Beautiful and meticulously maintained 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in South Forest Beach! Located just across the street from the beach and just blocks away from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny and the new Celebration Park!

Location Location!! 3rd Row South Forest Beach - across street from Beach. This is a beautiful two bedroom 1 bath - 2nd floor unit located at The Dunes! This condo is located across street from The beach on the Adler Lane Beach Access (5 minute walk to beach), it is also across the street from the Marriott Grande Ocean Club for those familiar South Forest Beach. Many consider this one of the best locations on the island - steps from the Tiki hut on the beach and a short walk to to the shops and restaurants located at Coligny. This community also sits right on the awesome bike trails - so basically you can park your car for the week and walk and bike most everywhere!

This condo features an amazing kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, a beautiful master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom has a queen bed - all high-end linens and towels are provided. Tv's in all rooms with Spectrum cable and high speed internet included.

We also provide beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay! Our condo also has one assigned Parking space located right at front door. We know that you will enjoy our condo by the sea as much as we do, and all that Hilton Head Island and has to offer!

We were very pleased with our stay. When we opened the door you knew it was clean and has been well taken care of. Condo was well supplied, beds were comfortable, I just can't say enough. I definitely would visit this condo again. Had great communications with owner.

The condo was better than as listed! The kitchen was large and very well equipped. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. The complex was very quiet during our stay. We had a small issue with the internet which the owner personally and quickly resolved.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! From the time we walked in the front door (smelled & looked clean) we were amazed! Angela, you really thought of it all & then some! All we had to do was grab a few groceries, then head to the beach! We had a blast and will definitely be back! We really appreciate you sharing your condo with us! Best trip ever & great location! It was perfect for us!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this property and were very comfortable. We are in our 60s and enjoy a quiet setting where we can get to the restaurants/beach/bike trails easily. Angela’s home checked all the boxes. She had lots of nice touches: a nice shower gel, laundry soap pods, welcome coffee and plenty of filters and a very well stocked kitchen. The Loggerhead beach access, right by the property, is so much nicer than the business of Coligny and has a great patio (fire pits, bar, outdoor TVs and lots of chairs tables and rockers), definitely a bonus! We drove our pickup and brought our bikes (used every day). The only downside is the parking lot is small for a pickup. Not a problem though as the unit is on the end so we just took our time maneuvering out of the space each time we left. Angela responded to a call for help on the living room TV and installed a new Roku device in a very quick turnaround time, great communication! Thanks, Angela!

Property was very clean, warm, and welcoming.I was impressed with the comfort of the beds and recliners. The quality of the linens and towels were exceptional. The kitchen was very well stocked and modern.. i particularly loved the tile shower. It was exactly as described in the listing. Checking in was a breeze and was conveniently located to the beach and shops. Communication between us and the owner was excellent and timely.

Just as advertised! Very clean with everything we needed! I loved not having to worry about packing the extras and having the availability of beach items. Nice organizational touches to help maximize the space for longer stays. All appliances/fixtures/electronics in good working order. Shirt walk to the beach almost entirely paved with exception of boardwalk and mat leading to sand. Unit is on second (top) floor and end unit during off season. We were there a couple nights with no one at all around us! No road noise, nice and quiet. Great location, easy drive to stores/eateries. Would definitely stay again!

The unit is very tiny with small living , small bedrooms, small kitchen, no dining room and dining table, no office table to place our laptop, we used kitchen countertop, we ate meals in the kitchen using the countertop. The unit has only one small bathroom. In overall, it wasn’t a comfortable unit to relax. I would give 3 stars out of 5 stars for value for the money The booking of the unit required a mandatory purchase of insurance which was added up. We were charged with a very high service fee the same amount as the total cost of nights

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island. We came for Island Jam Songwriters festival which was amazing. Our condo was just as described. Perfect for the 2 of us. Angela was great, easy to talk to and responded quickly. The beach is beautiful and because of the festival we were able to explore other venues like Sea Pines. Will definitely be back next year.

Angela is an excellent host! I messaged her with a couple of questions after we booked and she responded immediately. Everything about the check in process went smoothly. I loved that we dealt with the owner of the property versus a property management company. And Angela thought of everything with her place! There are USB charging stations throughout the condo, an insulated beach bag and cooler are available for use, and she even provided starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels. Having our own washer/dryer was a definite plus. We spent the majority of our time exploring the island on bikes and going on some of the excursions available, but the beach is a quick 5-6 minute walk from the condo. And the pool is the perfect temperature! The outdoor space is a shared space with the unit below this one, but this wasn’t an issue during our stay. And Angela owns both spaces, so a larger group or two families could always rent both condos! I definitely recommend this condo. It is clean, well-furnished, comfortable, and has all the “extras” you could need.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Angela’s condo during our recent trip to HH. The condo was very clean and beautifully updated. The beds were so comfortable after a long day of being at the pool and beach. The location was great as well. It was very close to the community pool & a short walk across a 2 lane road to the beach. Many items were provided for a day at the beach: a wagon, chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. Every amenity in the condo seemed to be well thought out. Angela responds very quickly should you need anything. We would highly recommend staying here!

Loved the convenience and closeness to the beach. Beach wagon was a big plus for the 5-8 min easy walk. The Loggerhead Beach bar was right off the beach path- great for a happy hour drink while listening to local music. The condo provided comfortable king size bed and everything we needed for a quick meal. Only rec shower tile be scrubbed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit in HH. Angela was fabulous in her communication and the condo was spotless upon arrival. Space was a bit smaller than what I was expecting and how the photos show, but everything else, including an updated kitchen, had what we needed. Beach is a short walk away. The Marriott is across the street & beach side. They have a tiki hut for frozen drinks and a snack. Live music was playing which added to the overall vacation vibe. Thanks Angela!

The update to this condo was very nice. I appreciated all the kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, etc. We had everything we needed for our stay. And our host was readily available with any questions we had. Beach access was close and walking trails all around were an added benefit for us. I’m sure we will return in the future.
