipped 24 hour gym; stargazing and more

Unique hotel experience

- Staff at dinner was hit or miss, at an Hotel with this price tag you expect perfect service.

Surreal Desert Spot

The location in the middle of the Negev Desert was surreal. The architecture, design and feel of the hotel were top notch. The personnel were amazing - everyone was a character and a pleasure to interact with. Special kudos to the Argentinian lady in charge of the dining experience (sorry am blanking on your name!) and the whole dining room staff, they were all-stars. The service was great, we were well taken care of.

Only one small issue with the parking. We left our rental car in the valet parking and needed to take it out one day to go on a tour. Due to some miscommunication among the staff we were dropped off at the parking but no one was there to get our car out, so we had to wait about 20mins till we finally got a hold of someone.

Superb

An oasis in the middle of the desert. It was clean, great staff, food was amazing, they keep the environment at the forefront which I think is very progressive here in Israel, incredible views, treatments were perfect...I could go on and on

Had an issue with the electrical part of the room and they did try to resolve it but we lost some sleep over it. They were gracious in the way they handled this problem
