NEW YEAR 2022
Overall, this property was great! The only thing was not sure if the pool and jacuzzi were available because they were kinda dirty. The bathrooms shower doors could use a bit more attention to dark goo that comes out of them. Even with that being said, would definitely come back again. Even if it doesn't have an elevator :)

Nice location
No real negatives. Just a few suggestions.
An extra fridge(even a smaller one) could’ve helped.
A large spaghetti pot would be a a nice addition.
More coffe cups.

Property was run down & needed substantial TLC. Grill was rusted out & not useable; broken chairs around pool;, 2 shower doors fell out (1 landed on our granddaughter's toe; toilet that wouldn't stop running; hand railings on stairs were loose (dangerous for older adults); all adults complained about the hard mattresses & bedding. During our stay we found out the property was for sale so we're guessing the owner was getting rid of it & just didn't care about doing any maintenance or updates on it...and it clearly showed in the overall appearance of the property. Location was very good and despite these annoyances, our family had a lovely vacation. We would stay there again once a new owner invests some time & money in updating the property. A nice house for a large family group (20 guests) like ours.

Pros:
-Ample space, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, large open living/ room dining room /kitchen
-Hot tub and pool were great
-Across the street from the beach access
-Close to restaurants and grocery store
-Property managers responsive
Cons:
-**Mattresses, all the mattresses, were HORRIBLE.
-**The "king " beds were two twins pushed together. The piping on each of the twin mattresses formed a "spine" and a crevice in the middle of the bed.
-Carpet was very worn with ground in dirt
-Two of the showers/tubs did not drain properly leaving water above the ankle at the end of the shower
-Ice maker was broken and leaked water all over the floor - the property manager sent a repair person, twice. It was repaired with the second person
-**Located on a busy street making the noise constant.
-Parties in neighboring houses were loud and long; late night arguments on the streets as well. Not as quiet and residential as we thought we assumed.
Bottom Line for us - everyone slept terribly due to the beds and the street noise. Three of the adults ended up with backaches that limited their level of activity significantly...even walking on the beach. Also while we were there- lucky us- was a yard maintenance day which had loud equipment going for about 4 hours, and hot tub maintenance day as well that drained the water at the bottom of the steps from the house. The lack of sleep, hurting backs, and dealing with home-repairs kind of really took away from our fun.
