Walkable to Fishing Pier and boardwalk. New linens and decor with comfortable beds. Kitchen is small but workable. We loved the view from the 2nd story screened in porch!

We visited Virginia Beach to spend some time with family, and ride bikes on the boardwalk. The location of this property was convenient for both. The beds were also very comfortable.

This was booked for a boat owner and and several friends that were here to fish the Va Beach Billfish tournament. Perfect location and super clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed this property - well appointed kitchen and clean. We did have a small ant problem, but the host communicated well with us and sent someone to take care of it. One soap dispenser was almost empty and there were not spare rolls of TP or paper towels. It is a .5 mile walk over a bridge to the boardwalk area, and a short drive to a wonderful parking area and quieter beach.

My family visited Virginia Beach and stayed at this location for the first time. We really enjoyed the house. The house was neat, clean and very accommodating. The pictures are true to the house's appearance. The house is actually in walking distance from the beach. We would drive our beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc) over to the beach and return to the house and park the car and walk back to enjoy the beach.
Good Location especially if you do not want to be directly in the thick of things, but close enough to enjoy the beach and board walk.

Our family of three, with another family of three, had a really nice stay in this cozy beach house. It's in a perfect location with easy access to the boardwalk and beach and the home was spacious and clean. It was a close drive to the aquarium and convention center. Overall a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and was a really good space for a family of four. We have a little one, so it wasn't really walking distance to the beach for us, but the beach was a short drive with easy walking. My only wish is that there was a grill we could use!

This property was wonderful for my family. My "happy place" was the sun porch!! I also enjoyed the upper balcony. The water view from each location was both soothing and entertaining. My family especially loved the Grommet Island Park and Beach. The easy walk to the Virginia Beach boardwalk and shops was a plus!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in VA Beach last week. This property is perfectly located at the end of the boardwalk, approximately 10 mins away via a paved pathway. We didn't need to drive much as we could walk to the shops and beach each day. The house itself is in great condition and the beds were COMFORTABLE!!! We enjoyed the cooler weather of April and got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise one morning. You could enjoy from the beach or the house as it was in perfect alignment for an amazing view of the sunrise. The property owner was very responsive and we felt all our questions and needs were taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Myself and family enjoyed every bit of your vacation home. Some concerns the balcony on the top floor is missing a screw and opened while leaning on it( I came with a 7 year old) We also killed a couple water bugs on the balcony. Also communication with the host should always be available we reached out and it was more then a hour before anyone responded. Those few things were very minor we absolutely loved your home and we will be back soon.

If you are contemplating booking this house, just book it! No need to look at another place! Can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the house. The spaciousness and layout is fantastic. There isn’t one but 2 porches. Spectacular harbor and ocean views from both areas. The house comes with all of the utensils, appliances that you need to make a meal if you don’t feel like going out. But take advantage of the short jaunt to the boardwalk, restaurants and shops. And the ocean is RIGHT THERE. You won’t regret booking this place. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of VA beach.
It was hard to leave this morning. But look forward to returning next year.
And Lisa is simply the best and most communicative host that we’ve interacted with yet on VRBO.

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, nautical themed home w/water views. Well furnished (although not a fan of the dining chairs w/no backs). Super comfortable beds. Two big decks to sit and soak up the sun and/or watch the stars.
