This was such a unique and amazing experience. It was amazing to stay on a farm with hundreds of animals, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! It was fun to open my window and see alpacas and llamas! We will be back.

The farm is in a good location right by Mitzpe Ramon. The rooms were comfortable, but smallest for a family of 4 -- tightly packed in. It was nice to feed llamas and alpacas. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A/C worked well and the campfire was a nice touch.
It was pricey for what you got, and then to add in extra fees for wood (for a campfire was a bit surprising).
It was nice enough to stay, but nothing really special -- except if you want a mini-farm experience.

The place absolutely exceeded my expectations! The farm is just a few minutes away from the town, quiet, peaceful, with a desert-like atmosphere and yet equipped with all the comforts!
I booked a 'family room', but it’s not just a room, it's a house! A living room with a large bed and a kitchenette, plus a bathroom. Everything was impeccable! Clean and spacious! The bathroom was stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, and towels. The kitchen had dishcloths, washing liquid, and all the necessary equipment. The bed was large and comfortable, with beautifully fragrant linens! I had my own private terrace, surrounded by plants on all sides, making it very secluded while simultaneously offering a view of the farm and the alpacas.
The farm itself is enchanting! Feeding the alpacas is such a delightful activity, not just for kids! There were also a few very friendly dogs that were eager to play and made my stay even more enjoyable.
In the house, I had internet access (YouTube worked perfectly), on the farm I sometimes lost the mobile phone signal.
On the outskirts of the farm, there is a serene spot for meditation ('dome' on the pictures).

amazing location and very interesting with the horses and alpacas
two very loud barking dogs who rushed towards our accommodation at night and scared the hell out of me

We arrived in the evening at dusk and were warmly welcomed and shown to our cabin, The Llama. It was clean and comfortable and seemed fairly new. The next morning, we left and were gone again until evening, then checked out the next morning. We loved the alpacas, llamas, dogs (except when they barked early in the morning, and the view. We wish we had had the time to enjoy the different activities offered at the farm. I think it would be a great base for a family vacation in the area, if they have units that accommodate more than 2 people. 😊 Thank you, Alpacas and friends, for a nice stay!
Our biggest disappointment was that when we booked, we asked for a "ground floor" room and because of our age, we did not want to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. When we arrived, the cabins are sort of "terraced" and we were up on the third terrace, meaning we had to lug our suitcases up (rolling wheels could not work) an irregular stone pathway with two sets of 2-4 stone steps. There was no offer to help with luggage, and we did not know, as Americans, if it would be impolite to ask for help. Also, our TV did not work, but we did not ask for assistance because we arrived after the Farm closed both nights . As you check-in, just have them check your TV!

Staying at the Alpaca farm was a wonderful experience. The staff are great, the yurts (tent cabins) are very spacious, clean and updated. There are Llamas and Alpacas, that visitors can pet and feed. And big friendly dogs herding the animals and guarding the farm, they are friendly too. It’s such a peaceful place!
They have a large outdoor dome that had lights on all night and it was hard to see the stars.

Unique, one of a kind place to stay. Beautiful location. Highlight was being befriended by one of the farm's dogs who slept outside our cabin, curled up around our campfire and even accompanied us on our mini-trek with one of the alpacas.
Nothing really. Wi fi and mobile phone reception isn't great but what should one expect it literally is the middle of nowhere.

Staying in a remote part of the region on an active farm was such a rewarding experience

We liked a lot, especially the closeness to nature, the views and of course the animals. Very friendly staff, lovely relaxed atmosphere in gorgeous surroundings. Incredible location and great experience also for the kids! The farm is very spacious with tons of friendly animals that are ready to be fed and to pet. The entire place is calm, relaxing, and inviting to spend some time. Mitzpe Ramon is only a short drive away, which also offers a lot for families. Check in and out was straightforward, and communication with staff very easy.
We didn't like that there is no food available at the farm. Of course we knew this in advance, but it added more work for us and was definetely less convenient having to bring all the food for the stay with us. We would have preferred to have the option of having breakfast and a simple meal at the farm. We were told this might be possible in the future, and I think it would add a lot to the stay! Although we really liked the stay and highly recommend the farm for a visit, it is very expensive considering the basic services.... The room was very small for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids), and the price didn't really include any activities other than hanging out at the farm. It would be nice to have a communal room to hang out in the evenings like in a kibbutz. The place is gorgeous, the staff wonderful, but there is room for growth considering the very high price per night.

Beautiful oasis with farm animals and great staff. It is such a nice bonus to be able to make a bonfire under the stars!
Too many bright lights at night, which makes it harder to stargaze.

Beautiful and calmly alive oasis in just 7 minutes driving from Mitspe Ramon. Great place for animals lovers and hikers. Beautifully designed glamping tents with cosy and clean beds and wooden base (pleasant wooden smell included). Surrounded by thoughtfully ant tastefully placed greenery. Evenings can be magical in this place. Our group was of different ages (15-55), and we all fell in love with the place.

The bungalow was cozy, cool and honestly perfect for what we needed. The lights were an amazing surprise and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and I loved that everyone had their own space in the fridge. I loved the freedom of the animals and how easy going the whole experience was. 10/10 I have already recommended this farm to my friends and family.
It was perfect. Don't change a thing!

As close as possible to safari in Israel, waking up surrounded by animals, walking freely next to our window with beautiful sunrise and sunset view. Remote location but close enough to the crater and visitor center, the city and nearest restaurants and shopping district.

The Alpaca farm was truly magical and I highly recommend it! After spending 1 week between Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem it was great to get back to nature and do something the kids would enjoy. We arrived before sunset and were able to join the team in feeding the animals (alpacas, goats, horses, ducks....) the kids loved it! There is beautiful hiking nearby. At night, we were able to make a camp fire and spent the evening looking at the stars. The cabin was very comfortable and the team was lovely. It was truly the highlight of our trip!
