Very clean; great location.

Inn offered private access to the NH Swiftriver walk. It was wonderful to hang out by the watering hole and sit on rocks watching the sunset ourselves. Also, the property owners, Joe and Janet, were a lovely couple who welcomed us as if we were their own family.

Exceptional

Location, cleanliness and the having our own VHS in the room with a lot of movies available. It's a good place for a short stay. I love how friendly and accommodating the owners are.

The Owners where awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Love the Cat. Never have I been anyplace that was so Generous and helpful. Love it.

More water in the Swift River. :)

Nice peaceful place for a couples getaway

The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Area it's in is very quiet and peaceful, no lights (which is a major plus for us), and surrounded by trees . Small number of rooms, making it more of a homey feel. Owners seem to care about you. Nice selection of TV offerings and the owners have a huge selection of movies to watch. There are trails within walking distance.

The bed was uncomfortable for my husband, too hard. No pillow top. The pillows on the beds were like pancakes, flat. Furniture seems a little mismatched and flooring could be updated. Maybe some new blankets would be nice, they were kind of faded and pilled.

Pleasant, quaint, and quiet change of pace!

This inn is quiet and peaceful. The owners are delightful and knowledgeable. We loved the set up for breakfast and snacks. The inn is clean, comfy, and a wonderful change of pace from the busy chain hotels in the middle of town.

Nothing to not like! A channel guide for the rooms might be nice, but there was nothing to not like!

Unique experience with a home-like feel, great suggestions from the owners on restaurants and things to do.

This property is located right off the Kancamagus but is quiet and secluded. They own the property across the street for easy hiking in the trails. The owners are exceptionally sweet, kind, and caring. This is DEFINITELY our new place to stay in NH. It is outdated, but we loved it and it is Very clean! planning our next trip there for the summer.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. I felt like an extended family member staying there. The close proximity to the river was ideal for my son and I to explore the woods and see the beauty of nature.

Nothing negative to say.
