Escape to our Ground Floor Hidden Gem! With over 170 5-Star Reviews on other platforms, we're new to VRBO. Our condo, nestled in a 4-unit building on the ground floor, features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a remodeled kitchen with newer appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a washer & dryer, a large comfy couch, and a 65” smart TV with Netflix. Free WiFi and board games are included! It's a 15-minute flat walk to downtown or a quick 3-minute drive. Complimentary covered parking is provided, and the front door has an electronic keypad for 24/7 access.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area allows you to be everywhere at once! Cook, watch games at the kitchen table, chat at the kitchen bar, or enjoy a movie on the 65" smart TV (Netflix available, no cable). Fast WiFi keeps you connected.

The tranquil master bedroom features two lamps, a queen bed, a 32" smart TV with DVD player, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The cozy guest room offers a full bed, twin bed, and a pull-out mattress for the 6th guest, provided in the closet. Plenty of storage and hanging space is available. The full bathroom is conveniently located just across the room.

Relax in the small backyard facing the main road, where you can enjoy complimentary coffee. We provide linens, towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for your convenience.

Our condo has A/C in the main living areas, with fans available for extra cooling in the bedrooms.

We really enjoyed this cozy comfortable stay. After a long day in the heat we really enjoyed coming home to a cool condo. Made dinner and watched movies. Made for a very relaxing evening.

My wife who is in a motorized scooter was able to enjoy moving about in the whole house. Happy wife happy life. Everything was provided, down to aluminum foil. Perfect get away home.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends in Leavenworth for a long weekend. The condo was perfect for us, clean, well stocked and in the perfect location. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very convenient - just a short 15 minute walk into town. Nice property with everything needed for a comfortable stay! In addition to the cute towns, some great day trips to central Washington geological sites are also doable. We had a lovely time!

Our stay worked out great. The condo was convenient to all the activities in Leavenworth and was a fun and restful time for my wife and daughters. We appreciated the Condo's set up and had no surprises. All was very easy, no hassle, and straightforward for us. We hope to be back!

Super clean and comfy condo in great location. Loved the layout and ease of access. Living room couch is roomy and perfect. Brought our Golden Retriever - the condo was on ground floor with back door opening to spacious lawn area making later evening quick potty business easy. Condo complex grounds pretty and well maintained. Owner/property manager very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Just about everything about this place was amazing! Walking distance to town was a huge plus. Only item to mention for other visitors - All the beds were very soft. With my back this was not ideal. The rest of the family had no problem, but thought it is worth mentioning just in case anyone else has back issues. Thank you!

When my wife and I decided to take a 4 day weekend in Leavenworth and bring our (2) small mini dachshunds along, we needed just the right place. We found it here! Everything about our stay was exactly as we hoped it would go! Clean, convenient, comfortable! That’s always our criteria for a getaway and this place exceeded our expectations! We’ll be back next year to check it in the summer months!

The condo was super cute and cozy and a short drive/walk from downtown. The check-in/out process was super easy! I rated cleanliness four stars only because there was a toothpaste type residue on the faucet in the bathroom that never got wiped down. Overall great place for a quick stay!

Our quick trip to the Northwest ended with a magical stay in Leavenworth, WA. The condo was awesome. Quick walk to town, even in the winter snow. I highly recommend staying in this unit. Very clean, parking was easy, and the owner was a delight to deal with!

Our family visited Leavenworth during the holidays to see the lights and enjoy a couple of days away with the kids on winter break. The condo was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed. We were a short, easy walk to town. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family of 4 loved our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. With an F150 we especially appreciated the easy to park carport that fit our truck. We walked everywhere! Adventure Park and in to downtown. My 9 yr old loved the open yard and immediately built a snowman. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

From the moment we walked in the door we knew this would be a great stay, and it was. The Condo was super clean, well-stocked, beds were very comfortable, and it was even decorated for Christmas. The location was good, far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough so that you could walk if you wanted. We traveled with our dog, , being on the ground floor with a "back door" opening to a grassy (snow covered) area really made the stay easy. We are already planning a return visit.

This property was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival the condo was already warm and there was a bottle of wine on the counter as a gift from the hosts, which we opened immediately. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a very nice place & decorated so cutely. It was clean & very inviting. Definately not disapointed in our choice to rent your place. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We did encounter a few issues during our stay that we wanted you to be aware of. The rollaway bed frame was not able to hold a person. It kept collapsing. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The right burners on the stove were not working correctly. They kept heating up & turning off. Only the left burners heat up & stay hot. The diningroom table was loose & wobbly. I believe the screws need tightening. Again thank you for letting us rent your adorable condo.

This property was the perfect mix of being walkable and close by, but not so close to felt like you had to hear open music all hours of the night and feel like you were in a tourist trap. Close to gorgeous, hiking, were able to walk to a place to put in rafts for floating, pet, friendly, clean, and nice yard area outside for the kids to play soccer. Well stocked kitchen, and nice linens and towels available.

My 3 friends and I stayed in this lovely condo for a quick girls trip to Leavenworth. The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. We especially appreciated that the owner not only supplied a coffee maker but they also supplied coffee! We did not cook on this trip but we took note that the kitchen was well outfitted for any meal prep. The layout of the condo allowed for us 4 adult women to feel perfectly comfortable and uncrowded in the common areas. Two well appointed bathrooms is a definite plus for 4 women traveling together; there was an adequate number of fluffy towels. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and in town hiking trails. The information binder was very helpful and we enjoyed eating at the recommended restaurants. The property manager was timely in responding to the limited questions that we had. I would totally recommend staying here and would come again next time I visit Leavenworth.
