Clean, cozy, and location.
Nothing, everything was fine.

The house is very comfortable and pleasant. There were many accessories that we didn't expect: coffee powder, laundry soap, etc. The house is complete.
The only drawback is that the house only has 1 bathroom. We were 5 people.. There was a cleaning problem when we received the house, but it was resolved the next day.

We chose to stay at this place due to its pet-friendly environment and spacious patio, allowing our dogs to play freely. It provided a comfortable setting for our family. Perfect location, excellent restaurants within walking distance. Without a doubt, we plan to revisit this location in the future.

The location couldn't have been any better! Easy walk to the historic district and a very quiet neighborhood. House was clean, beds very comfortable, plenty of space for 3 adults and a dog. The communication with Euphoria was absolutely perfect, received responses to my questions immediately!
Wish there had been an umbrella for the patio(I brought my own)

The look and feel of the place was cozy and comfortable. Loved the boho theme throughout! Loved the location.
Thought the $200 cleaning fee was a bit excessive given the property was expected to be left cleaned up before check out.

I loved that everything we needed was supplied. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, bodywash, toilet tissue and enough towels and washcloths for everyone. Anything we needed was there. Extension cord, laundry detergent, beach towels, umbrella's. Everything. It was a great stay.
There was nothing we did not like.

too many rules and we pay for cleaning and we have to do what the person should do

This house is located in a great neighborhood on Anastasia Island just over the bridge from the old town. An easy 10 min walk to historic attractions, but also a 5-10 min drive to the beach (depending on which you went to) and has a bunch of great little restaurants and bars within 1-4 blocks. Note there is a small pub directly across the alley from the backyard. No problems Sunday to Wednesday but we did hear music and voices from the bar inside the house on Thursday night. The house itself is well equipped with dishes, french press, glassware and basic cooking needs.
The decor is cute but the mainstays of the home are dated. Old or very thin hard mattresses, walls dirty, electrical outlets hanging out of wall or old loose receptacles (definitely need an electrician to come check the house as several outlets didn’t work). Shower dripped lightly the whole stay. Old lumpy couch in living room and stained couch in dining area. The hammock was extremely dirty and moldy - reported this the first day but it wasn’t addressed or acknowledged. Also the shower mat is a sisel type rug that was permanently water stained/water logged and had mold. I had to use flip flops in the bathroom. This was also reported but not replaced. Finally the outdoor seating was around another large moldy rug - didn’t even bother to remove one of the furniture covers outside as we didn’t feel comfortable sitting there and I didn’t want my dog walking or sitting on the rug. The bedding itself was clean and appeared newer. Floors clean. Safe neighborhood. Simple thin towels but they did the job and enough for the house. All in all a pleasant average stay. Nothing I’d come back to but if you’re looking for a well priced dog friendly stay last minute it’ll do the job. House seemed to be quite humid in warmer (80 degree) days. May not have the power to keep you cool in hot summer months.

Loved this place. Has that vintage and antique feeling to it, and the location is awesome. We walked every day to old down town. Dani & her team are very attentive and they made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will return for sure 👍

Loved the location and the homey ambiance!
Lighting issue in one room, but light was able to come on after awhile. Other than that, no complaints!
