Good location for the purposes of my work, and easy to find and park in the street adjacent. Nice and easy key collection from the safety box as i arrived late, and easy to check out. The bed was very comfortable. I also liked the book case to have a nosy at.
It was noisy from the neighbouring houses, particularly at number 3 which sounded like they were having a party on Monday night until late which kept me awake. I think this is partially to do with the floor jsut being floorboards with some holes present so easy for sound to travel through. I imagine it would be cold in the winter. Some of the utensils next to the hob were a little dirty and there was a smell in the house that seemed to be air freshners trying to cover up smoke and dog smell.

All facilities available, good communication with the owner
Run down decor, stairs very steep and unsafe for children.
Neighbours up all night, been loud, swearing and the smell of drugs been smoked was strong
5.0
There was a nice selection of games
The floor was in need of repair and it had an old musty smell

There werent spare keys on the table as listed, there were no toilet rolls and the bins in the kitchen were full of rubbish.

The house was fine. Just what we needed for a base. Clean and tidy.
The location was poor. Whilst the walks were stunning there was nowhere to go for an evening meal locally and there was alot if abuse from locals who were shouting out of their cars. Outside one of the pubs people were openly smoking weed.

The house was quirky, we had a comfortable
nighs sleep , quiet area ,
The holes in the lino in the kitchen floor

Needs better instructions regarding parking arrangements.

The house was a real home from home. The house was very clean on arrival. Lots of space for us as a family of 5. The house was well equipped with plenty of plugs. Having a washing machine was a real advantage ! We loved our stay and hope to come back soon

overal everything is good and clean and value for money

You can find biscuits and milk at your arrival, together with coffee, tea, washing up liquid, bin bags, etc.
Almost everything… The stairs are way too steep and it’s quite dangerous to stay in the house with small children and or elderly people as the toilet is downstairs (imagine having to use the toilet in the middle of the night). We needed to wash all the crockery and all the cutlery before using it. It was disgusting! It doesn’t have a table for a family to eat together. You can only find a tiny table where you can eat two at a time if there’s nobody else in the kitchen (otherwise there’s not enough room). The wifi hardly ever works and the signal in the area is very bad. The furniture are very old. The oven and hubs in the kitchen make a terrible noise because they are extremely old. It’s got two bedrooms, not 3 as it’s advertised. And a very long etcetera…

the shower was just as good as mine at home
the electric hob didn’t get hot enough to cook anything on, had to use the oven instead

The bed was comfy, but we left in the middle of the night.
The house itself is a health hazard, rugs that I myself tripped over. The stairs are very steep and dangerous. My Wife has sprained her ankle really badly. There were youths out the front of the property most of the night and we could smell weed. We have stayed in a lot of places, this has to be the worst place ever. The stairs are so steep and so dangerous. We ended up packing up in the middle of the night and driving home to Scotland after her injured ankle. Disappointed beyond words, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely little cottage , just what we needed for a chilled weekend

Great property with easy access to anything we needed.
Walking distance to quiet, peaceful surroundings.
Great Park up the street for children.
Railway station close by.
Steep stairs - to be expected in a house like this but whilst there is a handrail on one side, there was nothing on the other side except pictures hanging on the wall, making it difficult to get support on both sides.

Beautiful views, but town itself was flat. Very friendly people. Lots of takeaways. Tesco and co-op nearby.
House was lovely, neighbours were friendly. Lots of information on some laminated sheets inside. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk waiting on arrival. Log burner.
We couldn't find an open café for coffee in the town. But garage sells Costa and vape shop had machine

Clean and tidy and loved the decor. Owner responded quickly at the beginning and provided lots of added extras. Close to a nice park and some basics amenities.
The property is very badly advertised. A family of 5 adults can not move in this home, not enough space to eat let alone sleep. The 3rd bedroom should not be advertised as a bedroom and the sofa is not a sofa bed so should be adjusted. We had to leave earlier and pay out for another night elsewhere as my family couldn’t sleep on a sofa which light coming in all night. Area is not great. Youths taking drugs outside the house during the night and then chucked on the floor when we went out with the dogs. Had to walk the dogs down the road every time they needed the toilet as the very tiny yard was just enough for a few bins. I’m not going to lie I was in high hopes for this place and the short reply from the owner when personally texting him rather than writing a review didn’t sit well with me. Please do not book unless you are a small family or couple eg with young kids and not worried about the standards in the area.

Convention location for our needs. Comfy clean bedding.
Not very dog friendly due to steep painted stairs and slippy floors. The oven has seen better days as has the front door

The people in the town were so friendly. Lovely beaches around.Very easy to find. The location was great. It was fab that we could bring our dogs.

Misleading to call it sleeps 6. You can't call the sofa a bed. A sofa is a sofa, however comfortable it may be

Nothing really

House was lovely, everything we needed and more, shower was lovely. Kitchen was great. I thought the Netflix, prime etc provided was a brilliant idea for the kids to use to settle down after a long day. If I said I liked everything I wouldn't be lying.
