Excellent Hospitality

Everything was great. The owner checked us regularly via message. Cleaning was excellent. After 2 days we checked in, while we were out, room cleaned again.

Maybe only negative thing was, there was no parking spot for a car. But they told us before we came (so we already knew) and offered a suggestion.

Good location, close to the beach, Quiet and fair price.

The host was very helpful and ready to solve the problems we had when we have arrived. We had to change one of the rooms, due to the mold smell of the old furniture inside the room. But the host changed our room with another one, without this problem. All the rest was OK. Good, quiet and peaceful place. Again, the host helped to resolve problems.

Old furniture has to be replaced. May cause bad experience. No available parking in the neighborhood (the available parking place was too small and everytime full).

A quirky little place with lots of facilities in a small package.

Welcoming and comfortable. The owner is brilliant and can’t help enough.

Location is difficult to get to and parking in the area is difficult.

Superb

Host was very helpful and friendly, all staff are so nice and location is great, easy walking distance to beach and to town Budva , clean, quiet and safe place because the owners are living on the property, host speaks great English and was very helpful with any advise what to do in the area, thank you so much

Nice and affordable with great personal

The facilities, personal and price was amazing. The patio was very nice and the personal especially was very nice and helpful and enhanced the experience. I don't think it is a possible to find a better hotel near Budva in the same price range.

The only downside was that there is a large road between the hotel and the beach which has a pedestrian crossing without a red light, so crossing can be a bit intimidating at night. There was a tunnel under the road but it was poorly maintained and not very accessible.

Disappointing

The apartment was clean when we got there. It was near the beach. We also had one big market near the apartment.

Nobody changed our bed sheets for the entire time we stayed there, nor cleaned the apartment. We also didn't have anything, so we could at least clean ourselves. The view from our room was bad.

Lovely, clean room with balcony.

Very clean, modern room. It's got cooking space which was really helpful for us. Ownes friendly and welcoming. Just a few min away from promenade. Good value for money.

Location is excellent, it's only slightly elevated and only 600 meters from the beach.

It's very acoustic, especially if you're staying in the apartment under the shared terrace. So, if it's past midnight, and there's someone above you walking around or using a rocking chair, even if they're quiet, it might be an issue.

Amazing holiday

It was a perfect holiday. There is a beautiful beach Becici just few steps away. There is also grocery store just down the road as well as bus stop for local buses. With the bus you can go to any beach around Budva and also to the Old Town. It is quite place even though we came iat this time of the year. Perfect for families and friends traveling together. There is a beautiful terrace that all of the guests can use. Petar and his family are amazing hosts, we would certainly come back.
