This house was big, beautiful and perfect for our family get together! We loved how spacious it was with plenty of places for 13 to sleep and the large kitchen was awesome. Under the two decks, we were excited when a family member found what we called the “hidden treasure room” which had a kayak, paddle board, tube, skis and lots of flotation devices! The location is not real close to some of our favorite places (near the dam) but we knew that ahead of time and didn’t mind since there was so much to do at the house. The pool table and Xbox games were a big hit too! We had a question about the lighting one night and easily got ahold of the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. Tia, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and she addressed any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is an amazing house for a large family!
The house is as advertised, with a few minor details that did not make much of a difference to us.
The house is supplied with all your needs, full supplies of kitchen necessities, bedding, towels and lake toys so if you have to travel by air, you dont have to worry about bringing anything but your personal items.
The lake area is on a calmer part of the LOTO which made swimming pleasant without large waves. The high jump platform, paddle board and kayak were a big hit with the family. We spent hours in the water. There is a large supply of life jackets, if needed
We mostly used our own.
This is a great home to stay in for wonderful vacation!

For a family of 21 ages 8 to 90. We had plenty of room. Very nice home and well stocked with everything. We all had a nice time. Rented a couple jet skis and a pontoon boat one day. It is a little secluded on a gravel road with spotty cell service but actually that was not bad it kept people off the phones and more family time. We would definitely use this home again. The owner Brian was very helpful also. Kids ( and adults) loved the high jump off the dock. Can’t say enough good things about this home.

The house is beautiful and the location was very peaceful. It’s a little further from the attractions of this area, but that was a benefit because being outside was very peaceful. The amenities were wonderful! You could tell that large groups Actually stay here because they had adequate dishes and silverware to accommodate 20+ people. The water toys and life jackets and dock were a HUGE hit with the kids and they were in the water as much as we would let them. Having all those life jackets provided gave the kids confidence and the parents peace of mind. And having a kid bedroom was lovely! They felt like they had a cool hangout but then crashed very well after a day playing in the water.
A few comments about the area. The driveway was very steep, and backing out was not a good option, so either back down the drive or leave space on the driveway and garage to try to turn around down there. Cell reception for Verizon was very weak. Wifi was great so that made up for it for the most part, but to make a call or send a SMS text was hit or miss, even out on the dock.
Overall it was an incredible vacation and we would definitely recommend this stay.

With limited parking, and SUV was setting in the way. The way in the house was through the garage. The garage floor was covered with leaves and smelled like gas and garbage. Over flowing garbage cans in the corner of the garage. Two of the five bedrooms had no emergency exit (window door) or closet. Looked like store rooms the were painted. One of the rooms you had to go up a ladder to get it and it was cooled with a portable AC unit next to the bed on the floor.
The windows in the living room were so dirty that it was hard see the
lake. The boat dock and lower deck had loose boards and nails sticking up. Both are in need of repair. The two person swing on the boat dock was broken. We were required to wash and dry the house towels, the clothe dryer would run for a few minutes and them turn off. It took over four hours to dry the house towels. The fount door has a dead bolt system to lock it that is not compatible for some short or handicap. Smoke detector in the garage missing a battery and the other one was beeping the hole time we were there.
I would recommend this house to anyone.

Overall the house was great. A few issues we encountered were the Loft bedroom had a ladder to get up to it and since we had a wide age range attending, 1 year to seniors, it complicated the sleeping arrangements. There is a lot of stairs to get from the main floor to the backyard, which is kinda expected for the area, it was just inconvenient for taking food to the grill and back to the main floor.
The house stayed cool for our summer stay which was great. The area was less congested than the main parts of the Ozarks, it was great for kids to safely play in the lake. And to stay safe with covid spikes in the area.
When I had to contact the guest services they were prompt in answering all questions. The house was clean and provided what they detailed.
We would definitely come back for another family gathering.

To start with, 5 bedrooms and only 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms were store rooms with no windows or emergency exits. Pipes run through the room, one you had to use a ladder to get up to it, again on emergency exit. The garage was lined with personal items from the owner, smelled like gas and trash. Over flowing trash cans in the corner of the garage. Tree leaves all over the floor, a real mess. The front door had a dead bolt system to lock/unlock it that required someone tall. The door once lock could not be unlocked by a handicap person in an emergency. That was the only way to keep the door close, door latch didn’t work. Boat dock has loose boards, a tripping hazard. Two person swing on the bock was broken. The boat dock had been painted some time ago and the painters tape was still there.
A requirement to wash and dry the house towels but the clothes dryer was very slow. The dryer would quit after about 15 minutes, let it cool and start it again.
The inside of the house was clean, but the outside was not. Windows were hard to see out of they were so dirty.
A very unsafe home that needs a complete evaluation by someone. I will never rent from you again. I’m going back to ABB.

Wonderful family vacation
We greatly enjoyed four nights in this beautiful and spacious home! It has wonderful design features, eclectic style, lots of windows, and a great setting - a perfect place for our family to relax and decompress for a few days over the holidays. We especially enjoyed the wonderful gas fireplaces and comfortable living areas with lovely views over the water. The house is also extremely well stocked with towels, blankets, throws, kitchen items, cards, movies... We had one problem with a fireplace not lighting and the owner was extremely responsive and took care of it right away. We also noted a few other minor negatives about the house (we weren’t too comfortable on the upper level main bedroom mattress, various bulbs were out, and the frig could have used better cleaning) but these were definitely outweighed by the many positives. Overall a wonderful and relaxing stay and we look forward to coming back in warm weather to enjoy the decks and water sports.

Dream on the Water
This was such a cool place. The views through those windows were gorgeous. We even got to see a bald eagle a couple of times! We had a big group (22) and there was plenty of space for everyone to not feel cramped. Everything in the description panned out. There was a nice little book that explained any rules and how to work gadgets which was helpful (though we still had a bit of trouble with the upstairs being warm AND I would suggest adding instructions for the fancy cooktop because it took a minute for us simpletons to figure that out! 😊). There was a lot available to us to use from kitchen stuffs to life jackets and a kayak that was appreciated. We were also gifted a bottle of wine that was enjoyed by quite a few. Now, the road to get there was a little rough and gps for some of us was a little wonky and the driveway was like a 6 Flags ride. Also cell service is extremely limited. The property does have wifi and you can enable wifi calling but I was still having issues sending/getting texts (I am AT&T) but others in the party didn't have as much trouble. Those last 2 are just for info sake and shouldn't reflect negatively on the property because it is just the area and nothing can be done about that. Besides, with that view, who needs technology! All in all, it was wonderful. Thanks for letting us live like kings and queens for a few days!

nice cove
nice cove on the lake. Property was clean and well stocked with whatever needed. The only thing we did not like was all the rules on the antique furniture that could not be touched. Maybe those items should not be in a rental house. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
