Bedrooms and bathrooms galore!! Perfect for a large group. Great patio space. Location was awesome and safe. Property well maintained inside and out. We didn’t use the pool but other guests did and really enjoyed it even in December. Dog park was pooch perfect for our pups. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs. The only thing missing were wine glasses. Highly recommend this property and management company.

Perfect location to everything we needed to celebrate our birthday and anniversary.

Such an awesome place! We were only upset that we stayed there one night and not more! Love all the bathrooms in each bedroom. Plenty of space for more as we only had 6. But was so nice to all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great place, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent value four bedroom property a short distance from the Historic District
We were very pleased with this property. It is the second floor of a two-story house, with an identical second unit on the first floor. The four bedroom, 4.5 bath layout gives two couples plenty of room for privacy purposes, but the space could easily accommodate ten (since there are two pullout couches and a small day bed in the master bedroom). The bathrooms were a bit small, but perfectly adequate. The beds were all kings and were firm and comfortable with plenty of pillows.
We loved having a kitchen that was well equipped, so that we could eat breakfast and cook two dinners during our three-night stay. A few folks have commented that they missed having a dining room table, but the four of us were fine eating at the counter bar. The stainless steel kitchen appliances are all fairly new, and we appreciated having a gas stove. The washer/dryer units in the closet off the kitchen are a tad noisy, but since we were just using them to throw in a load of white towels during our move out, we didn't mind.
We especially loved the comfortable porch, with the second floor allowing us more privacy than the similar porch on the first floor.
The unit was very clean and we thought it provided excellent value for the money, given its proximity to the Historic District. There was also a JuiceBox charger for our EV, so if you are driving an EV, make sure to specify that in your booking so that they can assign that parking space to you.
We had neighbors who got a little rowdy on our third night, but that's not something that the property manager can control. All in all, this was a great location for an extremely pleasant stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

Charming and Great Location
The location of this property was perfect for us, close enough to King St. but yet far enough away to be in a quiet zone. Our stay was on the 2nd floor and the front porch was awesome and a great place to hang out. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place, the listing is incorrect.
The place was clean and beautiful and in a great location. Just a warning to groups coming, they list this place as a six-bedroom private house. This house has four bedrooms and a small side room with a pull-out sofa that is super tight. The upstairs is private but the house also has a downstairs that is also a rental. We liked our neighbors, so luckily that worked out for our group. The pool is listed as private and it is really shared between four different Vrbo properties. It also says that it has dining for eight people, it is a counter facing the kitchen with chairs, there is not a dining table. Really the house is great, I just think the description needs to be correct. We would have gotten a larger place if we had known.

Family vacation with teens
We had the most wonderful time! My mom, three of our teenage children, my husband and I spent 4 days enjoying the beautiful city. Within easy walking distance of the Market and our favorite King St. incredibly comfortable beds and tons of privacy. We’ll be back!

Completely renovated, with pool
Our family of 5 stayed in the upstairs unit. It was perfect! Lots of amenities and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was a wonderful feature as we could go for a swim to cool off after a day downtown. The neighborhood was a bit further away from downtown then I expected but we had a car and drove with no problem finding parking. It was nice not to have to run out and get supplies for the washer or dishwasher and paper products as they supplied enough for our 4 day stay. I would rent this unit again!

Perfect downtown oasis!
Loved this updated unit! The kids loved the pool, the parents loved the deck for cocktails and coffee in the morning! Rooms were a tiny bit small when you had luggage and everyone in them but with every bedroom having a full bathroom you can’t beat it!

Girls Trip
Rented for 4 days. House is great. Note: It is actually a 4 bedroom with additional pull out couch. 4 1/2 bath. It was great for our group of 5. Love the pool❤️ Second story porch is divine to watch happenings up and done the street but lots of steps to climb with heavy luggage can be a challenge (would not recommend for elderly or someone with knee or other issues). Everything was very clean, beds comfortable.

Last Fling Down King
This property was so incredible for my bachelorette party! A short walk to King Street and easy access for Ubers and such as well. The balcony was spacious and there is plenty of room for a bunch of gals to get ready in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable, and the communication the day of check in was wonderful! We tried to get in early due to the rain storms, but the handy luggage locker made stashing our things easy enough. STAY HERE if you’re coming to Charleston!

Great Experience/Would Rent Again
This place is amazing. The manager and owner were so easy to work with. They have top of the line kitchen appliances and now I really want a microwave like that one. We asked that all 4 bedrooms be set up all King and they were. I slept better there than at home (should have looked to see what type of mattress it was). Easy walk to King St. and easy to take the bus down to the market for free. We took the water taxi over to Patriots Point to tour and shop. It cost $12 a person and was good for all day. Makes 4 stops to do things. This is a great company to rent from if you are thinking of going to Charleston. Have fun and stay safe.

Wedding weekend
My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and I 10/10 recommend! The property manager was always available, extremely kind, accommodating, and made the overall process so wonderful. The property itself was beautiful and chic. The location was great, just a few blocks from king street. Great find.

Girl's get away!
We took our friend who has been battling cancer for the 4th time. The accommodations were stunning. We all had a fantastic time until dinner the last evening. She passed out in the restaurant, EMT's took her to hospital. I texted my our contact person to check on a later check out. She was so accommodating & sympathetic & whatever we need please let her know. She even asked to let her know the next day how she was. I can't think of her name but she was absolutely precious. We got our friend back to Asheville Wed afternoon where she still remains in the hospital. And, the outlook isn't good. We're so thankful we had this time with her as we new it would be our last trip with her. All this being said, she as well as the 3 of us others were absolutely more than pleased with the Condo, the cleanliness, it had everything we needed as far as cleaning supplies, washer tablets, dishwasher tabs, anything we needed was there except salt & pepper. Lol! But, we're all southern girl's. And, that's not even a complaint. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will be back, but unfortunately without our friend. It was super inviting, cozy & modern. Everything we where looking for for her last trip. And, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and especially to our contact person, who unfortunately I've drawn a blank on her name, with the exception I know her name started with an M.

Beautiful Historic House w/Hiccups in Management
The home we stayed in was gorgeous and in a great location. However my group had some issues with property management. We were a group of 7 and we quickly ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags because there weren’t extras left. It took a full day (9am -9pm) of talking with the management group to get two extra toilet paper rolls on the last night. When we got there we had a bit of a fruit fly problem that never went away. One of the wine glasses had a big crack in it and trying to figure out where the pool is was somewhat of a struggle because there was nothing listed about its location on the property.
