Our family of 4 plus grandparents stayed for a week, overall experience of the property was excellent. The property description was accurate and everything met our expectation. Very safe for our 2 and 4 year old, standard baby gates fit the multi level house to prevent little ones falling down the stairs. Highly recommend you visit!

Very impressed with everything. Close to the beach ( 250 steps), well stocked with kitchen stuff, lots of chairs for the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the garbage collection and a few other things. Definitely would recommend this property.

We decided a week before Memorial Day weekend that we wanted to go to VA beach and we found this amazing beach house! Brandon was extremely accommodating from the beginning all the way to the end even after check out. The house is in a great location and we would definitely stay here if we come back to VA beach!

Great home, one block from the ocean
This is a beautiful home, with just a couple minute walk to the beach. The host had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and wagon with oversized wheels. The outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off before heading in after beach time. Also a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen.

Exceptional Place For a Family Beach Vacation
We had an excellent stay. The house is in great condition in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach access. Everything was easy, and Brandon, the owner made sure we were well looked after. The porches on multiple levels make it easy to spread out and enjoy the space as a family. And the house has all the kitchen and beach supplies at the ready that you will need. Our first stay but definitely not our last.

Our house located at Croatan Beach, VA was perfect for our family. The house was “spic and span” clean and beautifully furnished. It was located in a residential neighborhood, perfect for walking and bike riding. The beach was a short walk away and very private. All of the amenities were included with beach chairs, ping pong table, and beach wagon being our favorites. The yard was spacious for our “kiddie pool” and eating outside. There were multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The balconies were relaxing and the open living area perfect for quality family time! Many memories were made at this perfect destination for our family:) Thank you Brandon!

I almost don't want to review this property and tip off others to what a gem it is! This was our first time renting through vrbo. Brandon couldn't have been more helpful. The home is beautiful and so well maintained. It was the perfect size for our group and was such an easy walk to the beach. Our group often tries to plan an Outer Banks vacation but I would return here in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this home. 5 stars all the way!!

We could not have picked a better place to have our family get together! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and minutes to the beach. You could tell the owner took a lot of pride in the property. Highly recommend this place!!

Best place to stay in Croatan Beach-Virginia Beach
This was our first trip to Virginia Beach and we were looking for a peaceful, away from the crowds house. The Croatan Beach House was the perfect place to stay. I will start by saying that Brandon was wonderful. He was very nice and helpful. The house is great. It is very clean, it has everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, etc) and it is in the perfect location (one block away from the beach!!!). The house is nested in a quiet community of gorgeous houses separated from the crowded Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Close enough to join the crowd if you'd like but secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet and the beauty of the beach. We can't wait to go back and stay at this house again.
