Beautiful farmhouse near Lake Cumberland, less than 5 miles to Beaver Creek Marina and conveniently located next door to Bell’s Boat Storage. Just 20 minutes to Conley Bottom. Very large lot behind to park boats, RV’s and trailers. Sleeps 8. All 3 bedrooms include queen beds, The upstairs bedroom also has a double bed. Flat screen Tv’s and lots of storage. Home includes 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Fire pit, bbq grill, corn hole, children’s swing set also located at this rental. Just 4 miles to Monticello!

The house was perfect in every way. All of the extras were there...coffee, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent. Lots of room for parking. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

The Farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there; each time was great. We enjoy the cozy farmhouse look and decor. We were provided everything we needed regarding kitchen items, utensils, washer & dryer, paper products, detergents, etc. We especially enjoyed the front and back porches and the seating area where we could read, have quiet time, talk, and just sit taking in nature: fields, barn, cattle, sunshine, clouds, wind blowing the grass and tall flowers and listening to the sounds of the night. The hosts were easy to contact if needed. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Arrived on Thursday and left out Sunday went to stay couple days on lake Cumberland it’s just few min from beaver creek ramp and we went around other side to wolf creek dam and marina there is gas station back on corner and wal mart to get stuff but not very many sit down places to eat some fast food stops

My buddy and I and our 5 boys stayed here for our fishing trip. 2nd time here and will stay here every time if possible. Extremely accommodating, super clean, has all the little things that people often forget and a fantastic yard for the boys to run around. Oh, and only a 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek!

We loved everything about this house. The set up of the house inside was perfect for two families. The porch to sit on every morning with coffee and every night to star gaze and watch storms roll through the back rolling fields was exactly what we needed for our Lake Cumberland vacation. Ample room for our boat and jet ski to park. And to have the cows on the farm was so fun for us also to hear and see from a perfect distance.

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A very relaxing place to spend time with family in the area. It was a well equipped property and is great for families wanting a nice place to stay. It is accommodating to a family with children although we didn't have any with us. There were several toys and games available. The house had a very clean smell to it. Very nice property.

This place was a great stay. Clean cozy and loved the coffee setup. We will definitely be renting here when back in Lake Cumberland. Love this rental plenty of room to enjoy family time and the beds were comfortable for a good night sleep after being on the lake all day. Can't wait to come back.

We love staying here when we come to the lake. It is close to beaver creek Marina and close to the town with plenty of food options and Walmart if you need groceries. The host are excellent in helping out in anyway and always with fast responses.

By far the best place we’ve stayed at in Cumberland. The location is perfect, scenery is beautiful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was spacious and roomy for the 6 of us. The kids loved playing outside. We enjoyed the corn hole game and the fire pit. The house was spotless and decorated so cute. We really enjoyed this house. It felt like we were at home.

My family, including adult children and spouses, vacation at Cumberland every year. This has been the biggest and most accommodating place we’ve stayed. We are an active family and they had games there to play along with wood and chairs for campfires. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are very spacious. The property is well maintained. It is a short drive to Beaver Creek Marina where we keep our boat. We will definitely be staying here again

We had a wonderful weekend at the Farm House! The house is so cute and welcoming, very clean, and everything was exactly as the listing showed. We loved sitting out on the back porch enjoying our morning coffee, or when we came back after a day out on the lake. It was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back, and will recommend this home to our friends or anyone looking for a nice place convenient to Beaver Creek Marina. Great communication with the owners too! Thank you!
