Clean and comfy. Looks like there may have been a wasp problem indoors…killed 7 and found the queen up on the wood beam in the living room but couldn’t reach. Problem need to get someone in to spray.

This property was great to facilitate a family get together of seven adults and two children. There were spacious common areas for us all together inside and out while having comfortable individual rooms to retreat to. And the pool was perfect.

Location is great. House layout excellent for seven people. Outside space is great with outside chairs and table. Pool is not heated. Living room furnishings need to be updated.

Property as advertised and was close to everything we expected. The only issue that I can say is the futon in the living room would only be suited for a young child. Plenty of towels and pool towels available

The location of the house is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Oracle Road. It was nice that we could use the large garage and the backyard with the pool is great to relax and enjoy the Tucson sunshine. However, the house itself has a few shortcomings. The interior is quite dated, with original doors and cabinets which show their age. For the size of the house, the kitchen is not properly equipped. The ice maker did not work and while a repairman was sent out to fix it, it only worked for one day and then stopped working again. Water glasses and some of the plates were plastic and the rest of the China was of poor quality and insufficient quantities for such a large house. One of the chairs in the dining room was broken and the others were not in the best shape so that we had to use the patio chairs instead. One of the couches in the living room had no support. We practically sat on the floor when we tried to sit on it. Our stay was in December, and we had to turn on the heater in the evening. It was difficult to get an even temperature throughout the house. Some areas were too hot, while others barely warmed up. It was our impression that this location is better suited for summer pool parties rather than a winter stay.

We specifically picked this place for the pool and it didn’t disappoint. Location was great for being close to our family in town, and decent proximity to both grocery stores and restaurants. We are a very large family with 8 kids so we had to be creative with the sleeping situation but we made it work. The only downfall we could find was that there wasn’t quite enough seat for us all to eat comfortably in the dining room, but again, we made it work. Overall the house was very clean and they provided plenty of towels for the pool, so that was great.

Four of us checked in on March 14. Check in was easy. We found the home very clean and in a delightfully quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the home while there and found it comfortable and spacious. Several other local family members visited us during our stay who were also delighted with the home. On March 17, 4 additional adults joined us at the home. They also found the home comfortable and relaxing. In total, eight adults enjoyed the home for different lengths of time. The owner responded quickly if we had any questions. All of us were in agreement that we wouldn't hesitate to rent the home again in the future, if available.

We enjoyed a fantastic spring break with our children and both sets of parents (/Grandparents). The house was just right for all of us. It had everything we needed to explore the beautiful Saguaro National Park and many other parts of Tucson. The orange tree near the pool had a nesting dove with two chicks that we'll remember for a long time.

It was just about perfect for what we were looking for. This is a group of USC alum (all 45 years old or older) who travel to a different away game each year. There was plenty of room and the place was well appointed. The only downside is that it was during the late fall and cold and with the pool not being heated, it was not usable. Also, there is no BBQ grill or jacuzzi, so while the backyard area was nice looking, for us it was not usable. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the place.

We rented the house to BBQ and celebrate my wife’s bday. About 8 people total per night. It would have been nice if there was a pool light and more lighting outside. A couple of items were broken too and that was brought to the attention to the owner. We didn’t have hot water for 1 day but that didn’t kill the vibe. The owner did keep me in communication about the electrical issue with the water heater and It all worked out.

The property is welcoming and has all that is needed for a nice stay. It is located just off Oracle so we found ourselves dining a short drive away. Most days we breakfasted at the home. The weather was a bit cool for the pool, but the pool was well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet with good views. All in all a wonderful stay.

A solid family stay in a nice neighborhood

We loved the pool and layout of the home. Although we came a bit late in swim season it was fun to take quick dips especially with our little girl. Great proximity to food and easily accessed off I-10. Overall we would stay again: would just request that a different cleaner was used (strong odor upon arrival) or an air filter be supplied to cut down on some of this smell which lasted well into our stay.

We came to Tucson to visit our nice who is attending UofA, and caught the Wildcats vs. Utes football game. The house was amazing! Great layout, lots of bedrooms, and very spacious! We were 5 min from a half dozen outstanding restaurants, and sports bars (Sunday football)!! We could not have been more pleased. Thanks for a great extended weekend...we'll be back next season for sure!!!

This was a great location. Our family and some friends just hung out at the pool all day every day of our vacation. The house spacious and accommodated us very well. While it did not ruin the overall rating I gave this place, there were lots of warnings of extra fees if you did not do things "correctly." It seemed a little inhospitable.

House is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and stores. House was spacious and comfortable. Only disappointing part was the pool which we were most excited for. The Pool was nice but full of algae to the point it was not usable. Pool guy had to come out twice to maintain and clean it which was 2 days out of our 3 night stay that we could not use it. The property is managed by a third party and it took hours for any response and they did not answer any phone calls so it was all by email. Owners took no responsibility for the pool being down and did not offer any compensation to our family for the lost time. Disappointing.
